Palm sunday day special Devotional program at our Lady of Miracles Church Mangalore

ಮಂಗಳೂರು ; ಪಾಮ್ ಸಂಡೆ ದಿವಸ ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಮಿಲಾಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಚರ್ಚ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಪಾಮ್ ಸಂಡೇಯನ್ನು ಮಿಲಾಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ನ ನಮ್ಮ ಅದ್ಭುತಗಳ ತಾಯಿ (Our Lady of Miracles) ಚರ್ಚ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿಸಂಜೆ ಭಕ್ತಿಭಾವದಿಂದ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಪವಿತ್ರ ಬಲಿಯನ್ನು ಫಾ. ಜೆರಾಲ್ಡ್ ಪಿಂಟೋ ಅವರು ಆಚರಿಸಿದರು. ಭಕ್ತರು ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಸೇರಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಕರ್ತನನ್ನೂ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದಿತ ತಾಯಿಯನ್ನೂ ಗೌರವಿಸಲು ಚರ್ಚ್ ಸುತ್ತ ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆ ನಡೆಸಿ, ಪವಿತ್ರ ವಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದರು.

ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರೈಸ್ತ ಧರ್ಮದ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ಘಟನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯೇಸು ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದಿತ ತಾಯಿಯ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಚಿಂತನೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಧ್ಯಾನಿಸುವ ಅವಕಾಶ ಒದಗಿತು. ಶಿಲುಬೆ ಹಾದಿ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದಿತ ತಾಯಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಪ್ರಿಯ ಪುತ್ರ ಯೇಸುವಿನ ಭೇಟಿಯ ಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನೂ ಇದು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಿತು.

ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕ ಭಕ್ತದಿಗಳು  ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಚರ್ಚ್ ನ ಪ್ರದಾನ ಧರ್ಮ ಗುರು
ಫಾ. ಬೊನವೆಂಚರ್ ನಜರೇತ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಫಾ. ಅವಿತ್ ಪಾಯ್ಸ್ ಫಾ. ಜೆರಾಲ್ಡ್ ಪಿಂಟೋ, ಫಾ. ಆಲ್ವಿನ್ ಸೆರಾವ್ ಮತ್ತು ಫಾ. ಉದಯ ಫರ್ನಾಂಡಿಸ್ ಅವರು ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಸಹೋದರಿಯರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ  ಪಾಲನ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರ  ತಮ್ಮ ಸಹಕಾರ ದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಉತ್ತಮ ರೀತಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಿತು.

The Palm sunday was celebrated with devotion at our Lady of Miracles Church Milagres. The mass was celebrated by Fr Gerald Pinto.The  faithful  assembled and had the procession around the church  to honour Our Lord and the blessed Mother and entered into holy week.It was an occasion to reflect and meditate the significance of Jesus and our Blessed Mother in the Salvific event of Christianity.It also highlighted the moment of  the meeting of our blessed mother and her  beloved son Jesus on the way of the cross.A large number of volunteers involved in the procession.The priests Fr Bonaventure Nazareth,the Parish Priest,Frs Avith Pais,Gerald pinto,Alwin Serrao and uday fernandes joined the service with the religious sisters and the faithful of the Parish.
