*ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, [21.05.2026]* – ಭಾರತದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ವಲಯದ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ಗಳಲ್ಲೊಂದಾದ Bank of Baroda ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ತನ್ನ ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಒಪ್ಪಂದ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು (MoU) ನವೀಕರಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಾಗಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ವೇತನ ಪ್ಯಾಕೇಜ್ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ದೀರ್ಘಕಾಲದ ಸಹಭಾಗಿತ್ವವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಬಲಪಡಿಸಿದೆ.
ಈ ಒಪ್ಪಂದ ಪತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಚೇರಿ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಿ ಹಾಕಲಾಯಿತು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಡಾ. ಎಂ. ಎ. ಸಲೀಂ, IPS, ಡಿಜಿ & ಐಜಿಪಿ ಆಫ್ ಪೊಲೀಸ್, HoPF ಹಾಗೂ ಶ್ರೀ ಅನಿಲ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಶ್ರೀವಾಸ್ತವ, ಜನರಲ್ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜರ್, ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಆಫ್ ಬರೋಡಾ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ವಲಯ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
ಒಪ್ಪಂದ ಪತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಡಿಐಜಿ ಆಫ್ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ (HQs) ಶ್ರೀ ಟಿ. ಶ್ರೀಧರ, IPS ಮತ್ತು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಆಫ್ ಬರೋಡಾ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ವಲಯದ ಡಿಜಿಎಂ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ವೆಂಕಟರಮಣಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಸಹಿ ಹಾಕಿದರು.
ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಕಲಾ ಕೃಷ್ಣಸ್ವಾಮಿ, IPS, DIGP (Crime), ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಚೇರಿ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು; ಡಾ. ಸಂಜೀವ್ ಪಾಟೀಲ್, IPS, DIGP (Law & Order), ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಚೇರಿ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು; ಶ್ರೀ ಪ್ರವೀಣ್ ಕುಮಾರ್, DGM & RM; ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಜೀವ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಮಿಶ್ರಾ, DGM & RM; ಶ್ರೀ ಅಮರನಾಥ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಪಿ, AGM & RM; ಶ್ರೀ ಸುನಿಲ್ ಕುಮಾರ್, AGM & DRM ಹಾಗೂ ಏರ್ ಕಮೋಡೋರ್ ತರುಣ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಸಿನ್ಹಾ (ನಿವೃತ್ತ), ಡಿಫೆನ್ಸ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ಸಲಹೆಗಾರ, ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಆಫ್ ಬರೋಡಾ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ವಲಯ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಚೇರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಆಫ್ ಬರೋಡಾ ವಲಯ ಕಚೇರಿಯ ಹಿರಿಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಸೌಮೇಂದು ಮುಖರ್ಜಿ, IPS, ADGP (Admin) ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ,
“ಈ ನವೀಕರಿಸಲಾದ ಒಪ್ಪಂದವು ಈಗಿರುವ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಯಶಸ್ಸಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ವೇತನ ಪ್ಯಾಕೇಜ್ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿದ ವಿಮಾ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸುತ್ತದೆ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
### ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯಾಂಶಗಳು:
* ₹10 ಲಕ್ಷಗಳ ಜೀವ ವಿಮಾ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ
* ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಅಪಘಾತ ವಿಮೆ (PAI)
* ₹125 ಲಕ್ಷ – ಕರ್ತವ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿರಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯೇತರ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮರಣ ಹೊಂದಿದರೆ
* ₹125 ಲಕ್ಷ – ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಅಂಗವೈಕಲ್ಯ
* ₹62.5 ಲಕ್ಷ – ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಭಾಗಶಃ ಅಂಗವೈಕಲ್ಯ
* ನಿವೃತ್ತ ವೇತನದಾರರಿಗೆ ₹75 ಲಕ್ಷಗಳವರೆಗೆ PAI ಕವರ್
* ಕುಟುಂಬ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ವೇತನದಾರರಿಗೆ ₹37.5 ಲಕ್ಷಗಳ ನಿಗದಿತ PAI ಕವರ್
