ಬಾರ್ಕೂರು, ಜುಲೈ 31: ಬಾರ್ಕೂರಿನ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ತರಬೇತಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ (ನೀತಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ) ತನ್ನ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪಡೆದ 110 ಪ್ರಥಮ ವರ್ಷದ ಐಟಿಐ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಪೋಷಕರಿಗಾಗಿ ಜುಲೈ 31, 2026 ರ ಶುಕ್ರವಾರದಂದು ಉತ್ತಮವಾಗಿ ಯೋಜಿಸಲಾದ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ಓರಿಯಂಟೇಶನ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿತು, ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ವೃತ್ತಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲದಾಯಕ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಿತು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 10.45 ಕ್ಕೆ ಹರೀಶ್ ಹೆಬ್ಬಾರ್ ಅವರು ಸುಮಧುರವಾಗಿ ಹಾಡಿದ ‘ತಾಯಿ ಶಾರದೆ ಲೋಕ ಪೂಜಿತೆ..’ ಎಂಬ ಆತ್ಮೀಯ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು, ಇದು ಪ್ರಶಾಂತ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನಾಶೀಲ ವಾತಾವರಣವನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿತು.
ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ಉಪ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಭಾಸ್ಕರ್ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯ ಅವರು ಹೃತ್ಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರು, ಅವರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪೋಷಕರನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನ, ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಮುಖ್ಯ ಭಾಷಣ ಭಾಷಣ ಮಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲ ಪ್ರೊ. ವೆಂಕಟೇಶ್ ಕ್ರಮಧಾರಿ, ನೀತಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ 42 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅದ್ಭುತ ಪ್ರಯಾಣದ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಅವಲೋಕನವನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರು. ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸ್ಥಿರವಾದ 100% ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶಗಳು, 100% ಕ್ಯಾಂಪಸ್ ನಿಯೋಜನೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಉಡುಪಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗ್ರ ಶ್ರೇಯಾಂಕ ಪಡೆದ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ತರಬೇತಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿ ಅದರ ಹೆಗ್ಗಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಅವರು ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯಿಂದ ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದರು. ವಿವಿಧ ವಹಿವಾಟುಗಳು, ತರಬೇತಿ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳು, ಉದ್ಯಮ ಸಹಯೋಗಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಂಡ ನಂತರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕಾಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿ, ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯರು, ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಪುರಸ್ಕೃತರು ಮತ್ತು ಬಾರ್ಕೂರು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಂಘದ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಅಶೋಕ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಅವರು ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ಭಾಷಣ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲಿನ ತಮ್ಮ ಶ್ರೀಮಂತ ಅನುಭವದಿಂದ ಅವರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಪೋಷಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರಿಗೆ ವೃತ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಜೀವನ ಎರಡರಲ್ಲೂ ಯಶಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾದ ಗುಣಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಅಮೂಲ್ಯವಾದ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಒಬ್ಬರ ಗುರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಸ್ತು, ಪರಿಶ್ರಮ, ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕತೆ, ಕಠಿಣ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮ ಮತ್ತು ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕ ಚಿಂತನೆಯ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಅವರು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಬಾರ್ಕೂರು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಂಘದ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಶ್ರೀ ಗೋಪಾಲ್ ನಾಯಕ್, ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅದನ್ನು ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಎಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೋಲಿಸಬಹುದಾದ ಒಂದಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಹೋರಾಟಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ತ್ಯಾಗಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಯಿಂದ ಸ್ಮರಿಸಿದರು. ನೀತಿ ಒದಗಿಸಿದ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ, ಅನುಭವಿ ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಕಲಿಕಾ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಉತ್ತಮವಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಅವರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದರು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದ ಬಾರ್ಕೂರು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಂಘದ ಹಿರಿಯ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಶೇಡಿಕೋಡ್ಲು ವಿಠಲ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ, ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನೀತಿ ಬಾರ್ಕೂರು ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯವನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪಡೆದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಪೋಷಕರನ್ನು ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸಿದರು. ಮುಂದಿನ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಭವಿಷ್ಯವನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಣಾಯಕ ಪಾತ್ರ ವಹಿಸುತ್ತವೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನೆನಪಿಸಿದರು. ಸರಳ ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ದೇಶಪೂರ್ವಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲು ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಅವರು, ಅನಗತ್ಯ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಖರ್ಚುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ದುಂದುಗಾರಿಕೆಯ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದರು, ಪೋಷಕರು ಕಷ್ಟಪಟ್ಟು ಸಂಪಾದಿಸಿದ ಹಣವನ್ನು ವಿವೇಚನೆಯಿಂದ ಬಳಸುವಂತೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಅಧ್ಯಯನದತ್ತ ಗಮನಹರಿಸಬೇಕು, ಪೋಷಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಸ್ತು, ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಠಿಣ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮದ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು – ಅವರ ಸ್ವಂತ ಉದಾಹರಣೆಯಿಂದ ವಿವರಿಸುತ್ತಾ, ಸಮರ್ಥ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರರು ಮತ್ತು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯುತ ನಾಗರಿಕರಾಗಿ ಹೊರಹೊಮ್ಮಲು ಅವರು ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
ಸಭೆಯನ್ನುದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಬಾರ್ಕೂರು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಂಘದ ಖಜಾಂಚಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಹೆಬ್ಬಾರ್, ಐಟಿಐ ಪದವೀಧರರು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ನಿರುದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಉಳಿಯಬೇಕಾಗಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ವಿಶ್ವಾಸದಿಂದ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿತ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು, ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು ಅಥವಾ ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸದಿಂದ ಸ್ವಯಂ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ಯಮಶೀಲತೆಗೆ ಮುಂದಾಗಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಅವರು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.

NITI Conducts Inspiring Orientation Programme for First-Year Students and Parents.
Barkur, July 31: The National Industrial Training Institute (NITI), Barkur, organised a well-planned and inspiring Orientation Programme for its newly admitted 110 first-year ITI students and their respective parents on Friday, 31st July 2026, preparing them for a rewarding journey of technical education and career development.
The programme commenced at 10.45 a.m. with a soulful invocation, ‘Tayi Sharade Loka Poojithe..’ rendered melodiously by Harish Hebbar, creating a serene and prayerful atmosphere.
The gathering was warmly welcomed by the Vice Principal, Mr Bhaskar Upadya who greeted the students and parents and emphasised the importance of understanding the institution’s vision, values and expectations.
Delivering the keynote orientation address, Principal Prof. Venkatesh Kramadhari presented a comprehensive overview of NITI’s glorious 42-year journey. He proudly highlighted the institute’s consistent 100% academic results, 100% campus placements, and its distinction as the top-ranked Industrial Training Institute in Udupi District. He explained the various trades, training facilities, industry collaborations and the excellent employment opportunities awaiting students on successful completion of the course.
The chief guest, Mr. Ashok Kumar Shetty, retired Headmaster, National Best Teacher Award recipient and Secretary of the Barkur Educational Society, delivered an inspiring address. Drawing from his rich experience in education, he offered valuable guidance to students, parents and faculty on the qualities essential for success in both career and life. He stressed the importance of discipline, perseverance, honesty, hard work and positive thinking in achieving one’s goals.
