ಮಂಗಳವಾರ, ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 7, 2025 ರಂದು ಕಲ್ಯಾಣಪುರದ ಸಂತೆಕಟ್ಟೆಯ ಮೌಂಟ್ ರೋಸರಿ ಚರ್ಚ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಭ್ರಮದ ಪೋಷಕಿಯ ಹಬ್ಬವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಚರ್ಚ್ನ ಗಾಯಕವೃಂದವು ಎಂದಿನಂತೆ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮವಾಗಿ ‘ಸಂತೋಸ್-ಭರಿತ್ ಮೋನನ್, ಕಲ್ಜಾನ್ ಮಂದಿರಾಂತ್ ತುಜ್ಯ ಆಯ್ಲ್ಯಾಂವ್ ..’ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಗೀತೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಡಿತು, ಹಿತ್ತಾಳೆ ಬ್ಯಾಂಡ್ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ವರ್ಣರಂಜಿತ ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತಮವಾಗಿ ಅಲಂಕರಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಚರ್ಚ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದರು, ಹಬ್ಬದ ಪವಿತ್ರ ಬಲಿದಾನದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಆಚರಣೆಕಾರರಾದ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಾವರ ಹೋಲಿ ಫ್ಯಾಮಿಲಿ ಚರ್ಚ್ನ ಪ್ಯಾರಿಷ್ ಫಾದರ್ ರೆವರೆಂಡ್ ಜಾನ್ ಫೆರ್ನಾಂಡಿಸ್ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ. ಬಲಿದಾನ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಭಕ್ತಾಧಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ಸಾಹ, ಭಕ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂತೋಷಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊರತೆಯಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಚರ್ಚ್ ಬಹುತೇಕ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ತುಂಬಿತ್ತು.
ಭಕ್ತಾಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಅತಿಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿ ‘ಈ ಜುಬಿಲಿ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಪವಿತ್ರ ರೋಸರಿಯ ರಾಣಿ, ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ಯಾರಿಷ್ನ ಪೋಷಕಿ, ನಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ಸ್ಥಾನವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ನಮ್ಮ ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ಪೋಷಕಿ ಮೇರಿಗೆ ಭಕ್ತಿಯ ಹೃದಯಸ್ಪರ್ಶಿ ಜ್ಞಾಪನೆಯಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಆಚರಣೆಯು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಮುದಾಯವನ್ನು ನಂಬಿಕೆ, ಭರವಸೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೀತಿಯ ಸಂಕೇತವಾಗಿ ಒಟ್ಟುಗೂಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ’ ಎಂದರು.
ದೇವರ ವಾಕ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮುರಿಯುವಾಗ, ರೆವರೆಂಡ್ ಫಾದರ್ ಜಾನ್ ಫೆರ್ನಾಂಡಿಸ್ ಅವರು ನಂಬಿಕೆ, ಭರವಸೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನವೀಯತೆಯ ಮೇಲಿನ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯ ಮಹಿಳೆಯಾದ ಮದರ್ ಮೇರಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಕರಿಸಿದರು, ಅವರು ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಪವಿತ್ರ ರೋಸರಿಯ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಗಮನಿಸುವಾಗ ಮದರ್ ಮೇರಿಯ ಜೀವನದ ವಿವಿಧ ಹಂತಗಳು, ಸಂತೋಷ, ದುಃಖದ ಕ್ಷಣಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವಿಜಯಗಳನ್ನು ಸುಂದರವಾಗಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು. ನಾವು ಯಾತ್ರಿ ಚರ್ಚ್ನ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜಪಮಾಲೆ ಹಿಡಿದುಕೊಂಡು ಮುಂದುವರಿಯುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದರು…
‘ಅಸವನ್ ಪೊಯಿನಾರ್, ಮಗ್ತಾವ್ ಉಪಕರ್ ಖಂತಿ, ದುಃಖಿ ಚಿತ್ನಾ ನಿವಾರ್…..’ ಎಂಬ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ಮರಿಯನ್ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರವನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸುತ್ತಾ, ‘ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 7, 2025 ರಂದು ನಡೆಯುವ ಈ ನಾಮಸೂಚಕ ಹಬ್ಬವು ಮೇರಿಯೊಂದಿಗಿನ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಪರ್ಕವನ್ನು ಗಾಢಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ ಪರಸ್ಪರರೊಂದಿಗಿನ ನಮ್ಮ ಬಂಧಗಳನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ, ಹಂಚಿಕೆಯ ಅನುಗ್ರಹ ಮತ್ತು ಕೋಮು ಬೆಂಬಲಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಒಂದು ಸ್ಥಳವನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ, ನಾವು ನಮ್ಮ ನಂಬಿಕೆ, ನಮ್ಮ ಪರಂಪರೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಗಳ ಆಳವಾದ ಪ್ರಭಾವವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ’.
