Math’s Club at UBMC English Medium School
ಕುಂದಾಪುರ : ಯು.ಬಿ.ಎಂ.ಸಿ. ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಶಾಲೆಯು 11.10.2025 ರಂದು ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗಣಿತ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಅನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿತು. ಕ್ಲಬ್ನ ಸಂಯೋಜಕರಾದ ದಿವ್ಯಾ ಮತ್ತು ಉಜ್ವಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಅನಿತಾ ಆಲಿಸ್ ಡಿಸೋಜಾ ಅವರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಶುಭ ಹಾರೈಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಅನ್ನು ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮವಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಬೌದ್ಧಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸೃಜನಶೀಲ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸುವ ವಿವಿಧ ಗಣಿತ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಿದರು, ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗೆ ಶೂನ್ಯ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಮಹತ್ವ, ಸ್ಥಾನ ಮೌಲ್ಯದ ಮಹತ್ವ, ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಸುಲಭ ಮತ್ತು ಸೃಜನಶೀಲ ವಿಧಾನಗಳು ಕೋಷ್ಟಕಗಳು, ಸಂಕಲನ, ವ್ಯವಕಲನ, ಗುಣಾಕಾರ, ಭಾಗಾಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ವರ್ಗಮೂಲಗಳನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಹಿಡಿಯುವ ರೂಪಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅನ್ವೇಷಿಸುವುದು ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ, ಗಣಿತದ ಹಾಡನ್ನು ಶಾಲೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅಭಿನಯದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹಾಡಿದರು. ಆರ್ಯಭಟ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಮಾನುಜನ್ ಅವರ ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ಜೀವನ, ಸಾಧನೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕೊಡುಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶಂಸಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ರಸಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳು ಕುತೂಹಲದಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿದ್ದವು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಹ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅವರು ಅನ್ವೇಷಿಸಿದ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ಸೃಜನಶೀಲತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕುತೂಹಲವನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿದವು. ಗಣಿತವನ್ನು ದ್ವೇಷಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಗಣಿತ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅನ್ವೇಷಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಅದನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದರು. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ, ಗಣಿತ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ತರಗತಿಯ ಆಚೆಗೆ ಗಣಿತದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ, ಕುತೂಹಲ ಮತ್ತು ಸಕಾರಾತ್ಮಕ ಮನೋಭಾವವನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಿದವು.
Math’s Club at UBMC English Medium School
Kundapura : U.B.M.C. English Medium School conducted the Math club on 11.10.2025 in the school . The coordinators of the club Divya and Ujwala teachers conducted the event. The Principal , Smt.Anita Alice Dsouza, extended her best wishes to students and urged the students to make optimum use of the Club. Students presented various mathematical activities displaying their intellectual and creative skills like skit on the importance of the number zero , significance of place value, easy and creative ways of learning tables, exploring numbers in the forms of addition, subtraction, multiplication , division and finding the square roots etc, song on love for mathematics was hummed by little nightingales of the school. The inspiring lives, achievements, and contributions of Aryabhata and Ramanujan were appreciated. Quizzes were filled with curiosity. Students actively participated in the club activity. The slow learners, timid, and low confident students also actively participated in the activities as the activities that they explored encouraged creativity and curiosity. Students who hated mathematics started loving it after exploring the Math Club activities. Hence, the math club activities fostered interest, curiosity, and a positive attitude towards mathematics beyond the classroom.
