ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿತ ರಿಯಲ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ರೋಹನ್ ಕಾರ್ಪೋರೇಶನ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ನೂತನ ಕಚೇರಿಯನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ರಾಜಧಾನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಿದೆ. ನಗರದ ಕನ್ನಿಂಗ್‌ಹ್ಯಾಮ್ ರಸ್ತೆಯ ಸ್ಯಾಂಕಿ ರಸ್ತೆ ಕ್ರಾಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದಿ ಕನ್ನಿಂಗ್‌ಹ್ಯಾಮ್ ಕಮರ್ಷಿಯಲ್‌ನ ಮೊದಲ ಮಹಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಾಗಿರುವ ನೂತನ ಕಚೇರಿಯನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿದರು.
ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಉದ್ಯಮ ಮತ್ತು ಹೂಡಿಕೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರವಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ವಿವಿಧ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳ ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಹೂಡಿಕೆದಾರರಿಗೆ ವಿಫುಲ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇಂತಹ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ರೋಹನ್ ಕಾರ್ಪೋರೇಶನ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿರುವುದು ಸ್ವಾಗತಾರ್ಹ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಮುಂದಿನ ಸಾಧನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಶುಭ ಹಾರೈಸಿದರು.
ರೋಹನ್ ಕಾರ್ಪೋರೇಶನ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ಹಾಗೂ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಡಾ. ರೋಹನ್ ಮೊಂತೆರೊ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಚೇರಿ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿರುವುದು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಮೈಲಿಗಲ್ಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಪೂರ್ಣ ಸಂಬಂಧಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಸ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಡಿಯಾನ್ ಮೊಂತೆರೊ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ರಿಯಲ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮನೆ ಖರೀದಿದಾರರ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಜೀವನಶೈಲಿಯ ಅಗತ್ಯಗಳು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಬದಲಾಗುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಈ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅರಿತು ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ಅಗತ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ವಸತಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸುವುದು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸಚಿವ ಪ್ರಿಯಾಂಕ್ ಖರ್ಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮಹಾಧರ್ಮಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯದ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಬಿಷಪ್ ಡಾ. ಜೋಸೆಫ್ ಸುಸೈನಾಥನ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವು ಗಣ್ಯರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು. ಖ್ಯಾತ ನಿರೂಪಕಿ ರೀನಾ ಡಿಸೋಜಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಿರೂಪಿಸಿದರು.

ನೂತನ ಕಚೇರಿಯ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆಯ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ರೋಹನ್ ಕಾರ್ಪೋರೇಶನ್ ನವೆಂಬರ್ 6, 7 ಮತ್ತು 8ರಂದು ಮೂರು ದಿನಗಳ ಪ್ರಾಜೆಕ್ಟ್ ಎಕ್ಸಿಬಿಷನ್ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದೆ. ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ವಿವಿಧ ವಸತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ರಿಯಲ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪಡೆಯಲು, ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಸಮಾಲೋಚಿಸಲು ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ಆಯ್ದ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ವಿಶೇಷ ಹಾಗೂ ಆಕರ್ಷಕ ದರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಖರೀದಿಸುವ ಅವಕಾಶವೂ ಇರಲಿದೆ.

BENGALURU: Rohan Corporation, one of Mangaluru’s established real estate development companies, has marked its entry into the Bengaluru property market with the inauguration of its new office on Cunningham Road by Karnataka Chief Minister D K Shivakumar on Thursday.
The inauguration marks a significant milestone in the company’s expansion beyond its home market, where it has built a strong presence over the past three decades. Founded in 1994, the company has developed a portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.
The new office, located at The Cunningham Commercial, Cunningham Road, Sankey Road Cross, will serve as the company’s base for engaging with prospective homebuyers and investors in Bengaluru.
Speaking at the inauguration, Shivakumar said Bengaluru continued to offer immense opportunities for businesses and investments. He welcomed Rohan Corporation’s entry into the city’s growing business landscape and wished the company success in its new venture.
Dr Rohan Monteiro, founder and managing director of Rohan Corporation, said the Bengaluru expansion was an important step in the company’s growth journey. The move would enable the company to bring its developments closer to a wider customer base and build meaningful relationships in the city.
Director Dion Monteiro said Bengaluru’s evolving aspirations and demand for quality real estate presented exciting opportunities. The company’s presence would help it connect with customers and introduce developments aligned with their expectations, he added.
The inauguration was attended by Karnataka Home Affairs Minister Priyank Kharge and Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Bangalore, Most Rev Dr Joseph Susainathan, among other prominent personalities and invited guests.
As part of its Bengaluru launch, Rohan Corporation will organise a three-day property showcase at its new office from November 6 to 8. Prospective homebuyers and investors can explore the company’s residential and other real estate projects, interact with its team and avail themselves of exclusive project offers and special pricing during the exhibition.
