ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲೆ ಡಾ ಡಯಾನ ಲೋಬೋ ರವರು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರು . ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿ ಡಾ ವೀಣಾ ತೌರೋ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲೆ ಡಾ ಡಯಾನ ಲೋಬೋ ಅವರು ಫ್ಲಾರೆನ್ಸ್ ನೈಟಿಂಗೇಲ್ ಅವರ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಪುಷ್ಪ ನಮನ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು ನಂತರ ಗಣ್ಯರು ಹೊಸ ಶುಶ್ರೂಷಕೀಯರ ದೀಪಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಳಗಿಸಿದರು.

ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿದರು, ಮತ್ತು ಡಾ ಡಯಾನ ಲೋಬೊರವರು ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆಗೊಂಡ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ವಚನ ಬೋಧಿಸಿದರು. ನಂತರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹೃತ್ಪೂರ್ವಕ ಹಾಡಿನ ಮೂಲಕ ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ತಾವು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು, ನರ್ಸಿಂಗ್ ವೃತ್ತಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಬದ್ಧತೆಯನ್ನು ಪುನರುಚ್ಚರಿಸಿದರು. ಡಾ. ವೀಣಾ ಗ್ರೆಟ್ಟ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ, ನರ್ಸಿಂಗ್‌ನ ಉದಾತ್ತತೆಯನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದರು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಹಾನುಭೂತಿ, ಗೌಪ್ಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅಚಲ ಸಮರ್ಪಣೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಯಾಣವನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದರು. ಅವರು ನರ್ಸಿಂಗ್ ಅನ್ನು ‘ಗುಣಪಡಿಸುವ ಭಾಷೆ’ ಮತ್ತು ‘ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಳಜಿಯ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ’ ಎಂದು ಕರೆದರು, ರೋಗಿಗಳ ಜೀವನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅದರ ಆಳವಾದ ಪ್ರಭಾವವನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಅತಿಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ, ವೃತ್ತಿಗೆ ಕಾಲಿಟ್ಟ ಹೊಸ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸಿದರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ರೋಗಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಬೆಳಕಿನ ಸಂಕೇತವಾಗಿರಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅವರು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದರು.
ವಂದನೀಯ ಫಾ ಬೋನ ವೆಂಚರ್. ನಜರೆತ್ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೀಯ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಗುಣಪಡಿಸುವ ಸ್ಪರ್ಶ ಮತ್ತು ನಗುವಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾನವ ದುಃಖವನ್ನು ನಿವಾರಿಸಲು ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸಿದರು.

Mangluru; The lamp lighting and oath taking ceremony of the first batch of students of Milagres College of Nursing was held on Tuesday, February 11 at Milagres Auditorium. The lamp lighting ceremony, symbolizing the commitment to nursing, was welcomed by the Principal of the college, Dr. Diana Lobo. The chief guest of the program, Dr. Veena Tauro and the Principal of the college, Dr. Diana Lobo, paid floral tributes to the portrait of Florence Nightingale, after which the dignitaries lit the lamps of the new nurses. Provost Victoria de Almeida spoke about the significance of the program, and Dr. Diana Lobo administered the oath to the newly inducted students. The students then dedicated themselves through a heartfelt song, reaffirming their commitment to the nursing profession.
