ಉಡುಪಿ, ನವೆಂಬರ್ 30: ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಜಯಂತಿ ಮಹೋತ್ಸವದ ಪ್ರಯುಕ್ತ ಕ್ಯಾಥೊಲಿಕ್ ಸಭಾ ಉಡುಪಿ ಪ್ರದೇಶವು ನವೆಂಬರ್ 30, 2025 ರ ಭಾನುವಾರದಂದು ಕಕ್ಕುಂಜೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಡಯೋಸಿಸನ್ ಪ್ಯಾಸ್ಟರಲ್ ಸೆಂಟರ್ನ ಅನುಗ್ರಹದಲ್ಲಿ “ಕ್ರಿಸ್ಮಸ್ ಕ್ಯಾರೊಲ್ ಗಾಯನ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆ” ಮತ್ತು ಬಹುಮಾನ ವಿತರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿತ್ತು.
ಕ್ಯಾಥೊಲಿಕ್ ಸಭಾ ಉಡುಪಿ ಪ್ರದೇಶ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ರೊನಾಲ್ಡ್ ಡಿ’ಅಲ್ಮೇಡಾ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಟ್ರಿನಿಟಿ ಮೆಡಿಕೇರ್ ಸೇವೆಗಳ ವಿಕಾರ್ ಜನರಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಜೋಸೆಫ್ ಮೆನೆಜೆಸ್, ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಉಡುಪಿಧರ್ಮಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯದ ಮೊನ್ಸಿಂಝ್ಹೊರ್ ಅ।ವಂ।ಫರ್ಡಿನಾಂಡ್ ಗೊನ್ಸಾಲ್ವೆಸ್, ಕಲ್ಯಾಣಪುರದ ಗೊರೆಟ್ಟಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯ ಆಡಳಿತಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಸೀನಿಯರ್ ಜರೀನಾ ಲೋಬೊ, ಕ್ಯಾರೊಲ್ ಗಾಯನ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಾರರಾದ ಜೋಶಲ್ ಡಿ’ಸೋಜಾ, ಸ್ಟ್ಯಾನಿ ಡಯಾಸ್ ಬೇಲಾ ಮತ್ತು ಜೋ ಡಿ’ಸೋಜಾ, ನಿಕಟಪೂರ್ವ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಸಂತೋಷ್ ಕಾರ್ನೆಲಿಯೊ, ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಜೋಯಲ್ ಡಿ’ಅಲ್ಮೇಡಾ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರರು ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನಾ ಗೀತೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು ಮತ್ತು ರೊನಾಲ್ಡ್ ಡಿ’ಅಲ್ಮೇಡಾ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರು. ವೆರಿ ರೆವರೆಂಡ್ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ. ಫರ್ಡಿನಾಂಡ್ ಗೊನ್ಸಾಲ್ವಿಸ್ ಅವರು ಅಲಂಕರಿಸಿದ ಕೇಕ್ ಕತ್ತರಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಜೋಸೆಫ್ ಮೆನೆಜಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸೀನಿಯರ್ ಜರೀನಾ ಅವರು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ಮಸ್ ನಕ್ಷತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ಮಸ್ ವೃಕ್ಷದ ಬೆಳಕಿನ ಸ್ವಿಚ್ ಅನ್ನು ಚಾಲನೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
ವಿಕಾರ್ ಜನರಲ್ ವೆರಿ ರೆವರೆಂಡ್ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಫರ್ಡಿನಾಂಡ್ ಗೊನ್ಸಾಲ್ವಿಸ್ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ಯಾಥೋಲಿಕ್ ಸಭೆಯ ಕ್ಯಾರೋಲ್ ಗಾಯನ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ವಾಗ್ಮಿತಾ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯ ವಿಜೇತರಿಗೆ ಬಹುಮಾನಗಳನ್ನು ವಿತರಿಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಶ್ಲಾಘಿಸಿದರು.
ಕ್ರಿಸ್ಮಸ್ ಕ್ಯಾರೋಲ್ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯ ನಂತರ, ತೀರ್ಪುಗಾರರ ಪರಿಚಯವನ್ನು ಆಲ್ಫೋನ್ಸ್ ಡಿ’ಕೋಸ್ಟಾ ಅವರು ಜೋಶಲ್ ಡಿ’ಸೋಜಾ ಕುರಿತು, ಜೆರಾಲ್ಡ್ ರೊಡ್ರಿಗಸ್ ಅವರು ಸ್ಟ್ಯಾನಿ ಬೇಲಾ ಕುರಿತು ಮತ್ತು ರೋಸಿ ಕ್ವಾಡ್ರಸ್ ಅವರು ಜೋ ಡಿ’ಸೋಜಾ ಕುರಿತು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
ಸಮಾರೋಪ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ, ಆಮ್ಚೊ ಸಂದೇಶ್ ಮಾಸಿಕ 50 ಮೇಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಮಾಸಿಕ ಚಂದಾದಾರಿಕೆ ಘಟಕಗಳನ್ನು ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೌರವಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಏತನ್ಮಧ್ಯೆ, ವಾಗ್ಮಿತಾ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ವಾಗ್ಮಿತಾ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯ ವಿಜೇತರಿಗೆ ವೇದಿಕೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳು ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಬಹುಮಾನಗಳನ್ನು ವಿತರಿಸಿದರು. ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಕ್ಯಾಥೋಲಿಕ್ ಸಭಾದ ಮಾಜಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಮತ್ತು ಭಾಷಣ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯ ಸಂಚಾಲಕರಾದ ವಾಲ್ಟರ್ ಸಿರಿಲ್ ಪಿಂಟೊ ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯ ಹೆಸರುಗಳನ್ನು ಓದಿದರು.
