ಬಾರ್ಕೂರಿನ ಹೇರಾಡಿಯ ಶ್ರೀ ವಿದ್ಯಾಶಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾಮಾನ್ಯ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪಾಲಕ-ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಸಂಘ (ಪಿಟಿಎ) ಸಭೆಯು ಜೂನ್ 27, 2026 ರ ಶನಿವಾರದಂದು ಅನ್ನಪೂರ್ಣ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪೋಷಕರ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಸುಲಭಗೊಳಿಸಲು, ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಎರಡು ಅವಧಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಂತನಶೀಲವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಮೊದಲ ಅವಧಿಯನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಕೆಜಿಯಿಂದ ಆರನೇ ತರಗತಿಯವರೆಗಿನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಪೋಷಕರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು, ಆದರೆ ಎರಡನೇ ಅವಧಿಯನ್ನು VII ರಿಂದ X ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ಪೋಷಕರಿಗಾಗಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಎರಡೂ ಅವಧಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪೋಷಕರ ಉತ್ಸಾಹಭರಿತ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆಯು ಅವರ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಪ್ರಗತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಗ್ರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ತೀವ್ರ ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ (ಅಕ್ಷಜ್, ಸಂಹಿತಾ, ಸಾನಿಧ್ಯ, ಅನ್ವಿತಾ, ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ್) ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನಾ ಸ್ತುತಿಗೀತೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನಾಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲಾಯಿತು ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಪವಿತ್ರಾ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಜ್ಯೋತಿ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಅವರಿಂದ ಔಪಚಾರಿಕ ಸ್ವಾಗತ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು.
ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಮಧುಶ್ರೀ ಮತ್ತು ನಾಗೇಂದ್ರ ಆಚಾರ್ ಅವರು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸುಜಾತಾ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸುವೇದಾ. ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ರೇಣುಕಾ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಆಶಾಲತಾ ಅವರು ಮಂಡಿಸಿದ ನಡಾವಳಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಹಿಂದಿನ ವರದಿಗಳನ್ನು ವಿವೇಚನಾಯುಕ್ತವಾಗಿ ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರು.
ಸಭೆಯ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಅಂಶವೆಂದರೆ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಲಿಖಿತಾ ಕೋಟರಿ ಅವರು ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ಹೃತ್ಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಲೆಯ ಸಾಧನೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನದ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ಅವಲೋಕನವನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರು. 2025–26ರ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ 100% ಎಸ್ಎಸ್ಎಲ್ಸಿ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶವನ್ನು ಅವರು ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯಿಂದ ಘೋಷಿಸಿದರು, ಈ ಗಮನಾರ್ಹ ಸಾಧನೆಗಾಗಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಪೋಷಕರನ್ನು ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸಿದರು. ಪ್ರತಿ ಮಗುವಿನ ಸರ್ವತೋಮುಖ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯನ್ನು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ವರ್ಷವಿಡೀ ನಡೆಸಿದ ವ್ಯಾಪಕ ಶ್ರೇಣಿಯ ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮ, ಸಹಪಠ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಪಠ್ಯೇತರ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಹ ಅವರು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದರು.
ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ತರಬೇತಿ, ಪೌಷ್ಟಿಕಾಂಶದ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನದ ಊಟ, ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಾರ್ಹ ಶಾಲಾ ಬಸ್ ಸಾರಿಗೆ, ನಿಯಮಿತ ತರಗತಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ನಿಧಾನಗತಿಯ ಕಲಿಯುವವರು ಮತ್ತು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕವಾಗಿ ದುರ್ಬಲ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ತರಬೇತಿ ಮತ್ತು ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಗಮನದ ಮೂಲಕ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಲಾದ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಆರೈಕೆ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಶಾಲೆಯು ನೀಡುವ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಉಪಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು. ಪೋಷಕರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಿಕಟ ಸಂವಹನವನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಮತ್ತು ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕಲಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸಲು ಅವರು ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
ಮೊದಲ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಂಚಾಲಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಜಾರಾಮ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು, ಅವರು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವು ಪೋಷಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಹಂಚಿಕೆಯ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಎಂದು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳುವ ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ಭಾಷಣ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಪೋಷಕರು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಿಸಿರುವ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸವನ್ನು ಅವರು ಶ್ಲಾಘಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ತಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಸ್ತು, ನೈತಿಕ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಆತ್ಮ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸವನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಲು ಅವರನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿದರು. ಕಾಳಜಿಯುಳ್ಳ ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸ್ನೇಹಿ ವಾತಾವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ, ಮೌಲ್ಯಾಧಾರಿತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ನಿರಂತರ ಬದ್ಧತೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅವರು ಸಭೆಗೆ ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಎರಡನೇ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯನ್ನು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಗುಂಪಿನ ಆಡಳಿತ ಸಂಯೋಜಕ ಶ್ರೀ ಆರ್ಚಿಬಾಲ್ಡ್ ಫರ್ಟಾಡೊ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ತಮ್ಮ ಚಿಂತನಶೀಲ ಸಂದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ, ಪೋಷಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ನಡುವಿನ ನಿಯಮಿತ ಸಹಯೋಗವು ಪ್ರತಿ ಮಗುವಿನ ಯಶಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಪೋಷಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಸಮಯವನ್ನು ಕಳೆಯಲು, ಅವರ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಪ್ರಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಮಾಡಲು, ಉತ್ತಮ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಲೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಿಯಮಿತ ಸಂವಹನವನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅವರು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿದರು. ಶಾಲೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಟುಂಬವು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದಾಗ, ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸ, ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯುತ ಮತ್ತು ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಅರಳುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಪುನರುಚ್ಚರಿಸಿದರು.
ಈ ಸಭೆಯು ನಿರ್ಗಮಿತ ಪಿಟಿಎ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಎಡ್ಗರ್ ಫೆರ್ನಾಂಡಿಸ್ ಅವರ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಿಂದ ಅಲಂಕರಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿತು, ಅವರ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಸಮರ್ಪಿತ ಸೇವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅಮೂಲ್ಯ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯನ್ನು ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿ, ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪೋಷಕರು ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆಯಿಂದ ಶ್ಲಾಘಿಸಿದರು.
ಸಭೆಯ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಕಾರ್ಯಸೂಚಿಯೆಂದರೆ 2026–27ರ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಪೋಷಕರು-ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಸಂಘದ ರಚನೆ, ಇದನ್ನು ಹಿರಿಯ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಬ್ರಿಡ್ಜೆಟ್ ಗೊನ್ಸಾಲ್ವ್ಸ್ ಸುಗಮವಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿದರು. ಪ್ರತಿ ತರಗತಿಯಿಂದ ಪೋಷಕರ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪಿಟಿಎ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿ ಸಮಿತಿಗೆ ಸರ್ವಾನುಮತದಿಂದ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ತರುವಾಯ, ಶ್ರೀ ಶಾನ್ಭೋಗ್ ಅವರನ್ನು 2026–27ರ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಪಿಟಿಎ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ ಸರ್ವಾನುಮತದಿಂದ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಹೃತ್ಪೂರ್ವಕ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆಯನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ ಅವರು, ತಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ಇರಿಸಲಾದ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿ, ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಪೋಷಕರಿಗೆ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದರು. ಅವರು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ತಮ್ಮ ಹೃತ್ಪೂರ್ವಕ ಸಹಕಾರವನ್ನು ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ, ಪ್ರಗತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಗ್ರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗಾಗಿ ಶಾಲೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಿಕಟವಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿಜ್ಞೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
ಸಭೆಯು ಸಂವಾದಾತ್ಮಕ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಯಿತು, ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಪೋಷಕರು ಅಮೂಲ್ಯವಾದ ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು ಮತ್ತು ವಿವಿಧ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟೀಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದರು. ಪೋಷಕರ ಅಗಾಧ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಕ್ರಿಯ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಶ್ಲಾಘಿಸಿದರು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕ ಮತ್ತು ಆಶಾವಾದದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕೊನೆಗೊಂಡಿತು, ಶಾಲೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳ ನಡುವಿನ ಬಾಂಧವ್ಯವನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿ ಮಗುವಿಗೆ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಬಲವಾದ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠತೆಯ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಅವರ ಹಂಚಿಕೆಯ ಬದ್ಧತೆಯನ್ನು ಪುನರುಚ್ಚರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
“ಪೋಷಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ಮಗುವೂ ಕನಸು ಕಾಣಲು, ಕಲಿಯಲು, ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ನಾಳೆಯ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯುತ ನಾಗರಿಕನಾಗಲು ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸಬಹುದು.”
