ಬೈಂದೂರು: ಎಂಸಿಸಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್, ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಇದರ ಬೈಂದೂರು ಶಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 4, 2025 ರಂದು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ದಿನವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯನ್ನು ಎಂಸಿಸಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಸಹಕಾರ ರತ್ನ ಶ್ರೀ ಅನಿಲ್ ಲೋಬೊ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಮಾದರಿ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆಯ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಹೊಸಾಡು ರಾಮ ಶೇರಿಗಾರ್ ಮತ್ತು 2025ರ ಐಐಬಿಎಸ್ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಪುರಸ್ಕøತರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಆಶಾ ವೀಣಾ ಡಯಾಸ್ ಅವರು ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಎಂಸಿಸಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಎಲ್ರಾಯ್ ಕೆ. ಕ್ರಾಸ್ಟೊ ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಖೆಯ ಹಿರಿಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಸಂದೀಪ್ ಕ್ವಾಡ್ರಾಸ್ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ದಿನದ ಉತ್ಸಾಹವನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಡಾ| ಸರ್ವೆಪಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಧಾಕೃಷ್ಣನ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಪುಷ್ಪ ನಮನ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು.
ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೀಯ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ, ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಸಹಕಾರ ರತ್ನ ಶ್ರೀ ಅನಿಲ್ ಲೋಬೊ ಅವರು ಬೈಂದೂರು ಶಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ದಿನವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲು ಸಂತೋಷ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು, ಇದು ಬೈಂದೂರು ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಬೆಂಬಲಿತ ವಾತಾವರಣದಿಂದ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಯಿತು. ಅವರು ಯುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ವೃತ್ತಿಜೀವನವನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರವನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು “ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕಾರರು” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಶ್ರೀ ಹೊಸಾಡು ರಾಮ ಶೇರಿಗಾರ್ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ, ಬೈಂದೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೇ ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ ಎಂಸಿಸಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ಉಪಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಶ್ಲಾಘಿಸಿದರು. ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, ಎಂಸಿಸಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ನೀಡುವ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದರು. ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರ ಸಮಾಜವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರವನ್ನು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಆಶಾ ವೀಣಾ ಡಯಾಸ್ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ನಿಸ್ವಾರ್ಥ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಭವಿಷ್ಯವನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರ ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ತಮ್ಮ 18 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಬೋಧನಾ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ, ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಕೊಡುಗೆಗಾಗಿ ಗುರುತಿಸಿದ್ದು ಇದೇ ಮೊದಲು, ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಪರವಾಗಿ, ಎಂಸಿಸಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಗೌರವ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆಯನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಜರಿದ್ದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಶ್ರೀ ಅನಿಲ್ ಲೋಬೊ ಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸಿದರು. ಸುಮಾರು ಅರವತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಆಚರಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಎಲ್ರೊಯ್ ಕಿರಣ್ ಕ್ರಾಸ್ಟೊ, ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿ, ಹಿರಿಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ಶ್ರೀ ಸಂದೀಪ್ ಕ್ವಾಡ್ರಾಸ್ ವಂದಿಸಿದರು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಹಿರಿಯ ಸಹಾಯಕಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಜೋನಿಟಾ ರೆಬೆಲ್ಲೊ ನಿರೂಪಿಸಿದರು.
MCC Bank, Byndoor Branch Celebrates Teachers’ Day
Byndoor; MCC Bank,(Mangaluru), Byndoor Branch celebrated Teachers’ Day on 4th September 2025 at the branch premises.
The programme was presided over by Sahakara Ratna Mr Anil Lobo, Chairman of MCC Bank. The guests of honour were Mr Hosadu Rama Sherigar, Retired Head Master, Government Model Primary School and Ms Asha Veena Dias, recipient of the IIBS Best Teacher Award 2025. Mr Elroy K. Crasto, Director of MCC Bank, and Mr Sandeep Quadras, Senior Manager of the branch were also present on the dais.
The event began with floral tributes to Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, marking the spirit of Teachers’ Day. Mr Elroy K. Crasto welcomed the gathering.
In his presidential address, Chairman Sahakara Ratna Mr Anil Lobo expressed his delight at celebrating Teachers’ Day at the Byndoor Branch, made possible by the supportive environment of the Byndoor region. He highlighted the vital role of teachers in shaping the careers of young students and emphasized that “Teachers are nation builders.”
Mr Hosadu Rama Sherigar, in his address, appreciated MCC Bank’s initiative of hosting a Teachers’ Day celebration, the first of its kind in Byndoor. He spoke about the development of the Bank and urged teachers to avail themselves of the services offered by MCC Bank. He also stressed the important role of teachers in building a healthy society.
Ms Asha Veena Dias, in her speech, stated that teachers render selfless service and play a key role in shaping the future of students. She shared that, in her 18 years of teaching, this was the first time a Bank had recognized teachers for their contribution. On behalf of all teachers, she expressed gratitude to MCC Bank for the honour.
All teachers present at the event were felicitated by Chairman Mr Anil Lobo. Around sixty teachers participated in the celebration.
The programme begin with a prayer conducted by staff. Mr Sandeep Quadras, Senior Manager, proposed vote of thanks. The programme was compered by Mrs Jonita Rebello, Senior Assistant.
The celebration was a memorable occasion, reflecting MCC Bank’s commitment to recognizing the invaluable service of teachers to society.
