ಬಾರ್ಕೂರು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಂಘ ಬಾರ್ಕೂರು (ಬಿಇಎಸ್) ತನ್ನ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಮಹಾಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿತು

1. ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಮಾತುಗಳು:

ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿ, ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಕ್ಷಿತಾ ಅವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾವಪೂರ್ಣ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನಾ ಗೀತೆಯ ನಂತರ, ಸಭೆಯು ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 2.45 ಕ್ಕೆ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಶ್ರೀ ಶೇಡಿಕೊಡ್ಲು ವಿಠಲ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಅವರ ಸೌಹಾರ್ದಯುತ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ವಸ್ಥ ಸ್ವಾಗತ ಭಾಷಣದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು. ಕಾರ್ಯಸೂಚಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮುಂದುವರಿಯುವ ಮೊದಲು, ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಬಿ ಶಾಂತಾರಾಮ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಅವರು 2024-25ರ ವರ್ಷವಿಡೀ ಹಾಜರಿದ್ದ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದರು.

‘ದಿ ಬಾರ್ಕೂರ್ ಎಜುಕೇಷನಲ್ ಸೊಸೈಟಿ’ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯಾಗಿ ನಿವೃತ್ತರಾದ ಎನ್‌ಜೆಸಿಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲ ಬಿ. ಸೀತಾರಾಮ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಗಣಿತಶಾಸ್ತ್ರದ ಮಾಜಿ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲ ಮತ್ತು ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕ ಕೆ. ವೆಂಕಟರಮಣ ಐತಾಳ್ ಅವರು ದಶಕಗಳಿಂದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ಕಲ್ಯಾಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನೀಡಿದ ಅಪಾರ ಕೊಡುಗೆ, ತ್ಯಾಗ ಮತ್ತು ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಿದರು… ಅಗಲಿದ ಆತ್ಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಗೌರವ ಮತ್ತು ಗೌರವದ ಸಂಕೇತವಾಗಿ ಒಂದು ನಿಮಿಷ ಮೌನ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು…

2. ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ವರದಿ ಮತ್ತು ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ವರದಿಯ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ:

ಹಿಂದಿನ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಮಹಾಸಭೆಯ ಸಂಕ್ಷಿಪ್ತ ನಿಮಿಷಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಇಎಸ್‌ನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಅಶೋಕ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಅದನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ಸರ್ವಾನುಮತದಿಂದ ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಅವರು ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಸಹ ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರು, ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಸಾಧನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದರು:

ದಾಖಲಾತಿ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ: ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಗಳು ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳಿಂದಾಗಿ ಕೆಲವು ಕಳವಳಗಳು ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಪ್ರಗತಿ ತುಲನಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಉತ್ತೇಜನಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.

ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಾಧನೆಗಳು: NHS ಮತ್ತು SVVN ಎರಡರಲ್ಲೂ SSLC ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗಮನಾರ್ಹ ಸಾಧನೆ – 100%, PUC 89% ಮತ್ತು ITI ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 100% ಪ್ರಭಾವಶಾಲಿ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ.

ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗಳು: ಹೊಸ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭ ಅಂದರೆ NEET ಮತ್ತು CET ತರಬೇತಿ ತರಗತಿಗಳು ಹಿಂದಿನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಹಿತೈಷಿಗಳಿಂದ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಜಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದೆ.

ಸಮುದಾಯ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆ: ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಂಯೋಜಿತ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಉಪಕ್ರಮದಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವಿಧ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಒಳಗೊಳ್ಳುವಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಕೈಗೊಂಡ ಉಪಕ್ರಮಗಳು – ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಕ್ರೀಡೆಗಳು, ಆಟಗಳು – ಬಾಲ್ ಬ್ಯಾಡ್ಮಿಂಟನ್, ವಾಲಿಬಾಲ್, ಜಂಪ್ ರೋಪ್ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿಭಾ ಕಾರಂಜಿ.

ಗುರು ವಂದನೆ, ಉಚಿತ ಸಮವಸ್ತ್ರ, ಸಾರಿಗೆ, ಗ್ರಂಥಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ 10 ಹೊಸ ಸ್ಟೀಲ್ ಕಬ್ ಬೋರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆ, ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ ಊಟದ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳು, ಉಚಿತ NEET ಮತ್ತು CET ತರಬೇತಿ, ಹಳೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಉದಾರವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಜಿಸಲಾದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿವೇತನಗಳು ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಹಳೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸಂಘ (OSA) ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ದಾನಿಗಳ ಪಾತ್ರವನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಲಾಯಿತು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಅಪಾರವಾಗಿ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

4. ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರದಿ:
   ಖಜಾಂಚಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಹೆಬ್ಬಾರ್ ಅವರು 3-03-2024 ಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊನೆಗೊಂಡ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ಆದಾಯ ಮತ್ತು ವೆಚ್ಚ ಖಾತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬ್ಯಾಲೆನ್ಸ್ ಶೀಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಲೆಕ್ಕಪರಿಶೋಧಕರ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಅದನ್ನು ಶ್ರೀ ಜಯರಾಮ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಅವರು ವಿಮರ್ಶಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ವಿಶ್ಲೇಷಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯ ಅವಲೋಕನವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿದರು:

ಮುಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷದ ಬಜೆಟ್: ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ ರಚನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ತಮ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಕರಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವಿತ ಬಜೆಟ್ ಅನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

5. ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು:

ಮುಂಬರುವ ವರ್ಷದ ಕಾರ್ಯತಂತ್ರದ ಗುರಿಗಳ ಕುರಿತು SVVN ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲೆಯ ವರದಿಗಾರ ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಜಾರಾಮ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು ಮತ್ತು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು:

ಪಿಯು ಮತ್ತು ಎಸ್‌ವಿವಿಎನ್‌ಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಪ್ರವೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ಮತ್ತು ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿರುವ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳ ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆ.

ಐಟಿಐ ಮತ್ತು ಪಿಯು ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಅಲ್ಪಾವಧಿಯ ಕೋರ್ಸ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಲು ಹೊಸ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಉಪಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಪರಿಚಯ.
ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಮುದ್ರಣ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳ ಬಳಕೆ, ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಏಕೀಕರಣ, ಕೋರ್ಸ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಲು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ, ಮಾನವ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ, ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ NITI ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 100% ಉದ್ಯೋಗ

6. ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಆಯ್ಕೆ:

ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಆಡಳಿತ ಸಂಯೋಜಕ – ಪಿ. ಆರ್ಚಿಬಾಲ್ಡ್ ಫರ್ಟಾಡೊ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಬಿಇಎಸ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಅಪೆಕ್ಸ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸಲಾಯಿತು, ಇದನ್ನು 30 ನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಏರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

7. ಮುಕ್ತ ವೇದಿಕೆ

ಮುಕ್ತ ಚರ್ಚೆಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು, ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಿದರು:

ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಜಾರಾಮ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ, ವರದಿಗಾರ SVVN, ಶ್ರೀ ಮಹೇಶ್ ಉಡುಪ, ಮಾಜಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ OSA, ಪ್ರೊ. ಬಾಲಕೃಷ್ಣ ಹೆಗ್ಡೆ, ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ OSA, ಶ್ರೀ ರತ್ನಾಕರ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ, ವರದಿಗಾರ ಹೆರಾಡಿ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆ, NPUC ಪಿಟಿಎ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ, ಶ್ರೀ ಸುಧಾಕರ್ ರಾವ್ ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ನಿವೃತ್ತ HM, ಶ್ರೀ ಶಾಂತಾರಾಮ ರಾವ್, CA ಶ್ರೀ ಕಾಂಚನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಕಲಿತ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಮುಂಬರುವ ಸವಾಲಿನ ಸಮಯವನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸಲು ತಮ್ಮ ಒಳನೋಟವುಳ್ಳ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು.
ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಉಷಾ ಕಿರಣ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ, ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಲಿಖಿತಾ ಕೋಟರಿ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಎಸ್‌ವಿವಿಎನ್, ಎಚ್‌ಎಂ ಉದಯ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರರು ಬಿಇಎಸ್ ಮಂಡಳಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಕಳವಳಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕಠಿಣ ಸವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು.

ನೀತಿ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಪ್ರೊ. ವೆಂಕಟೇಶ್ ಕ್ರಮಧಾರಿ ಅವರು ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 30, 2025 ರಂದು ನಡೆಯುವ ಆಯುಧ ಪೂಜಾ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಆಹ್ವಾನ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಭಾಗಿದಾರರು ಮತ್ತು ಪೋಷಕರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸುಧಾರಿತ ಸಂವಹನದ ಅಗತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದರು.

8. ಸಮಾರೋಪ ಮಾತುಗಳು
   ಬಾರ್ಕೂರು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಂಘದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಮತ್ತು ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಬಿ. ಶಾಂತಾರಾಮ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಅವರು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಅವರ ಕೊಡುಗೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಕ್ರಿಯ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆಗೆ ಧನ್ಯವಾದ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದರು. ಸುಮಾರು 3 ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಕಾಲ ನಡೆದ ಮ್ಯಾರಥಾನ್ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಅನೇಕ ನಿರ್ಣಾಯಕ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು, ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರು ಸಭೆಗೆ ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿದಂತೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಗತಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಮುಂದಿನ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸದಸ್ಯರು, ದಾನಿಗಳು, ಹಿಂದಿನ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಹಿತೈಷಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಮತ್ತು ಬಿಇಎಸ್ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಅಶೋಕ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಅವರ ಸಾರಾಂಶದ ಹೇಳಿಕೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಭೆ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಯಿತು.

