ಅಂತರ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಯುವ ವಿನಿಮಯ 2025-26ರ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಸಮಾರಂಭವನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು, ತೆಲಂಗಾಣ ಅತಿಥಿ ರಾಜ್ಯವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಮೇರಾ ಯುವ ಭಾರತ್ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ, ಯುವ ವ್ಯವಹಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯ, ಮಾಂಡ್ ಶೋಭಾಣ್, ಶಕ್ತಿಂಗರ ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಮತ್ತು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸೇವಾ ಯೋಜನೆ ಮಂಗಳೂರು ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಸಹಯೋಗದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ಸಮಾರಂಭವು ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಕೆನರಾ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಎನ್‌ಎಸ್‌ಎಸ್ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕ ಐಸಿರಿ ಐತಾಳ್ ಅವರ ಆತ್ಮೀಯ ಸ್ವಾಗತದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆಯ ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಸ್ಪೀಕರ್ ಯು.ಟಿ. ಖಾದರ್ ಅವರು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾ, “ಯುವಕರು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದ ಆಸ್ತಿ” ಎಂದು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಶಾಸಕ ವೇದವ್ಯಾಸ ಕಾಮತ್ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂವಾದ ನಡೆಸಿದರು, ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಶ್ರೀಮಂತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಪರಂಪರೆಯನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದರು. ಮಂಗಳೂರು ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಸಾರ್ಜೆಂಟ್ ಮಹೇಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಹೊಳ್ಳ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಇತರ ಗಣ್ಯರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು; ಶ್ರೀ ಉಲ್ಲಾಸ್ ಕೆ ಟಿ ಕೆ, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಯುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ, ಎಂವೈ ಭಾರತ್ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ; ಸಿಎ ಶಾಂತಾರಾಮ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ, ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು, ಭಾರತೀಯ ರೆಡ್ ಕ್ರಾಸ್ ಸೊಸೈಟಿ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ; ಶ್ರೀ ಲುವಿ ಪಿಂಟೊ, ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು, ಮಾಂಡ್ ಶೋಭನ್, ಕಲಾಂಗಣ ಶಕ್ತಿಂಗರ, ಮಂಗಳೂರು; ಶ್ರೀ ಜಗದೀಶ್ ಕೆ, ಎಂವೈ ಭಾರತ್ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ; ಸೀಮಾ ಪ್ರಭು ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ನೋಡಲ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ, ಮಂಗಳೂರು ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ ಮತ್ತು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ತರಬೇತುದಾರ ಶ್ರೀಕಾಂತ್, ಎಂವೈ ಭಾರತ್ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ.

ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಹಳೆಯಂಗಡಿಯ ಎಂವೈ ಭಾರತ್ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕ ಹಿತಾ ಉಮೇಶ್ ಅವರು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ನೇತೃತ್ವ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು, ಅವರು ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದರು. ಸಮಾರಂಭವು ಉತ್ಸಾಹ ಮತ್ತು ಸೌಹಾರ್ದತೆಯಿಂದ ಗುರುತಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿತು, ಇದು ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಯುವ ವಿನಿಮಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ನಾಂದಿ ಹಾಡಿತು.

The Inaugural Ceremony of the Inter State Youth Exchange 2025-26 was held in Mangalore, Karnataka, with Telangana as the guest state. The event was organized by Mera Yuva Bharath Dakshina Kannada District Karnataka, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, in collaboration with Mandd Shobhann, Shakthingara Mangalore, and National Service Scheme Mangalore University.The program will be held from February 12th to 16th, 2026, at Shakthi Nagar, Mangalore & hosting a delegation of 37 members, including 35 bright young leaders and 2 escorts representing five districts of Telangana.

The ceremony began with a warm welcome by Aisiri Aithal, NSS Volunteer from Canara College, Mangalore. The Honorable Speaker of Karnataka Legislative Assembly, UT Khader, inaugurated the event and addressed the delegates, emphasizing that “Youths are the assets of the nation.”

MLA Vedavyasa Kamath interacted with the delegates, highlighting Mangaluru’s rich education and cultural heritage. Other dignitaries present included Sargent Mahesh Kumar Holla, Executive Officer, Thaluk Panchayath Mangaluru; Sri Ullas K T K, District Youth Officer, MY Bharath Dakshina Kannada Karnataka; CA Shantharam Shetty, Chairman, Indian Red Cross Society Dakshina Kannada; Sri Luvi Pinto, President, Mandd Shobhann, Kalangana Shakthingara Mangalore; Sri Jagadeesh K, MY Bharath Dakshina Kannada; Seema Prabhu Dakshina Kannada District Nodal Officer Mangalore University and Srikanth, District Trainer, MY Bharath Dakshina Kannada Karnataka.

The event was emceed by Hitha Umesh, MY Bharath Volunteer, Government College Haleangadi, who also delivered a vote of thanks. The ceremony was marked by a sense of enthusiasm and camaraderie, setting the tone for a successful youth exchange program.
