ಕಲ್ಯಾಣಪುರದ ಮಿಲಾಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಕಾಲೇಜು ನವೆಂಬರ್ 22, 2025 ರಂದು ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಸಂಘವು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದ “ಸ್ವಾಧ್ ಉತ್ಸವ- 2025” ಎಂಬ ಅದ್ಭುತ ಆಹಾರ ಉತ್ಸವವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿತು. ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಸಮಾರಂಭವು ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 12:00 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು, ಬಾಣಸಿಗ – ಕಿರಣ್ ಸಂಪಾದಕ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ಯಾಮೆರಾ ಗೌತಮ್ ಮತ್ತು ಡಿಒಪಿ – ಕಾರ್ತಿಕ್, ಮಹಾನ್ ಭಾರತೀಯ ASMR ಮುಖ್ಯ ಉದ್ಘಾಟಕರಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ರೆವರೆಂಡ್ ಮೊನ್ಸಿಂಝ್ಹೊರ್ ಫರ್ಡಿನಾಂಡ್ ಗೊನ್ಸಾಲ್ವೆಸ್, ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಡಾ. ವಿನ್ಸೆಂಟ್ ಆಳ್ವಾ ಅವರು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು, ಐಕ್ಯೂಎಸಿ ಸಂಯೋಜಕರಾದ ಶೈಲೆಟ್ ಮಥಾಯಿಸ್ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಯಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ಊಟಗಳನ್ನು ಬೇಯಿಸುವುದು, ಆಧುನಿಕ ಆಹಾರಗಳನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಪಾಕಶಾಲೆಯ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಂಡಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದರು, ಆಹಾರವನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಿದರು, ಆದರೆ ವರ್ಗ ಸಲಹೆಗಾರರು ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಬಲವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದರು. ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೆಫ್ – ಕಿರಣ್ ಸಂಪಾದಕ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ಯಾಮೆರಾ ಗೌತಮ್ ಮತ್ತು ಛಾಯಾಗ್ರಹಣ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ (DOP) – ಕಾರ್ತಿಕ್, ಭಾರತೀಯ ASMR ಯೂಟ್ಯೂಬರ್ಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ಭಾರತೀಯ ASMR ಯೂಟ್ಯೂಬರ್ಗಳು ಆಹಾರ ಉತ್ಸವವನ್ನು ಬಿಳಿ ಬೋರ್ಡ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಣ್ಣದ ತಾಳೆ ಮುದ್ರಣದ ಮೂಲಕ ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿದರು, ನಂತರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ಭಾಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹದ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಆಡಳಿತ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಗಣ್ಯರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಯಾರಿಸಿದ ರುಚಿಕರವಾದ ಆಹಾರವನ್ನು ಸವಿದರು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ವಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಅಂಶವೆಂದರೆ ಗಣ್ಯರು ಉಡುಗೊರೆ ಪೆಟ್ಟಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯುವುದು. ಹೀಲಿಯಂ ಅನಿಲ ಬಲೂನ್ಗಳಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿದ ಪೆಟ್ಟಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾದ್ ಉಸ್ತಾವ್ ಲೋಗೋದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಾಗಿಸಲಾಯಿತು, ಇದನ್ನು ದಿನದ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಅದ್ಭುತ ಯಶಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಕಂಡಿತು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಉತ್ಸಾಹ, ಸೃಜನಶೀಲತೆ ಮತ್ತು ತಂಡದ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು. ಪಾಕಶಾಲೆಯ ಆನಂದವನ್ನು ಮೀರಿ, ಆಹಾರ ಉತ್ಸವವು ಮೌಲ್ಯಯುತವಾದ ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಅನುಭವವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿತು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಕೆಟಿಂಗ್ ಮತ್ತು ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ ಸಿದ್ಧಾಂತಗಳಿಗೆ ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಿತು.
ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಸಂಘದ ಸಂಚಾಲಕಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಚೈತ್ರ, ಪಿಆರ್ಒ ಶ್ರೀ ರವಿನಂದನ್, ಬೋಧನಾ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ, ಆಡಳಿತ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರು, ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಸಂಘದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ನಿಶಿತಾ ಮತ್ತು ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಸಂಘದ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಶ್ರೀ ಅಕ್ಷಯ್ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. “ಸ್ವಾದ್ ಉತ್ಸವ – 2025” ಆಹಾರವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸುವುದಲ್ಲದೆ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಂಡದ ಕೆಲಸ, ಸೃಜನಶೀಲತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಲಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಿದ ಸ್ಮರಣೀಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ನೆನಪಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಉಳಿಯುತ್ತದೆ.
Kalyanpur Milagres College – Commerce Association organized “Swadh Utsav- 2025”
Milagres College Kallianpur hosted a spectacular Food Fest, “Swadh Ustav- 2025,” organized by the Commerce Association on November 22, 2025. The inaugural ceremony commenced at 12:00 pm, with Chef – Kiran Editor and camera Gowtham, and DOP- karthik, the great Indian ASMR as the chief inaugurator. Rev. Msgr. Ferdinand Gonsalves, President of the program, Dr. Vincent Alva, Principal, presided over the program, while Shylet Mathais, IQAC Coordinator, graced the occasion as the chief guest.
The event kicked off with students cooking traditional meals, modern foods showcasing their culinary skills. Students worked in teams, preparing and presenting food, while class advisors provided guidance and support. The inaugural ceremony featured Chef – Kiran Editor and camera Gowtham, and Director of Photography (DOP)- karthik, the great Indian ASMR youtubers inaugurating the food fest by colour palm print on the white board, followed by an inspiring address and words of encouragement for the students. The dignitaries, including teachers and administrative staff, savored the delicious food prepared by the students.
A unique aspect of the program was the gift box opening by the dignitaries. The box filled with helium gas balloons carry with the Swad Ustav logo which was released by the guests of the day. The event was a resounding success, with students showcasing their enthusiasm, creativity, and teamwork. Beyond the culinary delights, the Food Fest provided a valuable learning experience, introducing students to marketing and business ideologies.
The occasion was attended by Mrs. Chaithra, Convenor of the Commerce Association, Mr. Ravinandan, PRO, teaching staff, administrative staff members, Ms. Nishitha, President of the Commerce Association, and Mr. Akshay, Vice President of the Commerce Association. The “Swad Ustav – 2025” will be remembered as a memorable event that not only celebrated food but also fostered teamwork, creativity, and learning among students.
