ಎಂ.ಸಿ.ಸಿ. ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಲಿ. 2025–26ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ರೂ. 10.07 ಕೋಟಿ ನಿವ್ವಳ ಲಾಭ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ 108ನೇ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಮಹಾಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ 10% ಡಿವಿಡೆಂಡ್ ಘೋಷಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ 108ನೇ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಮಹಾಸಭೆಯು 20 ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 2026ರ ಭಾನುವಾರದಂದು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 11.00 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಲೊಯೊಲಾ ಆಡಿಟೋರಿಯಂ, ಸಂತ ಅಲೋಶಿಯಸ್ ಪಿ.ಯು. ಕಾಲೇಜು, ಕೊಡಿಯಾಲಬೈಲ್, ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಸಹಕಾರ ರತ್ನ ಶ್ರೀ ಅನಿಲ್ ಲೋಬೊ ಅವರು ಸಭೆಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
ಸಭೆಯ ಆರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ದೀಪ ಬೆಳಗಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಸಹಕಾರ ರತ್ನ ಶ್ರೀ ಅನಿಲ್ ಲೋಬೊ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ಆಹ್ವಾನಿತರು ಹಾಗೂ ಗಣ್ಯರು ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದರು. ಇವರಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಎಂ.ಪಿ. ನೊರೊನ್ಹ, ಎಂ.ಸಿ.ಸಿ. ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ಮಾಜಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಹಾಗೂ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ವಕೀಲರು; ಶ್ರೀ ರೋಹನ್ ಮೊಂತೆರೋ, ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು, ರೋಹನ್ ಕಾರ್ಪೊರೇಶನ್; ಶ್ರೀ ಸಂತೋಷ್ ಡಿಸೋಜ, ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು, ಕಥೋಲಿಕ್ ಸಭಾ ಮಂಗಳೂರು, ಶ್ರೀ ಆಲ್ವಿನ್ ಕ್ವಾಡ್ರಸ್, ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು, ಆಲ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಕ್ಯಾಥೋಲಿಕ್ ಯುನಿಯನ್, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಶ್ರೀ ರೋನಾಲ್ಡ್ ಗೋಮ್ಸ್, ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು, ಕ್ಯಾಥೋಲಿಕ್ ಅಸೋಸಿಯಶನ್ ಅಫ್ ಸೌತ್ ಕೆನರಾ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
ನಂತರ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಪಿ.ಎಫ್. ಎಕ್ಸ್ ಸಲ್ಡಾನ್ಹಾ ಅವರ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಪುಷ್ಪ ನಮನ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ಸಭೆಯನ್ನುದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಸಹಕಾರ ರತ್ನ ಶ್ರೀ ಅನಿಲ್ ಲೋಬೊ ಅವರು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ಸದೃಢ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಪ್ರಗತಿಯನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು. 2025–26ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ರೂ. 10.07 ಕೋಟಿ ನಿವ್ವಳ ಲಾಭ ಗಳಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಠೇವಣಿಗಳು ರೂ. 872.88 ಕೋಟಿ, ಸುಮಾರು 24% ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ; ಮುಂಗಡಗಳು ರೂ. 652.06 ಕೋಟಿ, ಸುಮಾರು 22% ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ; ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರತ ಬಂಡವಾಳ ರೂ. 1,008 ಕೋಟಿ, ಸುಮಾರು 22% ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ತಲುಪಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ಷೇರು ಬಂಡವಾಳ ರೂ. 34.08 ಕೋಟಿ ಇದ್ದು, ನಿವ್ವಳ NPA 1.26%, Provision Coverage Ratio 68.34%, Return on Assets (ROA) 1.00% ಹಾಗೂ 31 ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 2026ರಂತೆ CRAR 16.53% ರಷ್ಟಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ಒಟ್ಟು ವ್ಯವಹಾರವು ರೂ. 1525 ಕೋಟಿಯನ್ನು ಮೀರಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಶೇಕಡಾ 10 ಡಿವಿಡೆಂಡ್ ಘೋಷಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಲಾಭ ವಿಂಗಡನೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಸಹಕಾರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನಿಧಿಗೆ ರೂ. 22,66 ಲಕ್ಷವನ್ನು ಕಾದಿರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
2018ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದ ಭರವಸೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಿದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು, ನೀಡಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಭರವಸೆಗಳನ್ನು ಈಡೇರಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಕಳೆದ 8 ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಗಮನಾರ್ಹ ಪ್ರಗತಿ ಸಾಧಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ಪುನರುಜ್ಜೀವನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಅಚಲ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪ ಮತ್ತು ಸತತ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮ, ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯ ನಿರಂತರ ಬೆಂಬಲವೇ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಕಾರಣವೆಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ “Double-Engine” ಆಡಳಿತ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಡಿ, Reserve Bank of India ಮತ್ತು State Co-operative Departmentಗಳ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಹಾಗೂ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಸೇವೆ ನೀಡುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ ತರಬೇತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವಿಧ ಸುಧಾರಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ನಾಯಕರ ದೂರದೃಷ್ಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಿದ ಅವರು, ಅವರ ಪರಂಪರೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕನ್ನು ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸದೃಢ ಹಾಗೂ ಸುಸ್ಥಿರ ಸಹಕಾರಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಆಗಿ ಮುಂದಿನ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಗೆ ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರಿಸುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಿಷ್ಠೆಯಿಂದ ಮುಂದುವರಿಯುವಂತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಅಥವಾ ವದಂತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಂಬದೆ, ರಚನಾತ್ಮಕ ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಗೆ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
ವಿಸ್ತರಣಾ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಮುಂದಿನ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಮಹಾಸಭೆಯೊಳಗೆ 25 ಶಾಖೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು 20 ATMs ಹೊಂದುವ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ ಅವರು, 24ನೇ ಶಾಖೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡೀಲ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ 25ನೇ ಶಾಖೆಯನ್ನು ಕದ್ರಿ ಅಥವಾ ಬಿಜೈನಲ್ಲಿ 2026–27ನೇ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷದ ಅಂತ್ಯದೊಳಗೆ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದರು. MCC Bank ಒಂದು ಕುಟುಂಬವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿ, ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯ ಸಹಕಾರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಉನ್ನತ ಮಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊಂಡೊಯ್ಯಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು Brand Ambassadors ಆಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ಹಾಗೂ Current Accounts ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಇತರ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ಖಾತೆಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಸಹಕರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ Brand Image ಬಲಪಡಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ January 2027ರಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ Logo ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಹೊಸ Website ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ATMs, Cash Deposit Machines ಮತ್ತು UPI ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರುವ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಅಂತಿಮ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು, ಬಳಿಕ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶಾಖೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ Customer Meets ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ಸೇವೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಸುಧಾರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದರು. ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಮಹಾಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಗೆ ನಿರಂತರ ಬೆಂಬಲ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಹೃತ್ಪೂರ್ವಕ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು.
2025–26ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಲೆಕ್ಕಪರಿಶೋಧಿತ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಹೇಳಿಕೆಗಳು, ಲೆಕ್ಕಪರಿಶೋಧನಾ ವರದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅನುಸರಣೆ ವರದಿ, 2026–27ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ರೂಪುರೇಷೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬಜೆಟ್, ಹಾಗೂ ಬೈಲಾ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿಗಳ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಗಳನ್ನು ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಮಹಾಸಭೆಯ ಮುಂದೆ ಮಂಡಿಸಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ಪಡೆಯಲಾಯಿತು.
ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಲಿಖಿತವಾಗಿ ಕೇಳಿದ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಸುನಿಲ್ ಮಿನೇಜಸ್ ಅವರು ಉತ್ತರಿಸಿದರು.

ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗೀತೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಭೆಯು ಮುಕ್ತಾಯಗೊಂಡಿತು. ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಮಹಾಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
M.C.C. Bank Ltd Convenes 108th Annual General Meeting; Records Net Profit of ₹10.07 Crore and Declares 10% Dividend
M.C.C. Bank Ltd reported a net profit of ₹10.07 crore for the financial year 2025–26 and declared a 10% dividend to its members at its 108th Annual General Meeting.
The Bank convened its 108th Annual General Meeting at Loyola Auditorium, St Aloysius P.U. College, Kodialbail, Mangaluru, on Sunday, 20 September 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Bank, Sahakara Ratna Shri Anil Lobo.
The lighting of the lamp was performed by Sahakara Ratna Shri Anil Lobo, Chairman of the Bank, along with special invitees and members of the Bank, including Shri M.P. Noronha, former Chairman of MCC Bank and District Government Pleader, Dakshina Kannada District; Shri Rohan Monteiro, Managing Director, Rohan Corporation; Shri Santhosh D’Souza, President, Catholic Sabha, Mangaluru Pradesh; Shri Alwyn Quadros, President, All India Catholic Union, Karnataka State and Shri Ronald Gomes, President Catholic Association of South Kanara. This was followed by floral tributes to the Founder of the Bank, Shri P.F.X. Saldanha.
In his address, Chairman Sahakara Ratna Shri Anil Lobo highlighted the Bank’s strong financial performance. He stated that the Bank recorded a net profit of ₹10.07 crore, with deposits of ₹872.88 crore, registering a growth of approximately 24%; advances of ₹652.06 crore, registering a growth of approximately 22%; and working capital of ₹1,008 crore, registering a growth of approximately 22%. The Bank’s share capital stood at ₹34.08 crore, while net NPA was 1.26%, the Provision Coverage Ratio was 68.34%, Return on Assets (ROA) was 1.00%, and CRAR stood at 16.53% as on 31 March 2026 as against the minimum limit of 12% prescribed by Reserve Bank of India. The Bank’s total business crossed ₹1,525 crore.
A 10% dividend was declared to the members. As part of the appropriation of profits, an amount of ₹22.66 lakh was set aside towards the Co-operative Education Fund.
Recalling the commitments made during the 2018 Board election, the Chairman stated that all promises had been fulfilled. He recalled the concerns then expressed by members about reviving MCC Bank and bringing it to the level of other banks in the Mangaluru and Udupi regions. He credited the Bank’s progress to the sincere efforts, determination and perseverance of the present Board, along with the continued support of members and staff.
He highlighted the significant progress achieved over the past 8 years under the regulatory oversight of the Reserve Bank of India and the State Co-operative Department. He thanked the members, customers and staff for their continued support and confidence, and stated that various operational improvements and staff training had been undertaken to enhance customer service.
Paying tribute to the Bank’s founding leaders, he emphasised the importance of strengthening the institution and preserving their legacy by building a financially strong and sustainable cooperative bank for future generations. He also urged members to remain loyal to the Bank, avoid unverified information and rumours, and provide constructive suggestions for improvement. Outlining the Bank’s expansion plans, he stated that the Bank aims to have 25 branches and 20 ATMs before the next Annual General Meeting, with the 24th branch at Padil and the 25th branch at Kadri or Bejai by the end of FY 2026–27.
Describing MCC Bank as a family of the Board, members and staff, he sought their continued cooperation and encouraged members to promote the Bank’s services and open Current Accounts and other banking accounts. He also informed the members about the proposed launch of the new Logo in January 2027, the launch of the new Website, and the progress of ATMs, Cash Deposit Machines and UPI, which were in the final stages of implementation.
He further stated that Customer Meets would be organised across all branches after completion of the expansion programme and implementation of UPI, to obtain customers’ suggestions and further improve services. Concluding his address, the Chairman expressed his sincere gratitude to all members for their enthusiastic participation and continued support.
The audited financial statements for 2025–26, along with the Audit Report and compliance, the Programme of Activities and Budget for 2026–27, and the proposed amendments to the Bye-laws, were placed before the AGM and approved by the members.
