ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಾವರ, ಜುಲೈ 24, 2026: ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಾವರದ ವಿದ್ಯಾಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ಸಮೂಹ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಂದ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪಡೆದ ಪ್ರಥಮ ವರ್ಷದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಜುಲೈ 24, 2026 ರಂದು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 10:30 ಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಓರಿಯಂಟೇಶನ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ 2026 ಅನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಆತ್ಮೀಯ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಮರಣೀಯ ಸ್ವಾಗತ ದೊರೆಯಿತು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಪೋಷಕರಿಗೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಪರಿಸರ, ಕ್ಯಾಂಪಸ್ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಬೆಂಬಲ ಸೇವೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಸ್ಥಿಕ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪರಿಚಿತರಾಗಲು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ವಿನ್ಯಾಸಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಪೋಷಕರು, ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿ, ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಆಡಳಿತ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯ ಉತ್ಸಾಹಭರಿತ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆಗೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಯಿತು, ಇದು ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅವಕಾಶಗಳಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿದ ಹೊಸ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಪ್ರಯಾಣದ ಆರಂಭವನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿತು.
ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಆತಿಥ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಗೌರವದ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಂಕೇತಿಸುವ ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಗಣ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಬೆಚ್ಚಗಿನ ಹೂವಿನ ಸ್ವಾಗತದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು. ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸ್ವಾತಿ ಸುಧೀರ್ ಅವರು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿದರು, ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಸುಗಮ ನಡವಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗೂ ಸ್ವಾಗತಾರ್ಹ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ವಾತಾವರಣವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಬದ್ಧತೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
ಸಭೆಯನ್ನುದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ಮತ್ತು ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಸುಬ್ರಹ್ಮಣ್ಯ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಮರ್ಪಣೆ, ಶಿಸ್ತು, ಸಮಗ್ರತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕ ಮನೋಭಾವದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠತೆಯನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಲು ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸಿದರು. ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ವೃತ್ತಿಜೀವನವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಮೌಲ್ಯಾಧಾರಿತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ನಾವೀನ್ಯತೆ, ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಆಜೀವ ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಅವರು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಸಮಗ್ರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯುತ ನಾಗರಿಕರಾಗಲು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ, ಸಹಪಠ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಪಠ್ಯೇತರ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲು ಅವರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿದರು.

ಬಿ.ಎಸ್ಸಿ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥೆ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಶ್ರಾವಿಕಾ ಅವರು ವಿಶೇಷ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದರು. ಆಹಾರ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ನೀಡುವ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಿತು ಮತ್ತು ಅಂತರಶಿಸ್ತೀಯ ಕಲಿಕೆ, ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ವೃತ್ತಿ-ಆಧಾರಿತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸಿತು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಪ್ರಯಾಣದ ಉದ್ದಕ್ಕೂ ಸಂಶೋಧನೆ, ನಾವೀನ್ಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಕಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅವರು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿದರು.

Brahmavar, July 24, 2026: Vidyalaxmi Group of Institutions, Brahmavar, accorded a warm and memorable welcome to the newly admitted first-year students by organizing Orientation Programme 2026 at the college auditorium on 24 July 2026 at 10:30 a.m. The programme was designed to familiarize students and their parents with the institution’s academic environment, campus facilities, student support services, and institutional values. The event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of students, parents, management, faculty members, and administrative staff, marking the beginning of a new academic journey filled with aspirations and opportunities.
The programme commenced with a warm floral welcome to the dignitaries by the faculty members, symbolizing the institution’s culture of hospitality and respect. Mrs. Swathi Sudhir, Lecturer, Department of Commerce & Management, efficiently compered the programme, ensuring the smooth conduct of the event. The inaugural session reflected the institution’s commitment to providing a welcoming and inspiring environment for every student.
Addressing the gathering, Mr. Subramanya, Founder and Chairman, inspired the students to pursue excellence with dedication, discipline, integrity, and a positive attitude. He emphasized the significance of value-based education, innovation, skill development, and lifelong learning in building successful careers. He encouraged students to actively participate in academic, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities to achieve holistic development and become responsible citizens.
Dr. Seema G. Bhat, Principal, welcomed the freshers into the Vidyalaxmi family and introduced the academic culture of the institution. She explained the academic regulations, examination system, attendance requirements, code of conduct, mentoring system, placement and training initiatives, library resources, student support services, and the various clubs and committees functioning on the campus. She motivated the students to remain focused, disciplined, and committed to achieving academic excellence while making the best use of the opportunities available at the institution.
A special session was conducted by Ms. Shravika, Head of the Department of B.Sc. Food Technology, who introduced the academic programmes offered by the institution and highlighted the importance of interdisciplinary learning, practical exposure, and career-oriented education. She encouraged students to actively engage in research, innovation, and skill-based learning throughout their academic journey.
Addressing the parents and hostel students, Ms. Jenitha Gowda, Head of the Department of Fashion Designing, provided comprehensive information regarding the hostel facilities, accommodation procedures, safety measures, discipline, and hostel guidelines. She assured parents that the institution provides a secure, comfortable, and student-friendly residential environment with proper care, supervision, and support, enabling students to focus on their studies and personal development.
The orientation programme also featured an introduction to the institution, where students were acquainted with the college’s academic programmes, modern infrastructure, laboratories, library, placement support, industry collaborations, and student development initiatives.