2. Opening Remarks:
   After the traditional and soulful prayer hymn, led by Ms Samruddi, Kaushalya and Sakshita, the meeting commenced at 2.45 PM, with a cordial and homely welcome address by Vice President Mr. Shedikodlu Vittal Shetty. Before proceeding with the agenda, the Chairperson Mr. B Shantarama Shetty thanked all the members for their attendance and support throughout the year, 2024- 25.
   Respectful tribute to two great stalwarts in Retired founder Principal of NJC B. Seetharama Shetty and former Principal and Lecturer in Mathematics K Venkataramana Aithall, as the Secretary of the ‘The Barkur Educational Society’ recalled their immense contribution, sacrifices and services for the cause of education and welfare of students for decades together…a one minute silence was observed as a mark of respect and reverence to the departed souls…
3. Approval of Minutes and Annual Report:
   The brief minutes from the previous AGM held, were presented by Mr. Ashok Kumar Shetty, the Secretary of BES and the same was reviewed and approved unanimously. He also presented the Annual Report, highlighting the following key achievements:
   Enrolment Growth: Though there expressed some concerns, due to competitions etc overall progress of all the National Institutions was comparatively encouraging.
   Academic Achievements: Notable performance in SSLC both NHS & SVVN – 100%, PUC 89% and ITI impressive 100% results in most of the streams.
   Program Developments: Launch of new programs i.e. NEET & CET Coaching classes sponsored by past students and well-wishers.
   Community Engagement: Initiatives undertaken to enhance community involvement in various activities under the initiative of all affiliated Schools – District level sports, games – Ball Badminton, Volley ball, Jump rope etc and Pratibha Karanji.
   Role of National Old Students Association (OSA) and other donors in supporting Guru Vandana, Free Uniforms, Transportation, addition of 10 new steel cub boards for the Library, Mid day Meal facilities, Free NEET & CET training, Scholarships generously sponsored through old students etc was acknowledged and profusely thanked.
4. Financial Report:
   Treasurer Mr. Krishna Hebbar presented of Income and Expenditure Account and Balance Sheet and Auditors Report for the period ended 3-03-2024 and the same was critically analyzed by Mr. Jayaram Shetty, and provided an overview of the financial status:
   Budget for Next Year: Proposed budget was presented, focusing on the overall development of both infra structure and better facilities for quality education.
5. Future Plans:
   Discussion initiated and led by Mr. Rajaram Shetty, Correspondent of SVVN English Medium High School on the strategic goals for the coming year:
   Encouragement for more admissions to PU and SVVN and expansion of facilities to accommodate growing enrolment.
   Introduction of new programs or initiatives to add more short time courses in ITI and PU College.
   Increased focus on e.g., usage of digital and print media, technology integration, community outreach in all the Institutions to showcase the courses, human resource development, especially 100% placement in NITI and all our institutions
6. Election of Board Members and Office bearers:
   Administrative Coordinator of all National Educational Institutions – P. Archibald Furtado’s name was proposed to the Apex body of BES Executive Committee making it 30.
7. Open Forum
   An open discussion was held where members raised questions and provided feedback on:
   Mr. Rajaram Shetty, Correspondent SVVN, Mr. Mahesh Udupa, former President OSA, Prof Balakrishna Hegde, Secretary OSA, Mr. Ratnakar Shetty, Correspondent Heradi Primary School, Mr. Raj Gopal Nambiar PTA President NPUC, Chandrashekar Shetty, Mr. Sudhakar Rao both retired HM, Mr. Shantarama Rao, CA Mr. Kanchan and other learned members shared their insightful opinions and suggestions to tide over the challenging times ahead.
   Principal Mrs. Usha Kiran Shetty, Mrs. Likhita Kotary Principal SVVN, HM Udaya Shetty and others shared their concerns and tough challenges ahead with the BES Board.
   NITI Principal Prof Venkatesh Kramadhari extended invitation to all the Members to grace the Ayudha Pooja ceremony on 30TH September, 2025.
   The need for improved communication with stakeholders and parents was insisted by the members.
8. Closing Remarks
   The Chairperson and the President of The Barkur Educational Society Mr. B. Shantarama Shetty thanked everyone for their contributions and active participation. During the marathon meeting continued for almost 3 hours, many crucial issues were discussed, decisions taken and follow-up measures to be implemented as he assured the assembly.
   The meeting concluded with vote of thanks to all Members, Donors, past and present students, Teachers and well-wishers and concluding summarizing remarks by Mr. Ashok Kumar Shetty, the Secretary of BES with a happy note to invite and involve in two Jubilees of our proud Institutions – Centenary Celebrations of Heradi Primary School and Ruby Jubilee of NITI planned in December 2025.
