ಅಕುಲುತೋ ಸಂತಾ ಕ್ಲಾರಾ ಚರ್ಚ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪ್ಪಂದಿರ ದಿನ ಮತ್ತು ಪವಿತ್ರ ತ್ರಿತ್ವೋತ್ಸವ ಆಚರಣೆ
ಭಕ್ತಿಭಾವ ಮತ್ತು ಹಬ್ಬದ ಉತ್ಸಾಹದಿಂದ, ಸಂತಾ ಕ್ಲಾರಾ ಚರ್ಚ್, ಅಕುಲುತೋದಲ್ಲಿ ಜೂನ್ 15, 2025 ರ ಭಾನುವಾರ ಅಪ್ಪಂದಿರ ದಿನ ಮತ್ತು ಪವಿತ್ರ ತ್ರಿತ್ವೋತ್ಸವವನ್ನು ಆಘೋಷಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮುದಾಯವು ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಸೇರಿ ಅಪ್ಪಂದಿರನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸಿ, ಕ್ರೈಸ್ತ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸದ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸಿದ್ಧಾಂತವಾದ ತ್ರಿದೇವತೆ ಎಂಬ ಮಹಾ ಮರ್ಮದ ಕುರಿತು ಚಿಂತನೆ ನಡೆಸಿತು.
ಪವಿತ್ರ ಬಲಿ ಪೂಜೆ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 9:30 ಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು. ಚರ್ಚಿನ ಧರ್ಮಗುರುಗಳು ಫಾ. ಸ್ಟೀಫನ್ ಡಿಸೋಜಾ ಅವರು ಪವಿತ್ರ ಬಲಿ ಪೂಜೆ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದರು. ಪ್ರವಚನವನ್ನು ಫಾ. ಜೇಮ್ಸ್ ಅವರು ನೀಡಿದರು. ತಂದೆ, ಪುತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಪವಿತ್ರ ಆತ್ಮನ ಪರಸ್ಪರ ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಏಕತೆಯು ಮಾನವ ಸಂಬಂಧಗಳಿಗೂ, ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳಿಗೆ ದೇವ ಮಾದರಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಅವರು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ತಂದೆಯ ಪಾತ್ರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮನಸೂರೆಗೊಳ್ಳುವಂತಹ ಪ್ರವಚನವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದರು. ಫಾ. ಜೇಮ್ಸ್ ಹೇಳಿದರು: “ತಂದೆಗಳು ಬಹುಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಮೌನವಾದ ತ್ಯಾಗದ ನಾಯಕರು — ಅವರ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ಥೈರ್ಯ ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ, ಅವರ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಗಳು ದಾರಿ ತೋರಿಸುತ್ತವೆ, ಅವರ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಗಳು ಶ್ರದ್ಧೆಯ ಭದ್ರ ನೆಲೆಯಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸಮಾಡುತ್ತವೆ.” ಅವರ ಸಂದೇಶ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಮನಸ್ಸನ್ನು ತಟ್ಟಿತು. ಹಲವರು ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸಿದರು.
ಪ್ರವಚನದ ನಂತರ, ಫಾ. ಸ್ಟೀಫನ್ ಡಿಸೋಜಾ ಅವರು ಚರ್ಚ್ನ ತಂದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು. ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು: “ಅಕುಲುತೋದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಕ್ಯಾಥೋಲಿಕ್ ಸಮುದಾಯವು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯುತ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರದ್ಧಾವಂತ ತಂದೆಗಳಿಂದ ಕಂಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ನೀವು ಚರ್ಚಿನ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕೊಡುಗೆ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ನೇತೃತ್ವವು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಮೌಲ್ಯಯುತವಾಗಿದೆ. ನೀವು ಕೇವಲ ಪೋಷಕರು ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ರಕ್ಷಣಾಕಾರರು ಹೌದು, ನೀವು ಮುಂದಿನ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಗೆ ಆತ್ಮೀಯ ಮಾದರಿಗಳು.”
ಪವಿತ್ರ ಬಲಿ ಪೂಜೆಯ ನಂತರ ಚರ್ಚಿನ ತಾಯಂದಿರಿಂದ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾದ ಅಭಿನಂದನಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿತು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಚರ್ಚಿನ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ತಾಯಂದಿರು ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಹಾಡುಗಳು, ಅಭಿನಂದನೆಗಳ ಮಾತುಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಕ್ಷಿಪ್ತ ಕಲಾತ್ಮಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ತಂದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಗೌರವ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು. ಪ್ರತಿ ತಂದೆಯನ್ನೂ ಹೆಸರಿಟ್ಟು ಮುಂದೆ ಕರೆದು, ತವರಿನಿಂದ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯಿಂದ ಆಯ್ಕೆಮಾಡಿದ ಉಡುಗೊರೆ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹರ್ಷಭರಿತ ವಾತಾವರಣ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಿತ್ತು.
St. Clare Church, Akuluto Celebrates Father’s Day and Feast of the Holy Trinity
In a spirit of reverence and festivity, St. Clare Church, Akuluto celebrated Father’s Day and the Feast of the Holy Trinity on Sunday, June 15, 2025. The occasion brought together the faithful community to honour the fathers of the parish and to reflect on the deep mystery of the Triune God, a central doctrine of the Christian faith.
The celebration began with the Holy Mass at 9:30 a.m., presided over by Fr. Stephen D’Souza, the parish priest of St. Clare Church. The Eucharistic celebration was solemn and prayerful, marked by thoughtful participation from the congregation and beautifully animated by the parish choir. The homily was delivered by Fr. James, who eloquently spoke about the Feast of the Holy Trinity, calling it “the greatest mystery of the Church.” He explained how the unity and mutual love of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit serve as the divine model for all human relationships, especially within the family. Drawing from the theme of the day, he offered a heartfelt reflection on the role of fathers in society.
Fr. James commended fathers for their silent sacrifices, steadfast love, and tireless dedication to their families. He said, “Fathers are often the unsung heroes — their strength provides stability, their decisions guide the family, and their prayers lay the foundation of a faith-filled home.” His message resonated deeply with the congregation, many of whom were visibly moved by his words.
Following the homily, Fr. Stephen D’Souza took a moment to express his own appreciation for the fathers of the parish. “Our Catholic community in Akuluto is blessed with responsible and faith-filled fathers,” he said. “Your contribution to the growth of the Church and your leadership in your families are deeply valued. You are not just providers, but protectors and spiritual role models for the next generation.”
After the conclusion of the Mass, the celebration continued with a felicitation programme organized by the Catholic mothers of the parish. Held within the church premises, the event was a vibrant expression of love and gratitude. Mothers and children led the programme with songs, words of appreciation, and short performances dedicated to the fathers. Each father present was called forward and honoured with a gift as a token of appreciation for their role in the family and parish community. The atmosphere was filled with joy and emotion as many fathers were seen smiling, some even tearing up during the thoughtful gestures extended by their families.