Barkur; Parent-Teacher Association meeting at Sri Vidyesh Vidyamanya National English Medium School
The Parent–Teacher Association (PTA) Meeting of Shri Vidyesha Vidyamanya National English Medium School, Heradi, Barkur, was held successfully on Saturday, 27th June 2026, at Annapoorna Hall. To facilitate the participation of all parents, the programme was thoughtfully conducted in two sessions. The first session was attended by the parents of students from LKG to Class VI, while the second session was organized for the parents of Classes VII to X. The enthusiastic participation of parents in both sessions reflected their keen interest in the academic progress and holistic development of their children.
The session was given a prayerful start with prayer hymn by students( Akshaj, Samhitha, Sanidhya, Anvitha, Shrinivas) and formal welcome by Mrs.Pavithra and Mrs.Jyothi Shetty.
Mrs.Madhushree and Nagendra Achar meteculously presented the proceedings and previous reports tabled by Mrs.Sujatha Shetty and Mrs.Suveda.Mrs. Renuka Shetty and Ms. Ashalatha proposed the vote of thanks.
The highlight of the meeting was a comprehensive presentation by the Principal, Mrs. Likitha Kotary, who warmly welcomed the gathering and presented a crisp overview of the school’s achievements and vision. She proudly announced the school’s 100% SSLC Result for the Academic Year 2025–26, congratulating the students, teachers and parents for this remarkable accomplishment. She also highlighted the wide range of curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular activities conducted throughout the year to ensure the all-round development of every child.
The Principal further explained the facilities and initiatives offered by the school, including excellent sports training, nutritious mid-day meal, safe and reliable school bus transportation, regular class tests and examinations, and the personal care extended to slow learners and academically weaker students through remedial coaching and individual attention. She appealed to parents to maintain close communication with teachers and actively support their children’s learning at home.
The first session was presided over by the Correspondent, Mr. Rajaram Shetty, who delivered an inspiring address emphasizing that education is a shared responsibility of parents and teachers. He appreciated the confidence reposed in the institution by parents and encouraged them to nurture discipline, moral values and self-confidence in their children. He assured the gathering of the management’s continued commitment to providing quality, value-based education in a caring and child-friendly environment.
The second session was presided over by Mr. Archibald Furtado, Administrative Coordinator of the National Group of Educational Institutions. In his thought-provoking message, he emphasized that regular collaboration between parents and teachers is the key to every child’s success. He encouraged parents to spend quality time with their children, monitor their academic progress, inculcate good values and maintain regular interaction with the school. He reaffirmed that when the school and family work together with mutual trust and understanding, children blossom into confident, responsible and successful individuals.
The meeting was also graced by the presence of the outgoing PTA President, Mr. Edgar Fernandes, whose dedicated service and valuable contribution to the school during the previous academic year were gratefully acknowledged by the management, staff and parents.
An important agenda of the meeting was the formation of the Parent–Teacher Association for the Academic Year 2026–27, which was smoothly handled by Senior Assistant Bridget Gonsalves. Parent representatives from each class were unanimously elected to the PTA Executive Committee. Subsequently, Mr. Shanbhog was unanimously elected as the President of the PTA for the academic year 2026–27. Expressing his heartfelt gratitude, he thanked the management, Principal, teachers and parents for the confidence placed in him. He assured everyone of his wholehearted cooperation and pledged to work closely with the school for the welfare, progress and holistic development of every student.
The meeting concluded with an interactive session during which parents shared valuable suggestions and sought clarifications on various academic and developmental matters. The management and teachers appreciated the overwhelming response and active participation of the parents. The programme ended on a positive and optimistic note, strengthening the
bond between the school and families and reaffirming their shared commitment to providing every child with quality education, strong values and opportunities for excellence.
