ಮಂಗಳೂರು;ಎಂಸಿಸಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ನ 2025–26ನೇ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷದ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಷಮತೆ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಪ್ರದಾನ ಸಮಾರಂಭವು 2026ರ ಜೂನ್ 13ರಂದು ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಆಡಳಿತ ಕಚೇರಿಯ ಪಿ.ಎಫ್.ಎಕ್ಸ್. ಸಾಲ್ದಾನ್ಹಾ ಸ್ಮಾರಕ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಿತು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಧರ್ಮಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯದ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜರ್ಗಳಾದ ವಂ. ಫಾ. ಮ್ಯಾಕ್ಸಿಂ ರೊಸಾರಿಯೊ ಅವರು ದೀಪ ಬೆಳಗಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿದರು. ತಮ್ಮ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಎಂಸಿಸಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಅನ್ನು ಕ್ಯಾಥೋಲಿಕ್ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅಮೂಲ್ಯ ರತ್ನವೆಂದು ಬಣ್ಣಿಸಿ, ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಧಿಸಿರುವ ಗಮನಾರ್ಹ ಪ್ರಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಶ್ಲಾಘಿಸಿದರು. ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಸಹಕಾರ ರತ್ನ ಶ್ರೀ ಅನಿಲ್ ಲೋಬೋ ಅವರ ದೂರದೃಷ್ಟಿಯ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ, ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯ ಸಮರ್ಪಿತ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶಂಸಿಸಿದ ಅವರು, ಗ್ರಾಹಕ ಸ್ನೇಹಿ ಸೇವೆ, ವೃತ್ತಿಪರತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬದ್ಧತೆಯೇ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ಗೆ ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸವನ್ನು ಗಳಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ನ ನಿರಂತರ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ನವೀನತೆ, ತಂಡದ ಕಾರ್ಯಪಟುತ್ವ, ನಿರಂತರ ಕಲಿಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಗ್ರಾಹಕ ಕೇಂದ್ರಿತ ಸೇವೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವೆಂದು ಅವರು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟರು.
ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೀಯ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಕಾರ ರತ್ನ ಶ್ರೀ ಅನಿಲ್ ಲೋಬೋ ಅವರು 2025–26ನೇ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ 25% ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯನ್ನು ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಸಾಧನೆಯು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯ ಸಮೂಹ ಬದ್ಧತೆ, ಕಠಿಣ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮ ಹಾಗೂ ಗ್ರಾಹಕ ಕೇಂದ್ರಿತ ಸೇವೆಯ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಆರಂಭಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಶಾಖೆಗಳ ಸಾಧನೆಯನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಿದ ಅವರು, ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಾವರ ಶಾಖೆಯು ಕೇವಲ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಲಾಭದಾಯಕತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಸ ಶಾಖೆಗಳು ಅಲ್ಪಾವಧಿಯಲ್ಲೇ ₹10 ಕೋಟಿ ವ್ಯವಹಾರದ ಮೈಲಿಗಲ್ಲು ದಾಟಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಶ್ಲಾಘಿಸಿದರು. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯೂ ಒಗ್ಗಟ್ಟಿನಿಂದ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿ ಗ್ರಾಹಕ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಆದ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡಿ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಸಾಧನೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ಸಲಹೆಗಾರರು ಹಾಗೂ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ನ ಮಾಜಿ ಉಪ ಮಹಾಪ್ರಬಂಧಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಎಸ್.ಎಚ್. ವಿಶ್ವೇಶ್ವರಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ಠೇವಣಿ, ಸಾಲ ವಿತರಣೆ, ವ್ಯವಹಾರ ವಹಿವಾಟು, ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಯ ಪ್ರವೃತ್ತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಎನ್ಪಿಎ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಷಮತಾ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರು.
ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಷಮತೆ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಪ್ರದಾನ ಸಮಾರಂಭದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯನ್ನು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಸಹಕಾರ ರತ್ನ ಶ್ರೀ ಅನಿಲ್ ಲೋಬೋ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ದೈಜಿವರ್ಲ್ಡ್ ಮೀಡಿಯಾ ಪ್ರೈವೇಟ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್ನ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ವಾಲ್ಟರ್ ನಂದಳಿಕೆ, ಲೂರ್ಡ್ಸ್ ಸೆಂಟ್ರಲ್ ಶಾಲೆ, ಬಿಜೈನ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ವಂ. ಫಾ. ಜಾನ್ ಎಲ್. ಸಿಕ್ವೇರಾ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಆಯುಕ್ತರ ಕಚೇರಿಯ ಎಸಿಪಿ ಶ್ರೀ ರವೀಶ್ ಎಸ್. ನಾಯಕ್ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ಮಹಾಪ್ರಬಂಧಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಸುನಿಲ್ ಮಿನೇಜಸ್ ಹಾಗೂ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಪುತ್ತೂರು ಶಾಖೆಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಐರಿನ್ ಡಿಸೋಜಾ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಜ್ಪೆ ಶಾಖೆಯ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯಾದ ಕುಮಾರಿ ವೈಲೆಟ್ ಕ್ರಾಸ್ತಾ ಅವರನ್ನು ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗೌರವಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ವಿವಾಹವಾದ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯವರನ್ನೂ ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸಿ ಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
2025–26ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಸ್ಟಾರ್ ಅಚೀವರ್ಸ್ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಕುಲಶೇಖರ ಶಾಖೆಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ವಿಲ್ಮಾ ಜ್ಯೋತಿ ಸಿಕ್ವೇರಾ, ಮೂಡುಬಿದಿರೆ ಶಾಖೆಯ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಶರೋನ್ ರೊಸಾರಿಯೊ, ಶಿರ್ವ ಶಾಖೆಯ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಅನ್ಸಿಲ್ಲಾ ಫೆರ್ನಾಂಡಿಸ್, ಕುಂದಾಪುರ ಶಾಖೆಯ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಜ್ಯೋತಿ ಬ್ಯಾರೆಟ್ಟೋ ಹಾಗೂ ಬೈಂದೂರು ಶಾಖೆಯ ಶ್ರೀ ಸಂದೀಪ್ ಕ್ವಾಡ್ರಸ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರದಾನಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ಠೇವಣಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಲ ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಅಶೋಕನಗರ ಶಾಖೆ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿತು. ಠೇವಣಿ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣಾ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠತಾ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಫೌಂಡರ್ಸ್, ಕುಲಶೇಖರ, ಮೂಡುಬಿದಿರೆ, ಶಿರ್ವ, ಬಜ್ಪೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾರ್ಕಳ ಶಾಖೆಗಳು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡರೆ, ಸಾಲ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠತಾ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಕುಂದಾಪುರ, ಪುತ್ತೂರು, ಬಿ.ಸಿ.ರೋಡ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಾವರ ಶಾಖೆಗಳು ಪಡೆದವು. ಕಾಸಾ, ಠೇವಣಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಲ ಗುರಿಗಳ ಸಾಧನೆಗಾಗಿ ನೀಡಲಾದ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಶಾಖೆ ಸಾಧನೆ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಉಡುಪಿ, ಬೆಳ್ತಂಗಡಿ, ಬೆಳ್ಮಣ್, ಬೈಂದೂರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂತೆಕಟ್ಟೆ ಶಾಖೆಗಳು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡವು. ಅತಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ವ್ಯವಹಾರ ವಹಿವಾಟು ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಫೌಂಡರ್ಸ್ ಶಾಖೆ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡರೆ, ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷದ ಮೈಲಿಗಲ್ಲು ಸಾಧನೆ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಬೆಳ್ಮಣ್, ಬೆಳ್ತಂಗಡಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಬೈಂದೂರು ಶಾಖೆಗಳು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡವು.
