ಕಲ್ಯಾಣಪುರ; ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಆಧುನಿಕ ಬೋಧನಾ ತಂತ್ರಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಜ್ಜುಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ 12/05/2026 ರಂದು ಆಡಿಯೋ-ವಿಶುವಲ್ ಹಾಲ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಫ್ಯಾಕಲ್ಟಿ ಪುಷ್ಟೀಕರಣ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಬೋಧನಾ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಗಳನ್ನು ಸುಧಾರಿಸುವುದು, ಕಲಿಯುವವರ ಬದಲಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅಗತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕ ಸದಸ್ಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುವತ್ತ ಗಮನಹರಿಸಿತು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಕಲ್ಯಾಣಪುರದ ಮಿಲಾಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಿಯು ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ರೆವರೆಂಡ್ ಫಾದರ್ ಮೆಲ್ವಿನ್ ಮೆಂಡೋನ್ಜಾ, ಎಸ್ಜೆ, ಅವರ ಆತ್ಮೀಯ ಸ್ವಾಗತದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು, ಅವರು ಇಂದಿನ ವೇಗವಾಗಿ ಬದಲಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವಾತಾವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರಂತರ ಕಲಿಕೆ, ನಾವೀನ್ಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಂದಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಿಕೆಯ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಸೇಂಟ್ ಜೋಸೆಫ್ ಪಿಯು ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಅರ್ಥಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕ ಪ್ರೊ. ಕ್ಲೆಮೆಂಟ್ ಡಿ’ಸೋಜಾ, ಅವರು ಆಧುನಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಸ್ಥಿಕ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯ ಕುರಿತು ಒಳನೋಟವುಳ್ಳ ಅವಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದರು. ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ಬೋಧನೆ ಮತ್ತು ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ನೆರವೇರಿಕೆಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾದ ಸಾಂಸ್ಥಿಕ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಯೋಜನೆ, ಇಂದಿನ ಕಲಿಯುವವರನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು, ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ತರಗತಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ವಿನ್ಯಾಸ ಚಿಂತನೆಯನ್ನು ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಯೋಗಕ್ಷೇಮ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕ ಸ್ಥಿರತೆಯನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುವುದು ಕುರಿತು ವಿವರವಾದ ಅವಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಕಾರ್ತಿಕ್ ನಾಯಕ್ ಅವರ ಧನ್ಯವಾದ ಭಾಷಣದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಯಿತು.
Faculty Enrichment Program at Milagris PU College, Kalyanpur
Kalyanpur; A Faculty Enrichment Program was organized on 12/05/2026 in the Audio-Visual Hall with the objective of enhancing the professional competencies of teachers and equipping them with modern teaching strategies. The program focused on improving instructional practices, understanding the changing needs of learners, and promoting effective management skills among faculty members.
The program commenced with a warm welcome by Rev. Fr. Melwin Mendonza, SJ, Principal, Milagres PU College, Kallianpur, who emphasized the importance of continuous learning, innovation, and adaptability among educators in today’s rapidly changing educational environment.
The resource person for the program was Prof. Clement D’Souza, Retired Professor of Economics at St. Joseph PU College, Bangalore, who delivered insightful sessions on modern education and institutional growth. Detailed sessions were conducted on the Institutional Development Plan, Understanding Today’s Learner, Applying Design Thinking to Enhance Effective Classroom Management, and Promoting Teachers’ Well-being and Emotional Stability, which are essential for effective teaching and personal fulfillment.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Mr. Karthik Nayak, Lecturer in Commerce.
