ಮಂಗಳೂರು: ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಅವರ್ ಲೇಡಿ ಆಫ್ ಮಿರಾಕಲ್ಸ್ ಚರ್ಚ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಂತಿ ಹಬ್ಬವನ್ನು ಭಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಹಬ್ಬದ ಬಲಿದಾನವನ್ನು ರೆವರೆಂಡ್ ಫಾದರ್ ಬೊನಾವೆಂಚರ್ ನಜರೆತ್ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಪಾದ್ರಿಗಳು ನೇತೃತ್ವ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

Monthi Feast Celebration at Our Lady of Miracles Church, Mangaluru
Mangaluru: The Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, popularly known as Monthi Fest, was celebrated with devotion at Our Lady of Miracles Church, Mangaluru. The festive Mass was led by Rev. Fr. Bonaventure Nazareth, together with other priests.
Before the Mass, the blessing of the new crop was held, and flowers were offered to Mother Mary by the faithful. The celebration began with a procession, where families and children joined with deep faith and reverence.
During the Mass, prayers of thanksgiving were offered, and the devotees participated wholeheartedly. After the Mass, the blessed crop was distributed among the faithful, followed by breakfast being served and sugarcane being shared, adding to the joy of the celebration.
The festive Mass was marked by the cooperation of parishioners and volunteers, whose efforts ensured that everything was conducted smoothly and in a spirit of unity.
The celebration concluded with blessings and a message of peace, harmony, and hope for the community.
