ಮಂಗಳೂರು, ಜುಲೈ 24: ಭಾರತೀಯ ಯುವಕರಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸೇವೆಯು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಯ ವೃತ್ತಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾಗಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ವ್ಯಾಪಕ ಶ್ರೇಣಿಯ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಲು ವಿನ್ಯಾಸಗೊಳಿಸಲಾದ ತನ್ನ ಹೊಸ ಬ್ಯಾಚ್ಗಳ ತರಬೇತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳಿಗೆ ‘ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಐಎಎಸ್ – ಎ ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ಫಾರ್ ಸಿವಿಲ್ ಸರ್ವಿಸಸ್’ (Mangalore IAS – A School for Civil Services) ಪ್ರವೇಶಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದೆ.
ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನ ನಂತೂರು ಬಜ್ಜೋಡಿಯ ಪ್ರೇಮ್ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸಂದೇಶ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾನದ ಕ್ಯಾಂಪಸ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಈ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು, ಕರಾವಳಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮತ್ತು ನೆರೆಯ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳ, ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸೇವೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ವೃತ್ತಿಜೀವನವನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಬಯಸುವ ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಹಾಗೂ ಮೌಲ್ಯಾಧಾರಿತ ತರಬೇತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡುವ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ.
ಈ ಅಕಾಡೆಮಿಯು ಯುಪಿಎಸ್ಸಿ (UPSC) ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸೇವಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ, ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ಸಿ (KPSC) ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳು, ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಸಬ್-ಇನ್ಸ್ಪೆಕ್ಟರ್ (PSI), ಸಶಸ್ತ್ರ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಕಾನ್ಸ್ಟೇಬಲ್, ಅರಣ್ಯ ರಕ್ಷಕ (Forest Guard), ಅಬಕಾರಿ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ವಿಧಿವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಹಲವಾರು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ತರಬೇತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ.
ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ತರಬೇತಿಯ ವಿಧಾನವು ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆ-ಆಧಾರಿತ ತರಗತಿ ಬೋಧನೆಯ ಜೊತೆಗೆ, ನಿಯಮಿತ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳು, ಅಣಕು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳು, ಪ್ರಚಲಿತ ವಿದ್ಯಮಾನಗಳ ಚರ್ಚೆಗಳು, ಉತ್ತರ ಬರೆಯುವ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸ ಮತ್ತು ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದ ಮೂಲಕ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಿತ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆಯನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಸಂದರ್ಶನದ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆ ಮತ್ತು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವ ವಿಕಸನ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಹಂತದಲ್ಲೂ ಅನುಭವಿ ಬೋಧಕವರ್ಗ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಷಯ ತಜ್ಞರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ದೈಹಿಕ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯದ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಿಗೆ ದೈಹಿಕ ಫಿಟ್ನೆಸ್ ತರಬೇತಿಯನ್ನೂ ಸಹ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಐಎಎಸ್ನ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ಸಂತೋಷ್ ಕುಮಾರ್, “ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೇವಲ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿರುವ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯುತ ನಾಯಕರನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿದೆ,” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
“ಸವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಅವಕಾಶಗಳಾಗಿ ಪರಿವರ್ತಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡಬಲ್ಲ ಸಮರ್ಥ, ನೈತಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸಹಾನುಭೂತಿಯುಳ್ಳ ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸೇವಕರನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳು ವಿಭಿನ್ನವಾಗಿವೆ, ಆದರೆ ಸರಿಯಾದ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ, ಶಿಸ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ನಿರಂತರ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮುನ್ನಡೆದರೆ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುವುದು ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿಯೂ ಕಷ್ಟವಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ನಾವು ನಂಬುತ್ತೇವೆ,” ಎಂದು ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಪಯಣದ ವಿವಿಧ ಹಂತಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ವಿಶೇಷ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನೂ ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಿದೆ. ಇವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 8 ರಿಂದ 10ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ‘ಸ್ಟಾರ್ಟ್ ಅರ್ಲಿ’ (Start Early) ಬ್ಯಾಚ್ಗಳು, ಯುಪಿಎಸ್ಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ಸಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳ ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಗಳಾಗಿರುವ ಪಿಯುಸಿ, ಪದವಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ‘ಆನ್ ದಿ ಥ್ರೆಶೋಲ್ಡ್’ (On the Threshold) ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು, ಹಾಗೂ ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಸಿವಿಲ್ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ತಯಾರಿ ನಡೆಸುವ ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಡ್ವಾನ್ಸ್ಡ್ ವೀಕೆಂಡ್ ಬ್ಯಾಚ್ ಆದ ‘ಡ್ರೀಮ್ ಚಾಲೆಂಜ್’ (Dream Challenge) ಸೇರಿವೆ.
ಇದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ, ಪೊಲೀಸ್, ಅರಣ್ಯ, ಅಬಕಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾಮ ಲೆಕ್ಕಿಗ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಐಎಎಸ್ ಕ್ರ್ಯಾಶ್ ಕೋರ್ಸ್ (Crash Course) ಅನ್ನು ಸಹ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಘೋಷಿಸಿರುವ ಬೃಹತ್ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಲು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ‘ಟ್ರೈನ್ ದಿ ಟ್ರೈನರ್ಸ್’ (Train the Trainers) ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಸಹ ಆರಂಭಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

Mangalore IAS opens admissions for comprehensive Civil Services and Government Competitive Exam coaching
Mangaluru, July 24: With government service continuing to be one of the most sought-after career choices among Indian youth, Mangalore IAS – A School for Civil Services has announced admissions for its new batches of coaching programmes designed to prepare students for a wide range of competitive examinations.
Operating from the Sandesha Foundation campus at Premnagar, Bajjodi, Nanthoor, Mangaluru, the institute aims to provide quality, value-based coaching for aspirants from Coastal Karnataka and neighbouring regions who aspire to build careers in the Civil Services and other government departments.