ಸಭೆಯನ್ನುದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಶ್ರೀ ವಾಲ್ಟರ್ ನಂದಳಿಕೆ ಅವರು ಎಂಸಿಸಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ನ ಗಮನಾರ್ಹ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಧನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಶ್ಲಾಘಿಸಿದರು. ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ನ ನಿರಂತರ ಪ್ರಗತಿ, ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಶಾಖಾ ಜಾಲ ಹಾಗೂ ಗ್ರಾಹಕ ಕೇಂದ್ರಿತ ಸೇವೆಗಳು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯ ಸಮರ್ಪಣೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸುತ್ತವೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟರು.
ವಂ. ಫಾ. ಜಾನ್ ಎಲ್. ಸಿಕ್ವೇರಾ ಅವರು ಎಂಸಿಸಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಅನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ ಗೌರವಿಸುವ ಒಂದು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಕುಟುಂಬವೆಂದು ಬಣ್ಣಿಸಿದರು. ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ, ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ವಿವಾಹವಾದ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾಧಕರನ್ನು ಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸುವ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ನ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಶ್ಲಾಘಿಸಿದ ಅವರು, ಗ್ರಾಹಕರ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಗಳಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದೇ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಯಶಸ್ಸಿನ ಮೂಲಮಂತ್ರ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಎಸಿಪಿ ಶ್ರೀ ರವೀಶ್ ಎಸ್. ನಾಯಕ್ ಅವರು ಇಂದಿನ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಯುಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೈಬರ್ ಸುರಕ್ಷತಾ ಜಾಗೃತಿಯ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು. ಸೈಬರ್ ವಂಚನೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯಿಂದಿರುವAತೆ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗೆ ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಅವರು, ಗ್ರಾಹಕರಲ್ಲಿ ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ಪದ್ಧತಿಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸುವಂತೆ ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ನಂತರ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಆಯುಕ್ತರ ಕಚೇರಿಯ ಶ್ರೀ ಸುರೇಶ್ ಎಂ. ಅವರು ಸೈಬರ್ ಸುರಕ್ಷತಾ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ಸೈಬರ್ ವಂಚನೆ, ಆನ್ಲೈನ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ ವಂಚನೆ, ವಾಟ್ಸಾಪ್ ವಂಚನೆ, ಫೇಸ್ಬುಕ್ ವಂಚನೆ, ಒಟಿಪಿ ವಂಚನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಅರೆಸ್ಟ್ ವಂಚನೆಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ ಅವರು, ಇಂತಹ ವಂಚನೆಗಳಿಂದ ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಮುನ್ನೆಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.

ಉಪ ಮಹಾಪ್ರಬಂಧಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಜ್ ಎಫ್. ಮಿನೇಜಸ್ ವಂದನಾರ್ಪಣೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು. ಐಟಿ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಅಲ್ವಿನ್ ಝೇವಿಯರ್ ಡಿಸೋಜಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಿರೂಪಿಸಿದರು. ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯವರ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು.
MCC Bank Conducts Annual Performance Review and Award Ceremony – 2026
MCC Bank conducted its Annual Performance Review for the Financial Year 2025–26 and Award Ceremony-2026 on 13th June 2026 at the P.F.X. Saldanha Memorial Auditorium, Administrative Office, Mangaluru.
The programme was inaugurated by Rev. Fr Maxim Rosario, Estate Manager of the Mangalore Diocese, by lighting the ceremonial lamp. In his inaugural address, Rev. Fr. Maxim Rosario described MCC Bank as the pride and jewel of the Catholic community and expressed his happiness at witnessing the remarkable progress achieved by the Bank over the years. He appreciated the visionary leadership of Chairman Sahakara Ratna Shri Anil Lobo, the guidance of the Board of Directors, and the dedicated efforts of the staff in taking the Bank to greater heights. He particularly commended the customer-friendly approach, professionalism, and commitment displayed by the staff, which have helped earn the trust and confidence of customers. He emphasized the importance of innovation, teamwork, continuous learning, and customer-centric service in sustaining the Bank’s growth and wished the institution continued success in the years ahead.
