Aloysius Gonzaga School Alumni Meet – “Rewind and Reunite”
ಸಂತ ಅಲೋಶಿಯಸ್ ಗೊನ್ಝಾಗ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಹಳೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸಂಘವು 28 ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 2026 ರಂದು ಶಾಲಾ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ “ರಿವೈಂಡ್ ಎಂಡ್ ರಿ ಯುನೈಟ್” ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಳೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಗಳ ಸಮಾಗಮವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿತು. ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಯಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ ಸಂತ ಅಲೋಶಿಯಸ್ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಹಳೆವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಸಂಘದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಶ್ರೀ ಅನಿಲ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಜೆ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಹಳೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸಭೆಗಳು ನೆನಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಮರುಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಮರುಕಳಿಸಲು ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳಾಗಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ತಮ್ಮ ಯಶಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಸಂತ ಅಲೋಶಿಯಸ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಬಲವಾದ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳೇ ಕಾರಣ ಮತ್ತು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಉದ್ಯಮಶೀಲತೆಯನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದರು. ಅತಿಥಿಯಾಗಿ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ ಡಚ್ ಕಾರ್ನರ್ನ ಸಹ-ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ಮತ್ತು ಮೊದಲ ಬ್ಯಾಚ್ನ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯ ಹಳೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಅಬ್ದುಲ್ ರಹಿಮಾನ್ ಅಯಾನ್ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠತೆಗೆ ಸ್ಫೂರ್ತಿ ನೀಡುವ ಸ್ಥಳವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಕಠಿಣ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮವು ಯಶಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದ ಅವರು, “ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಅಲೋಶಿಯನಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ, ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಅಲೋಶಿಯನಾಗಿರಬೇಕು” ಎಂದರು. ವಿವಿಧ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಸಾಧನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ ವಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಸಾಧಕರಾದ ಕು. ಆನ್ಯಾ ಡಿನೈಸ್ ಅರಾಹ್ನ, ಅನ್ವಿತಾ, ರತನ್ ನೊರೋನ್ಹ, ಅಮಿತ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಚೌಧರಿ, ಗೀತಿಕಾ ಗಂಗೂಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾತ್ವಿಕ ನಾಯಕ್ ಸುಜೀರ್ ಇವರಿಗೆ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ಗೊನ್ಜಾಗೈಟ್ ಹಳೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ವಂ. ಫಾ. ರೋಹನ್ ಡಿ’ಅಲ್ಮೇಡಾ ಎಸ್ ಜೆ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಪುರಸ್ಕೃತರನ್ನು ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸಾಧನೆಗಳು ಶಾಲೆಯ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರೇರಣಾದಾಯಕ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಸಂತ ಅಲೋಶಿಯಸ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ರೆಕ್ಟರ್ ವಂ.ಫಾ. ಮೆಲ್ವಿನ್ ಜೋಸೆಫ್ ಪಿಂಟೊ ಎಸ್.ಜೆ ಅವರು ತಾವು ಜೆಸ್ಯೂಟ್ ಹಳೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ವಿಶ್ವ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟದ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಹಳೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ದೊಡ್ಡ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿದರು. ಅವರು ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯ ಅಲೋಶಿಯನರಾಗಲು ಮತ್ತು ಇತರರನ್ನು ಮಾದರಿಯಾಗಿ ಮುನ್ನಡೆಯಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದರು. ನಂತರ ಆಟಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಮೋಜಿನ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ನಡೆದವು. 2025–26 ರ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷದ ನೆನಪುಗಳನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸುವ ವೀಡಿಯೊ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಿ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಹಳೆವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಸಂಘದ ನೂತನ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ ಮೊಹಮ್ಮದ್ ಇಹ್ಷಾನ್ ಶಹೀಂ, ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯಾಗಿ ಅಬ್ದುಲ್ ರಹಿಮಾನ್ ಅಯಾನ್, ಕೋಶಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಆಲ್ಡನ್ ಲೂಯಿಸ್, ಇನ್ಸ್ಟಾಗ್ರಾಂ ಎಡ್ಮಿನ್ ಆಗಿ ವೆರಿನಾ ಸ್ವೀಡಲ್ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದರು. ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ದೀಪಾ ಕರ್ಕಡ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರೆ. ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಅಕ್ವಿನಾ ರೆಬೆಲ್ಲೊ ಅವರು ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳನ್ನಿತ್ತರು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಶ್ರೀ ಧೀರಜ್ ಲೋಬೊ ನಿರೂಪಿಸಿದರು. ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಲಾರೆಲ್ ಡಿ’ಸೋಜಾ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಜಿಶಾ ಥಾಮಸ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಸಂಯೋಜಿಸಿದರು.
Aloysius Gonzaga School Alumni Meet – “Rewind and Reunite”
St Aloysius Gonzaga School organised the Alumni Meet titled “Rewind and Reunite” on 28th March 2026. It began with a prayer song by the Teachers’ Choir, followed by the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by the dignitaries and batch representatives.
Ms Deepa Karkada welcomed the gathering. A video presentation highlighting the milestones of the academic year 2025–26 was screened, evoking fond memories among the alumni.
The Chief Guest, Mr Anil Kumar J, President of SACAA, was felicitated. In his address, he described alumni meets as meaningful opportunities to reconnect and relive memories. He credited his success to the strong values imbibed at the St Aloysius institutions and encouraged students to pursue entrepreneurship. He also urged alumni to remain connected and strengthen their network.
The Guest of Honour, Mr Abdul Rahiman Ayaan, Co-founder of Dutch Corner and a proud alumnus from the first batch, was also felicitated. He expressed gratitude to his teachers and described the institution as a place that inspires excellence. Emphasizing that hard work is the key to success, he concluded with the quote, “Once an Aloysian, always an Aloysian.”
Marking a significant milestone, the institution conferred the Eminent Gonzagite Alumni Award for the first time in 2026. The award, introduced under the categories of Academics, Professional Excellence, and Social Service, honoured distinguished alumni for their exemplary achievements. The awardees were:

- Geetika Ganguly
- Saatwik Nayak Sujir
Addressing the alumni/ae, Principal Fr Rohan D’Almeida SJ congratulated the awardees and stated that students’ accomplishments are the greatest pride of the school. He encouraged them to think big and continue contributing to their alma mater.
Rector of St Aloysius Institutions, Fr Melwin Joseph Pinto SJ, shared that he is a member of the World Union of Jesuit Alumni and encouraged alumni to register and connect on a larger platform. He urged them to be proud Aloysians and lead others by example.
The vote of thanks was proposed by Ms Aquina Rebello. The programme concluded with a photo session, followed by games and fun activities. Alumni Office Bearers were also elected:

- Alumni Instagram Admin: Verina Sweedol Dsouza
Ms Laurel Dsouza and Ms Jisha Thomas coordinated the event, which successfully celebrated the Aloysian spirit and strengthened alumni bonds. The programme was compered by Mr. Dheeraj Lobo.
