ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಸಂತ ಅಲೋಶಿಯಸ್ ಗೊನ್ಝಾಗ ಶಾಲೆಯ 2026- 27 ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಾಲಿನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಪರಿಷತ್ ನ ಪದಗ್ರಹಣ ಸಮಾರಂಭವು ಜೂನ್ 17 ರಂದು ಜರಗಿತು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ವಂ. ಫಾ. ರೋಹನ್ ಡಿ. ಅಲ್ಮೇಡಾ, ಎಸ್.ಜೆ ಉಪಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಅಪರ್ಣಾ ಸುರೇಶ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಂಯೋಜಕರಾದ ಕ್ಯಾರೋಲ್ ಟೀನಾ ರೋಡ್ರಿಗ್ಸ್ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರು ನೂತನವಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ನಾಯಕರಿಗೆ ಬ್ಯಾಡ್ಜ್ಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ವಂ. ಫಾ. ರೋಹನ್ ಡಿ.ಅಲ್ಮೇಡಾ ಎಸ್ .ಜೆ ಅವರು ನೂತನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ನಾಯಕರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ವಚನ ಬೋಧಿಸಿದರು. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನಾಯಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಷ್ಠೆಯಿಂದ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವುದಾಗಿ, ಶಾಲೆಯ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುವುದಾಗಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾದರಿಯಾಗುವುದಾಗಿ ಪ್ರತಿಜ್ಞೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರು ತಮ್ಮ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ನಾಯಕರಿಗೆ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು. ಉತ್ತಮ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಎಂದರೆ ಇತರರಿಗೆ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ತಂಡದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವುದೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಒಬ್ಬ ನಿಜವಾದ ನಾಯಕನು ಇತರರಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವವನಾಗಿರಬೇಕು ಹಾಗೂ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ, ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸೇವಾ ಮನೋಭಾವದಿಂದ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ನಾಯಕರಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಮಾಜದ ಒಳಿತಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಪರಿಸರ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಭೂಮಾತೆಯ ಕಾಳಜಿಯ ಅಗತ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನೂ ಒತ್ತಿಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಮಾರ್ಕ್ ಬ್ಲೇಸಿಯಸ್ ಡಿಸೋಜಾ (5C) ಮತ್ತು ಮುಖ್ಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿ ಎಂ. ಧುವಿಶ್ರೀ (5D) ತಮ್ಮ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆಯನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿ, ಹೊಸ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷದ ತಮ್ಮ ಕನಸುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಗುರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು.
ಕತೀಜಾ ಇನಾಯಾ ರಿಯಾಝ್ (5C) ಅವರು ಎಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರು. ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸುಷ್ಮಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಿರೂಪಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು. ಲಿಯಾಮ್ ಮ್ಯಾಟ್ ಸೆಬಾಸ್ಟಿಯನ್ (5C) ವಂದನಾರ್ಪಣೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು.
5ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ದೈಹಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಸಂಯೋಜಕರಾಗಿದ್ದರು.

St Aloysius Gonzaga School organised the Investiture Ceremony of the Junior Student Council on 17 June 2026 for the academic year 2026–27 with great zeal and enthusiasm. The ceremony began with a dignified march-past as the newly elected student leaders entered the hall in procession, setting the tone for an occasion that celebrated responsibility, service, and leadership.
Principal Fr Rohan D’Almeida SJ, Vice-principal Ms Aparna Suresh and Academic Coordinator Ms Carol Tina Rodrigues, conferred badges to the newly elected student council members.
The Principal, Fr Rohan D’Almeida SJ, administered the Investiture Pledge, which was solemnly repeated by the newly elected student council members, reaffirming their commitment to uphold the values and responsibilities of the school.
In his ceremonial address, congratulated the newly formed school council members and highlighted two important aspects of leadership: he emphasised that true leadership is about serving others rather than being served by others, and stressed the importance of teamwork, reminding the young leaders that collective effort and mutual support are the keys to success.
The Head Boy, Mark Blasius Dsouza of class VC, and the Head Girl, M. Dhuvishree of class VD, expressed their gratitude and shared their visions for the upcoming academic year. Ms Sushma compered the programme, Kathija Inaya Riyaz of Class VC, welcomed the gathering and Liam Matt Sebastian of Class VC proposed the vote of thanks. The programme coordinators were Class V teachers and PE Teachers.
The ceremony concluded with the unison recital of the National Anthem.