ಏತನ್ಮಧ್ಯೆ, ವೇದಿಕೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳು ಗೊರೆಟ್ಟಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯ ಡಯಾಲಿಸಿಸ್ ಗುರುತಿನ ಚೀಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ರೋಗಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿತರಿಸಿದರು.
ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದ್ದಾಗ ರಕ್ತದಾನ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡಲು, ರಕ್ತದಾನಿಗಳ ಡೈರೆಕ್ಟರಿಯನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ಯಾಥೋಲಿಕ್ ಸಭಾದ ಐದು ಡೀನರಿಗಳ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಿಗೆ ಆಯಾ ಘಟಕಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲು ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ನಂತರ, ಕಲ್ಯಾಣಪುರ ಡೀನರಿ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ ಆಮ್ಚೊ ಸಂದೇಶ್ನ ಅತ್ಯುನ್ನತ ಜಾಹೀರಾತನ್ನು ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಗೌರವಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಾರರ ಪರವಾಗಿ, ಜೋಶಲ್ ಡಿ’ಸೋಜಾ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಟ್ಯಾನಿ ಬೇಲಾ ಅವರು ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಗಳ ಅದ್ಭುತ ಗಾಯನ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಯನ್ನು ಶ್ಲಾಘಿಸಿದರು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ಜೋಸೆಫ್ ಮೆನೆಜಸ್ ಅವರು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.
ಲವೀನಾ ಫೆರ್ನಾಂಡಿಸ್ ಇಡೀ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಹೋಲಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜೋಯಲ್ ಡಿ’ಅಲ್ಮೇಡಾ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದರು.
ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನಾ ಗೀತೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಡುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಕೊನೆಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಊಟವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಇಡೀ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಇನ್ನೂರಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜನರು ಹಾಜರಿದ್ದರು.

Udupi, Nov 30 : Catholic Sabha Udupi Pradesh on the occasion of Christa Jayanthi Jubilee Year organized “Christmas Carols Singing Competition” and prizes distribution at Anugraha, Diocesan Pastoral Centre, Kakkunje here on Sunday, November 30, 2025.
Catholic Sabha Udupi Pradesh President Ronald D’Almeida presided over the inaugural programme. Very Rev Monsignor Ferdinand Gonsalves, Vicar General and Spiritual Director, Joseph Menezes of Trinity Medicare Services and Philanthropist, chief guest, Sr. Zarina Lobo, Administrator of Goretti Hospital, Kallianpur, Joshal D’Souza, Stany Dias Bela and Joe D’Souza, Judges of Carol Singing competition, Santhosh Cornelio, Immediate past president, Joeal D’Almeida Secretary and others were present on the dais.
The programme began with a prayer song and Ronald D’Almeida welcomed the gathering. Very Rev Msgr. Ferdinand Gonsalves inaugurated the programme with cutting a decorated cake and Joseph Menezes along with Sr. Zarina put on the light switch of the Christmas star and Christmas tree placed on the dais.
The Vicar General Very Rev Msgr Ferdinand Gonsalves in his inaugural address appreciated the Catholic Sabha for the programme of carol singing competition and awarding prizes for the winners of elocution competition and other.
Followed by Christmas Carols competition, judges profile introduction presented by Alphonse D’Costa on Joshal D’Souza, Jerald Rodrigues on Stany Bela and Rosy Quadros on Joe D’Souza.
During the valedictory programme, Amcho Sandesh monthly 50 above in month subscription units were honored during the occasion. Meanwhile, certificates and prizes for the participation of elocution competition and winners of the elocution competition were distributed by the guests on the dais. Walter Cyril Pinto, former President of Catholic Sabha Mangaluru Pradesh and Convener of Elocution competition was present on the dais and read out the names of the concerned competition.
Meanwhile, Goretti Hospital Dialysis identity cards were distributed to the patients during the occasion by guests on the dais.
In order to help to donate the blood when needed, the Blood Donors Directory was released and distributed to all five deaneries presidents of Catholic Sabha to give respective units.
Followed by, the highest advertisement for Amcho Sandesh collected by the Kallianpur deanery was honored during the occasion.
One of the important declarations of winners of Christmas Carol Singing results was announced by President Ronald D’Almeida. The winners declared as :

Shirva Deanery Second Place,
Kallianpur Deanery Third Place and
Udupi Deanery Consolation prize
On behalf of competition judges, Joshal D’Souza and Stany Bela spoke during the occasion and appreciated the contestants in the competition for their marvelous talent of singing.
The chief guest on the occasion, Joseph Menezes addressed during the programme.
Laveena Fernandes compared the entire events and at the end Joeal D’Almeida proposed a vote of thanks.
The programme was terminated with singing the prayer song by all. Lunch was served to all participants. More than two hundred people were present during the entire programme.