* ಯೋಧಾ ರೂಪೇ ಡೆಬಿಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ಗಳ ಉಚಿತ ಜೀವಮಾನ ಸೇವೆ – ₹10 ಲಕ್ಷಗಳ PAI ಕವರ್ ಸಹಿತ
* ವಿಕ್ರಮ್ ಕ್ರೆಡಿಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ – ₹20 ಲಕ್ಷಗಳ PAI ಕವರ್ (ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ/ಜಾರಿ/ಪುನರ್ಜಾರಿ ಶುಲ್ಕವಿಲ್ಲ)
* ಗೃಹ, ವಾಹನ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಗಿರವಿ ಹಾಗೂ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಸಾಲಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಚಿಲ್ಲರೆ ಸಾಲಗಳ ಪ್ರೊಸೆಸಿಂಗ್ ಶುಲ್ಕದ ಮೇಲೆ 100% ವಿನಾಯಿತಿ
ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಆಫ್ ಬರೋಡಾ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ವಲಯದ ಜನರಲ್ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜರ್ ಶ್ರೀ ಅನಿಲ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಶ್ರೀವಾಸ್ತವ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ:
“ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾನೂನು ಮತ್ತು ಸುವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಕಾಪಾಡುವಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರವಹಿಸುವ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಹಭಾಗಿತ್ವವನ್ನು ನವೀಕರಿಸಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾವು ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಪಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಈ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ವೇತನ ಪ್ಯಾಕೇಜ್ ನಮ್ಮ ಮುಂಚೂಣಿ ಭದ್ರತಾ ಪಡೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಭದ್ರತೆ, ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ದೀರ್ಘಕಾಲೀನ ಮೌಲ್ಯ ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಪರಿಹಾರಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುವ ನಮ್ಮ ಬದ್ಧತೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾತ್ಮಕ ಪಾಲುದಾರರ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡುವ ನವೀನ ಹಾಗೂ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುವತ್ತ ನಾವು ಸದಾ ಗಮನಹರಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಈ ನವೀಕರಿಸಿದ ಸಹಭಾಗಿತ್ವವು ಮುಂಚೂಣಿ ಭದ್ರತಾ ಪಡೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಸಬಲೀಕರಣದ ಮೂಲಕ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡುವ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಆಫ್ ಬರೋಡಾದ ಬದ್ಧತೆಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಒತ್ತಿಹೇಳುತ್ತದೆ.
Bank of Baroda Renews MoU with Karnataka State Police with Enhanced Benefits under Salary Package
Bengaluru, [21.05.2026] – Bank of Baroda, one of India’s leading public sector banks, has renewed its Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Karnataka State Police, reinforcing its long-standing partnership by introducing enhanced benefits under the exclusive salary package for police personnel.
The MoU was formally signed at Karnataka State Police Head Quarters, Bengaluru in the august presence of, Dr M A Saleem, IPS, DG &IG of Police, HoPF and Shri Anil Kumar Srivastava, General Manager, Bank of Baroda, Bengaluru Zone. The MoU was signed by Shri T. Sreedhara, IPS, DIG of Police (HQs), Karnataka State Police, and Smt Venkataramani Sri Poorna, DGM, Bank of Baroda, Bengaluru Zone, in the presence of Smt. Shri Soumendu Mukherjee, IPS, ADGP (Admin) remarked that “Renewed agreement builds upon the success of the existing arrangement and introduces Karnataka State Police Salary Package with improved insurance coverage and enhanced benefits.”
Key Highlights of the Enhanced Package are Life Insurance Cover of ₹10 lakhs, Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), ₹125 lakhs (Death – on/off duty), ₹125 lakhs (Permanent Total Disability), ₹62.5 lakhs (Permanent Partial Disability), Pensioners: PAI cover up to ₹75 lakhs, Family Pensioners: Flat PAI cover of ₹37.5 lakhs, Lifetime Free Cards of Yoddha RuPay Debit Card with ₹10 lakh PAI cover, Vikram Credit Card with ₹20 lakh PAI cover (No annual/issuance/re-issuance fees), 100% waiver on processing charges for retail loans including housing, auto, education, mortgage, and personal loans
