ಮಾಹಿತಿ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಶಾಲೆ, ಸೇಂಟ್ ಜೋಸೆಫ್ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಟೆಕ್ನೋಫೈಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸೈಬರ್ನೆಟಿಕ್ಸ್ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಸಂಘಗಳ ಪದಗ್ರಹಣ ಸಮಾರಂಭವು ನಿರೂಪಕರಾದ ಕು. ಮುಸ್ಕಾನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕು. ಸಮಂತಾ ಅವರು ಗಣ್ಯರು, ಬೋಧಕ ವರ್ಗ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಸಂಘದ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಭಿಕರನ್ನು ಆತ್ಮೀಯವಾಗಿ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆರಂಭವಾಯಿತು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಕು. ಡೆಲಿಶಾ, ಕು. ಕ್ರಿಸ್ಟೋಬೆಲ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಶ್ರೀ ಹ್ಯಾರಿಸನ್ ಅವರ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನಾ ಗೀತೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆರಂಭಗೊಂಡು, ಸಮಾರಂಭಕ್ಕೆ ಭಕ್ತಿಪೂರ್ವಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಆಹ್ಲಾದಕರ ವಾತಾವರಣವನ್ನು ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿತು. ಬಳಿಕ ಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ವಿವೇಕದ ಅನ್ವೇಷಣೆಯ ಸಂಕೇತವಾದ ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ದೀಪ ಬೆಳಗಿಸುವ ಸಮಾರಂಭ ನಡೆಯಿತು.
ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಅರುಣ್ ರವೀಂದ್ರನ್, GTM ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರು, Whatfix; ಮಾಹಿತಿ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಶಾಲೆಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾದ ಫಾ. ಡೆನ್ಜಿಲ್ ಲೋಬೋ; ಶ್ರೀ ಜೊನಾಥನ್, ಟೆಕ್ನೋಫೈಟ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು; ಶ್ರೀ ಯಶಸ್ ಆರ್., ಸೈಬರ್ನೆಟಿಕ್ಸ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಹಾಗೂ ಬೋಧಕ ವರ್ಗದ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ದೀಪ ಬೆಳಗಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಸಂಘಗಳ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಟೆಕ್ನೋಫೈಟ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಜೊನಾಥನ್ ಅವರು ಸ್ವಾಗತ ಭಾಷಣ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ನಿಸ್ವಾರ್ಥ ಸೇವೆ, ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಹಾಗೂ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರು ಒತ್ತಿಹೇಳಿದರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸದಾ ಕುತೂಹಲವನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಿಕೊಂಡು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಸಂಘಗಳ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಅವರು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಡಾ. ಬೋಜಮ್ಮ, ಡೀನ್ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಹಿರಿಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಂದ ಕಿರಿಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ನಾಯಕತ್ವದ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರವಾಗುವುದನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು. ನಾಯಕತ್ವದ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬರುವ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಗಳ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಅಗತ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಆಲೋಚನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡುವುದು, ವೈಫಲ್ಯಗಳಿಂದ ಕಲಿಯುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಟೆಕ್ನೋಫೈಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸೈಬರ್ನೆಟಿಕ್ಸ್ ಸಂಘಗಳ ನಡುವೆ ಏಕತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಸಹಕಾರವನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಅರುಣ್ ರವೀಂದ್ರನ್ ಅವರ ಅಮೂಲ್ಯ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೊಡುಗೆಯನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸಿ, ಸ್ಮರಣಿಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಸಿ ನೀಡಿ ಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ಮುಖ್ಯ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ Whatfixನ GTM ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಅರುಣ್ ರವೀಂದ್ರನ್ ಅವರು ಕೃತಕ ಬುದ್ಧಿಮತ್ತೆ (AI)ಯನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಹಾಗೂ ವೇಗವಾಗಿ ಬದಲಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊಂದಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು. AI ಕುರಿತ ಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದರಿಂದ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾವಕಾಶಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಲಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ನಿರಂತರ ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಉತ್ತಮ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಗುಣಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಿಕೊಂಡು, ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯನ್ನು ತರಲು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅವರು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಬಳಿಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಸಂಘಗಳ ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನು ಅಧಿಕೃತವಾಗಿ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಬ್ಯಾಡ್ಜ್ ವಿತರಣಾ ಸಮಾರಂಭ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಫಾ. ಡೆನ್ಜಿಲ್ ಲೋಬೋ, ಡಾ. ಬೋಜಮ್ಮ ಹಾಗೂ ಶ್ರೀ ಅನ್ನಿಸ್ ಅವರು ಸೈಬರ್ನೆಟಿಕ್ಸ್ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಬ್ಯಾಡ್ಜ್ ವಿತರಿಸಿದರು. ಶ್ರೀ ಅರುಣ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಕು. ನಿತ್ಯಾ ಅವರು ಟೆಕ್ನೋಫೈಟ್ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಬ್ಯಾಡ್ಜ್ ವಿತರಿಸಿದರು.
