ಕಲ್ಯಾಣಪುರ ಮಿಲಾಗ್ರಿಸ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ನೂತನ ಸಂಚಾಲಕರಾದ ರೆವರೆಂಡ್ ಫ್ರಾನ್ಸಿಸ್ ಕ್ಸೇವಿಯರ್ ಲೂಯಿಸ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಅಧಿಕೃತವಾಗಿ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಲು ಮಿಲಾಗ್ರಿಸ್ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಆತ್ಮೀಯ ಮತ್ತು ಆಕರ್ಷಕ ಸ್ವಾಗತ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಐಕ್ಯೂಎಸಿ ಸಂಯೋಜಕರಾದ ಶೈಲೆಟ್ ಮಥಿಯಾಸ್ ಅವರು ಮಾಡಿದ ಹೃತ್ಪೂರ್ವಕ ಸ್ವಾಗತ ಭಾಷಣದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು, ಅವರು ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಹೊಸ ವರದಿಗಾರರನ್ನು ಹೃತ್ಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರು. ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಡಾ. ವಿನ್ಸೆಂಟ್ ಆಳ್ವಾ ಅವರು ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ನೇಮಕಗೊಂಡ ವರದಿಗಾರರನ್ನು ಔಪಚಾರಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಜದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಅವರ ಅಮೂಲ್ಯ ಕೊಡುಗೆಗಳು, ನಾಯಕತ್ವದ ಗುಣಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಬದ್ಧತೆಯನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದರು. ಹೊಸ ವರದಿಗಾರರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಗತಿಗೆ ಹೊಸ ಭರವಸೆಗಳು, ತಾಜಾ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ನವೀಕೃತ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನವನ್ನು ತರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.

ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕ ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ರೆವರೆಂಡ್ ಫ್ರಾನ್ಸಿಸ್ ಕ್ಸೇವಿಯರ್ ಲೂಯಿಸ್ ಅವರು ಸ್ನೇಹಪರ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ಟಿಪ್ಪಣಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಭಾಷಣವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆತ್ಮೀಯವಾಗಿ ಸಂವಹನ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಅವರು, ತಮ್ಮ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಕನಸುಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಮತ್ತು ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಸಮರ್ಪಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ದೃಢಸಂಕಲ್ಪದಿಂದ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲು ಅವರನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿದರು. ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣ ಭವಿಷ್ಯವನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಆತ್ಮಾವಲೋಕನ, ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಮತ್ತು ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಅವರು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬದ್ಧತೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅನುಸರಿಸಲು ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸಿದರು.

ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಗೌರವಯುತ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು, ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯನ್ನು ಏಕತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆಚರಣೆಯ ಮನೋಭಾವದಿಂದ ಒಟ್ಟುಗೂಡಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕಿ ಚೈತ್ರ ಅವರು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ನಿರೂಪಿಸಿದರು, ಅವರು ಕಾರ್ಯಕಲಾಪಗಳನ್ನು ಸುಗಮವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಆಕರ್ಷಕವಾಗಿ ಮುನ್ನಡೆಸಿದರು.

ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಸೋಫಿಯಾ ಡಯಾಸ್, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬೋಧನಾ ಮತ್ತು ಆಡಳಿತ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಮತ್ತು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು. ಹೊಸ ವರದಿಗಾರರನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸಂತೋಷ ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ಸಾಹವನ್ನು ಸಭೆ ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸಿತು ಮತ್ತು ಮಿಲಾಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಭರವಸೆಯ ಪ್ರಯಾಣದ ಆರಂಭವನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿತು.

Milagres College Welcomes New Correspondent with Hope and Inspiration

A warm and graceful welcome programme was organised at Milagres College Kallianpur to officially welcome the newly appointed Correspondent, Msgr. Very Rev. Fr. Francis Xavier Lewis, Correspondent of Milagres Institutions, Kallianpur.

The programme began with a cordial welcome address delivered by Mrs. Shylet Mathias, IQAC Coordinator, who warmly welcomed the gathering and the new Correspondent to the institution. Dr. Vincent Alva, Principal of the college, formally introduced the newly appointed Correspondent and highlighted his valuable contributions, leadership qualities, and commitment towards education and society. He expressed that the appointment of the new Correspondent brings new hopes, fresh energy, and a renewed vision for the growth and progress of the institution.

Addressing the students and faculty members, Msgr. Very Rev. Fr. Francis Xavier Lewis began his speech on a friendly and inspiring note. Interacting warmly with the students, he encouraged them to identify their future dreams and work with dedication and determination to achieve them. He emphasised the importance of self-reflection, confidence, and values in shaping a meaningful future and motivated the students to pursue their aspirations with positivity and commitment.

The event was conducted in a dignified and vibrant manner, bringing together faculty members and staff in a spirit of unity and celebration. The overall programme was efficiently compered by Ms. Chaithra, Assistant Professor, Department of English, who guided the proceedings smoothly and engagingly.

Mrs. Sophia Dias, Vice Principal, all teaching and administrative staff, and students were present during the programme. The gathering reflected the institution’s joy and enthusiasm in welcoming the new Correspondent and marked the beginning of a promising journey for the Milagres Institutions.
