ಬಾರ್ಕೂರು; ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 2025 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಶತಮಾನೋತ್ಸವವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಿದ (1925–2025) ಹೆರಾಡಿ-ಬಾರ್ಕೂರಿನ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ರುಕ್ಮಿಣಿ ಶೆಡ್ತಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಹಿರಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆ, ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 14, 2026 ರಂದು ಜುಬಿಲಿ ವರದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಲೆಕ್ಕಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಮರಣಾರ್ಥ ಸ್ಮರಣಾರ್ಥ ಸ್ಮರಣಾರ್ಥ “ಶತಮಾನದ ಗರಿ” ಯ ಸಂಪಾದಕೀಯ ತಂಡವನ್ನು ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸಲು ಒಂದು ಸಂಕ್ಷಿಪ್ತ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿತು.
ಶತಮಾನೋತ್ಸವ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಶ್ರೀ ಸಂಕಡಿ ಕರುಣಾಕರ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರು, ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಪ್ರಕಾಶ್ ತಂತ್ರಿ ಆಚರಣೆಗಳ ಕಿರು ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರು. ಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಖಜಾಂಚಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಎಚ್. ರತ್ನಾಕರ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಲೆಕ್ಕಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಲೆಯ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗಾಗಿ ಮೀಸಲಿಟ್ಟ ₹13 ಲಕ್ಷ ಉಳಿತಾಯವನ್ನು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದರು.

ಶತಮಾನೋತ್ಸವ ಸ್ಮರಣಾರ್ಥ ಅಮೂಲ್ಯವಾದ ಸ್ಮರಣಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಚಂದ್ರಿಕಾ ಆರ್. ಬೈರಿ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಸಂಪಾದಕೀಯ ತಂಡವನ್ನು ಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದ ವರದಿಗಾರ ಶ್ರೀ ಎ. ರತ್ನಾಕರ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ (ಕೆಎಫ್‌ಎಸ್) ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು, ಹಳೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಪೋಷಕರು ಮತ್ತು ದಾನಿಗಳ ಒಗ್ಗಟ್ಟಿನ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನವನ್ನು ಶ್ಲಾಘಿಸಿದರು.
ಪ್ರೊ. ಪಿ. ಆರ್ಚಿಬಾಲ್ಡ್ ಫರ್ಟಾಡೊ ಅವರು ಈ ಸ್ಮರಣಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಶಾಲೆಯ ನೂರು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಪ್ರಯಾಣದ ಗಮನಾರ್ಹ ದಾಖಲೆ ಎಂದು ಶ್ಲಾಘಿಸಿದರು. ಅಡ್ವೊಕೇಟರ್ ಕಾಮಕೇಶ್ವರ ಪೂಜಾರಿ, ಶ್ರೀ ಪ್ರಕಾಶ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರರು ತಮ್ಮ ಆಲೋಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ನಿರಂತರ ಬೆಂಬಲವನ್ನು ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.

Centenary of Smt. Rukmini Shedti National Higher Primary School, Heradi-Barkur

Barkur ; Smt. Rukmini Shedthi National Higher Primary School, Heradi–Barkur, which celebrated its Centenary (1925–2025) in December 2025, organised a brief programme on 14 March 2026 to present the Jubilee Report and Accounts and felicitate the editorial team of the commemorative souvenir “Shatamanada Gari.”
Centenary Celebration Committee Chairman Mr. Sankadi Karunakar Shetty welcomed the gathering, while Secretary Mr. Prakash Tantri presented a short report of the celebrations. Headmaster and Treasurer Mr. H. Ratnakar Shetty presented the accounts and announced a saving of ₹13 lakhs, earmarked for the school’s development.
The editorial team led by Mrs. Chandrika R. Bairy was felicitated for compiling the valuable centenary souvenir. Presiding over the programme, Correspondent Mr. A. Ratnakar Shetty (KFS) appreciated the united efforts of teachers, alumni, parents and donors.
Prof. P. Archibald Furtado praised the souvenir as a remarkable documentation of the school’s hundred-year journey. Adv. Kamakeshwar Poojary, Mr. Prakash Shetty and others also shared their thoughts and assured continued support to the institution.