ಬ್ಯಾಡ್ಜ್ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ, ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆಗೊಂಡ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸಂಘಗಳ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಕು. ಸಾರಣ್ಯ ಎಂ. ಮತ್ತು ಡಾ. ಆನಿ ಸಿರಿಯನ್ ಅವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವಚನ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದರು.
ಸೈಬರ್ನೆಟಿಕ್ಸ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಯಶಸ್ ಆರ್. ಅವರು ಸಭೆಯನ್ನುದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ನಾವೀನ್ಯತೆ, ಸಹಯೋಗ ಮತ್ತು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠತೆಗೆ ಸಂಘವು ಬದ್ಧವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಬಳಿಕ ಅವರು ವಂದನಾರ್ಪಣೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ, ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿ, ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು, ಡೀನ್, ಬೋಧಕ ವರ್ಗದ ಸದಸ್ಯರು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ನಾಯಕರು, ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಮಾರಂಭದ ಯಶಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಸಹಕರಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು.
ಟೆಕ್ನೋಫೈಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸೈಬರ್ನೆಟಿಕ್ಸ್ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಸಂಘಗಳ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಈ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಸಮಾರಂಭವು ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿತು. ಕೃತಕ ಬುದ್ಧಿಮತ್ತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸೈಬರ್ ಭದ್ರತೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ, ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ, ಸಹಯೋಗ, ನಾವೀನ್ಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರಂತರ ಕಲಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಫೂರ್ತಿ ನೀಡಿತು.

The investiture ceremony of TECHNOPHYTE and CYBERNETICS, Students’ association of the School of Information Technology, St Joseph’s University commenced with the Masters of Ceremonies, Ms. Muskaan and Ms. Samantha, warmly welcoming the dignitaries, faculty members, student association members, and attendees.
The programme began with an invocation song presented by Ms. Delisha, Ms. Christobell, and Mr. Harrison, creating a solemn and welcoming atmosphere. -The event formally began with the traditional lamp-lighting ceremony, symbolizing the pursuit of knowledge and wisdom.
The ceremonial lamp was lit by the Chief Guest, Mr. Arun Ravindran, Head of GTM, Whatfix; Fr. Denzil Lobo, Director, School of Information Technology; Mr. Jonathan, President, Technophite; Mr. Yashas R, President, Cybernetics; and the faculty members, marking the official inauguration of the student associations.
The welcome address was delivered by Mr. Jonathan, President of Technophite, who emphasized the values of selfless service, leadership, and responsibility. He encouraged students to remain curious about technology and contribute meaningfully to the associations.
Dr. Bojamma, Dean, spoke about the transition of leadership from senior members to junior members and highlighted the responsibilities that accompany leadership roles. She encouraged students to focus on relevant ideas, learn from failures, and maintain unity and mutual support between the Technophite and Cybernetics associations. As a token of appreciation, the Chief Guest, Mr. Arun, was honoured with a memento and a plant sapling in recognition of his valuable presence and contribution to the inauguration ceremony.
During the keynote address, Mr. Arun Ravindran, Head of GTM, Whatfix, highlighted the importance of embracing Artificial Intelligence and adapting to the rapidly evolving technological landscape. He emphasized that integrating AI knowledge and skills would enhance employability and encouraged students to develop strong leadership qualities and create meaningful impact through continuous learning. -The badge distribution ceremony was conducted to officially induct the members of the student associations.
Fr. Denzil Lobo, Dr. Bojamma, and Mr. Annis presented badges to the Cybernetics members, while Mr. Arun and Ms. Nithya presented badges to the Technophite members. Following the receipt of their badges, the newly inducted members took the oath administered by Ms. Saranya M and Dr. Annie Syrien, affirming their commitment to the values and responsibilities of their respective associations.
Mr. Yashas R, President of Cybernetics, addressed the gathering and reaffirmed the association’s commitment to innovation, collaboration, and academic excellence. He also delivered the Vote of Thanks, expressing gratitude to the Chief Guest, Director, Dean, faculty members, student leaders, volunteers, and everyone who contributed to the successful organization of the inauguration ceremony. The inauguration successfully marked the beginning of the activities of the Technophite and Cybernetics student associations, inspiring students to embrace leadership, responsibility, collaboration, innovation, and lifelong learning in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity.
