ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಕಂಠೀರವ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಥ್ಲೆಟಿಕ್ಸ್ ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಷನ್ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಜೂನ್ 5ರಂದು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾದ ರಾಜ್ಯಮಟ್ಟದ ಅಥ್ಲೆಟಿಕ್ಸ್ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಸಂತ ಅಲೋಶಿಯಸ್ ಗೊನ್ಝಾಗ ಶಾಲೆಯ 9ನೇ ತರಗತಿ ‘ಬಿ’ ವಿಭಾಗದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಯುವರಾಜ್ ಡಿ. ಕುಂದರ್ ಗಮನಾರ್ಹ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
60 ಮೀಟರ್ ಓಟ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯುವರಾಜ್ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಪದಕ ಗೆದ್ದರೆ, ಉದ್ದ ಜಿಗಿತ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ ಪದಕ ತನ್ನದಾಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡು ಪದಕಗಳನ್ನು ಗೆದ್ದು ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಕೀರ್ತಿ ತಂದಿರುವ ಯುವರಾಜ್ ಅವರ ಸಾಧನೆಗೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ವಂ.ಫಾ. ರೋಹನ್ ಡಿ’ ಅಲ್ಮೇಡ ಎಸ್. ಜೆ ಅವರು ಯುವರಾಜ್ ಅವರ ಈ ಅದ್ಭುತ ಸಾಧನೆಗಾಗಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ವರ್ಗದ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸಿ ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಿಗೂ ಇದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಯಶಸ್ಸು ಸಿಗಲೆಂದು ಹಾರೈಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
Yuvaraj Kunder of St Aloysius Gonzaga School Excels at Karnataka State Athletics Meet
Master Yuvaraj D. Kunder of Class IX B, St Aloysius Gonzaga School, won a Gold Medal in the 60-metre race and a Silver Medal in the Long Jump at the Karnataka State Athletics Meet, organised by the Karnataka Athletics Association at Kanteerava Stadium, Bengaluru, on 5 June 2026.
Competing against talented athletes from across the state, Yuvaraj demonstrated exceptional speed, skill, and determination in both events. His outstanding performance earned him top honours and brought recognition to the school.