ದೇವರ ತಾಯಿಯಾದ ಮೇರಿ, ಗರ್ಭ, ತೊಟ್ಟಿಲು, ಶಿಲುಬೆಯಿಂದ ಸಮಾಧಿಯವರೆಗೆ 33 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಯೇಸುವಿನ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಮತ್ತು ಮಿಷನ್ನ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿದ್ದಾಳೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಿದ ಧರ್ಮೋಪದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು. “ಇಗೋ ಕರ್ತನ ದಾಸಿ: ನಿನ್ನ ವಾಕ್ಯದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ನನಗೆ ಆಗಲಿ…” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ, ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಗಳನ್ನು – ಆಲೋಚನೆಗಳು, ಮಾತುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ – ಮಾತೆ ಮೇರಿಯ ಇಡೀ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಸಂಕ್ಷಿಪ್ತವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾ ಫಾದರ್ ಫೆರ್ನಾಂಡಿಸ್, ಪ್ಯಾರಿಷಿಯನ್ನರಿಗೆ ರೋಸರಿಯನ್ನು ಪಠಿಸಲು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದರು, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ನಮ್ಮ ದೈನಂದಿನ ಜೀವನದ ಅವಿಭಾಜ್ಯ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿದೆ, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಸ್ಮರಣಾರ್ಥ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯು ಅವಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಎತ್ತಲಾದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅದರ ಅರ್ಹತೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಎಂದಿಗೂ ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ನಮಗೆ ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿತು….
ನಾಮಸೂಚಕ ಹಬ್ಬದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಜಕರಾದ ಪಿರ್ಜೆಂತ್, ಶ್ರೀ ರೊನಾಲ್ಡ್ ಸಲ್ಡಾನ್ಹಾ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಟುಂಬವು ವಿಸ್ತಾರವಾದ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರು – ಅಲಂಕಾರ, ಪವಿತ್ರ ಬಲಿದಾನದ ನೇರ ಪ್ರಸಾರ, ಮಧುರವಾದ ಸೂರ್ಯನ ಬೆಳಕಿನ ಹಿತ್ತಾಳೆ ಬ್ಯಾಂಡ್, ಕೇಕ್ ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ತಂಪು ಪಾನೀಯಗಳು… ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ, ಮತ್ತು ವಿಕಾರ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ವಿಕಾರ್ ಜನರಲ್ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಫರ್ಡಿನ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ಗೊನ್ಸಾಲ್ವೆಸ್ ಅವರ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ಅಲಂಕರಿಸಿದ ಮೇಣದಬತ್ತಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಹವಾಗಿ ಧನ್ಯವಾದ ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದರು, ಅವರು ಡೀನರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಡಯಾಸಿಸ್ ಎರಡೂ ಅತಿಥಿ ಪಾದ್ರಿಗಳ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಹಾಜರಿದ್ದ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಹಬ್ಬದ ಶುಭಾಶಯಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಚರ್ಚ್ ಧರ್ಮಗುರು ರೆವರೆಂಡ್ ಡಾ. ರೋಕ್ ಡಿಸೋಜ ಅವರು ಎಲ್ಲರ ಸಹಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮನ್ವಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದರು – ಸರ್ ಅನ್ಸಿಲ್ಲಾ ಡಿಮೆಲ್ಲೊ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನಾ ಆಯೋಗ್, ಬಲಿಪೀಠದ ಸೇವಕರು, ಯುವಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಗುರ್ಕಾರ್ಗಳು, ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳು ಹಾಜರಿದ್ದರು. ಚರ್ಚ್ ಧರ್ಮಗುರು ಮೊದಲೇ ತಿಳಿಸಿದಂತೆ, ಪವಿತ್ರ ಬಲಿದಾನದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣಿಕೆ / ಸಂಗ್ರಹಗಳನ್ನು ‘ಪ್ಯಾರಿಷ್ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ನಿಧಿ’ಗೆ ಜಮಾ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