In his presidential address, Chairman Sahakara Ratna Shri Anil Lobo congratulated the staff for their dedicated efforts in achieving a historic growth of 25% during FY 2025–26. He stated that the achievement reflected the collective commitment, hard work, and customer-focused approach of the Bank’s employees. Highlighting the performance of newly established branches, he noted that Brahmavara Branch had achieved profitability within just two years of operation and that several new branches had crossed the ₹10 crore business milestone within a short period. He urged all staff members to remain united, focus on customer service, and strive for greater achievements in the current financial year.
Shri S.H. Visweswaraiah, Bank Advisor and former Deputy General Manager of State Bank of India, presented a comprehensive review of the Bank’s performance, covering deposits, CASA, advances, business turnover, growth trends, and NPA position.
The Staff Performance Review and Award Ceremony – 2026 was presided by Sahakara Ratna Srhi Anil Lobo, Chairman of the Bank. Mr Walter Nandalike, Managing Director of Daijiworld Media Pvt. Ltd., Rev. Fr John L. Sequeira, Principal of Lourdes Central School, Bejai, and ACP Ravish S. Nayak of the Mangaluru City Police Commissionerate were the Chief Guests. General Manager Shri Sunil Menezes and the Directors of the Bank were also present.
During the programme, retired employees Mrs. Irene D’Souza, Manager, Puttur Branch, and Ms. Violet Crasta, staff of Bajpe Branch, were honoured for their dedicated service. Recently married staff members were also felicitated.
The Star Achievers Awards for FY 2025–26 were presented to Mrs Wilma Jyothi Sequeira (Kulshekar Branch), Mrs Sharon Rosario (Moodbidri Branch), Mrs Ancilla Fernandis (Shirva Branch), Mrs Jyothi Barretto (Kundapura Branch), and Mr Sandeep Quadros (Byndoor Branch).
Ashoknagar Branch won the Best Performance Branch Award under Deposits and Loans. Founders, Kulshekar, Moodbidri, Shirva, Bajpe, and Karkala Branches received the Deposit Mobilisation Excellence Award, while Kundapura, Puttur, B.C. Road, and Brahmavara Branches received the Credit Growth Excellence Award. The Outstanding Branch Achievement Award was presented to Udupi, Belthangady, Belman, Byndoor, and Santhekatte Branches. Founders Branch won the Highest Turnover Branch Award, and Belman, Belthangady, and Byndoor Branches received the Milestone Achievement in One Year Award.
Addressing the gathering, Mr Walter Nandalike congratulated MCC Bank on its impressive growth and achievements. He appreciated the leadership of the Chairman, the support of the Board of Directors, and the commitment of the management and staff in strengthening the Bank’s position among leading cooperative institutions. He noted that the Bank’s consistent growth, expanding branch network, and customer-centric services reflected the dedication of its employees and encouraged them to continue their efforts to achieve greater milestones.
In his address, Rev. Fr John L. Sequeira described MCC Bank as one large family that values and recognizes the contributions of its members. He appreciated the Bank’s initiative of honouring retired employees, newly married staff members, and outstanding performers, stating that such recognition motivates employees to excel in their work. He emphasized that earning and retaining customer trust is the key to success in the banking sector and urged the staff to continue providing quality service while upholding the Bank’s legacy of trust and reliability.
ACP Ravish S. Nayak highlighted the growing importance of cyber safety awareness in today’s digital era. He urged staff members to remain vigilant against cyber frauds and to educate customers on safe digital banking practices. He emphasized the need to safeguard personal and financial information and appreciated MCC Bank’s efforts in organizing awareness programmes to promote cyber security
A Cyber Safety Awareness Session was subsequently conducted by Mr Suresh M. from the Office of the Assistant Commissioner of Police. He sensitized the staff on various cybercrimes, including cyber fraud, online banking fraud, WhatsApp scams, Facebook frauds, OTP frauds, and digital arrest scams. He also explained preventive measures and highlighted the importance of creating awareness among customers to ensure safe and secure digital banking transactions.