‘ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 7 ರಂದು ವಾರ್ಷಿಕವಾಗಿ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಗುವ ಪವಿತ್ರ ರೋಸರಿಯ ರಾಣಿಯ ಹಬ್ಬವು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಮುದಾಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಮಹತ್ವದ ಘಟನೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ನಮ್ಮ ಪೋಷಕರನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸುತ್ತದೆ’. ಡಯೋಸಿಸ್ನ ವಿಕಾರ್ ಜನರಲ್, ಮೊನ್ಸಿಂಝ್ಹೋರ್ ಫರ್ಡಿನ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ಗೊನ್ಸಾಲ್ವೆಸ್ ಅವರು ಈ ವೇಗವಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪ್ಯಾರಿಷ್ನ ಆಚರಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲು ಸಂತೋಷವನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಪ್ಯಾರಿಷನರ್ಗಳು ಬಲಿದಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು, ಬಲವಾದ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಒಳಗೊಳ್ಳುವಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಆಚರಣೆಯು ಮೇರಿಯ ಮೇಲಿನ ನಮ್ಮ ಭಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸಿತು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸಿತು. ವಿಕಾರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಸಹಾಯಕರ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ, ಎಸ್ಆರ್ಎ ಸಿಸ್ಟರ್ಗಳ ಒಳಗೊಳ್ಳುವಿಕೆ, ಒಗ್ಗಟ್ಟಿನ ಗಾಯಕರ ತಂಡ, ಪ್ಯಾರಿಷ್, ಡೀನರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಡಯಾಸಿಸ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಯುವಕರ ಪಾತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಒಳಗೊಳ್ಳುವಿಕೆ, ಪ್ಯಾರಿಷ್ ನಿಯತಕಾಲಿಕೆ ‘ರೋಜಾರಿಚೊ ಗಾಂಚ್’ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರು ಶ್ಲಾಘಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಉಡುಪಿ ಡಯಾಸಿಸ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ವರಾಡೊದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯ ಪಾತ್ರವನ್ನು ಶ್ಲಾಘಿಸಿದರು…. ನಿಷ್ಠಾವಂತರಿಗೆ ಅವರ ಗರಿಗರಿಯಾದ ಸಂದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ.
ಅನೇಕ ಹಾಜರಿದ್ದವರು ನಂಬಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟುಗೂಡುವ ಅವಕಾಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆಯನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು. ಪವಿತ್ರ ರೋಸರಿಯ ರಾಣಿಯ ಹಬ್ಬವು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಮುದಾಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಹಭಾಗಿತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದುಗೂಡಿಸಿದ ಆಳವಾದ ಆಚರಣೆಯಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಇದು ನಮ್ಮ ಪೋಷಕರ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದ ಜ್ಞಾಪನೆಯಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿತು.
ಕಲ್ಯಾಣಪುರ ವಲಯದ ಧರ್ಮಗುರುಗಳು, ನೆರೆಹೊರೆಯ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಅತಿಥಿ ಪಾದ್ರಿಗಳು ಪ್ಯಾರಿಷಿಯನ್ನರು ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ನಿಷ್ಠಾವಂತರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪವಿತ್ರ ಬಲಿದಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು.

Kallianpur on Tuesday, 7th October, 2025. The Choir of the Church at its usual best to sing the entrance hymn ‘santos-bharith monan,kalzan Mandirant Tujya ailyav..’, as the celebrants entered the well decorated Church in a colorful procession, with brass band, at 10.30 am, led by Rev Fr John Fernandes, OFM Cap, Parish Priest, Holy Family Church, Brahmmavar, the main celebrant, of the festal Holy Mass. Tuesday was a working day and many were duty bound, except children, there was no dearth for enthusiasm, devotion and joy, as the Church was almost full to its capacities.
As the formal introduction was read out to welcome the parishioners and guests, ‘during this year of Jubilee the titular Feast of the Queen of the Holy Rosary, the Patroness of our parish, holds a special place in our hearts, serving as a poignant reminder of our spiritual journey and devotion to Mary, our patroness. This annual celebration brings together our community in a symbol of faith, hope, and love’.
While breaking the word of God, Rev Fr John Fernandes focused on Mother Mary a woman of faith, hope and love to humanity as he beautifully narrated different stages of Mother Mary’s life, happiness, sad moments and triumphs as we observe in the prayer of Holy Rosary every day. We being part of pilgrim church hold rosary in hand and go forward, he insisted…
Quoting the famed Marian Hymn ‘Asavn Poinar, Magthav Upkar kanthi, Dukhi Vignan Nivar….., ‘this titular feast on 7th October, 2025, not only deepens our connection to Mary but also strengthens our bonds with one another, creating a space for shared grace and communal support. Together, we celebrate our faith, our heritage, and the profound impact of the prayers in our lives’.
He further explained in his well prepared sermon that how Mary, Mother of God, part of Jesus journey and mission for 33 years from womb, cradle, Cross to tomb. While concluding Fr Fernandes summarized the whole life of Mother Mary, that of prayers – in thoughts, words and actions – “Behold the handmaid of the Lord: be it done unto me, according to Thy word…” and called the parishioners to recite the Rosary being an integral part of our daily life, as the prayer of memorare assured us whatever petitions raised through her never be denied on its merit….’
Pirjenth, the main sponsors for the Titular Feast, Mr. Ronald Saldanha and family made elaborate arrangements – the decoration, live telecast of the Holy Mass, melodious Sunshine Brass Band, Cake and soft drinks for all… etc, and were acknowledged by the Vicar and deservedly thanked with decorated candle, from the hands of Vicar General Msgr Ferdinand Gonsalves, who conveyed festal greetings to all present on behalf guest priests both of the Deanery and Diocese.
Rev Dr Roque DSouza, the Parish Priest thanked everyone for their cooperation and coordination – the Choir, Liturgy Ayog led by Sir Ancilla DMello, Altar servers, the youth and Gurkars and all pious organizations and laity leadership of Parish Pastoral Council…..
As informed by the Parish Priest earlier, the offering / collections during the Holy Mass will be credited to ‘Parish Medical Fund’.
‘The Feast of the Queen of the Holy Rosary, celebrated annually on October 7th, is a significant event in our community, honoring our patroness’. Vicar General of the Diocese, Msgr Ferdinand Gonsalves expressed his happiness to be a part of the celebrations of this fast growing parish as parishioners attended the Mass and related events, showcasing strong community involvement. The celebration not only strengthened our devotion to Mary but also reinforced the importance of prayer in our lives. He appreciated the leadership of Vicar and his assistant, involvement of SRA Sisters, cohesive Choir team, role and involvement of youth in the parish, Deanery and Diocese, the parish magazine ‘Rozaricho Gaanch’ etc. and active role in the Varado as such in the Udupi Diocese….in his crispy message to the faithful.
Many attendees expressed gratitude for the opportunity to gather in faith. The Feast of the Queen of the Holy Rosary was a profound celebration that united our community in prayer and fellowship. It served as a reminder of our patroness’s guidance.
Priest’s from the Kallianpur Deanery, guest priests from the neighborhood and from native town participated in the Holy Mass along with parishioners and other faithful.
