ಕೊಡಿಯಾಲ್ ಬೈಲ್; ಸಂತ ಎಲೋಷಿಯಸ್ ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲಾ ಉಪಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾದ್ಯಾಯರಿಗೆ ಶುಭ ವಿದಾಯ

ಶ್ರೀ ಲ್ಯಾನ್ಸಿ ಡಿಸೋಜ, ಶಾಲಾ ಉಪಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾದ್ಯಾಯರು ತಾ. 3-10-2026 ರಂದು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ವೃತ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಬದುಕಿಗೆ ಮರಳಿದರು. ಅವರ 26 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ನಿರಂತರ ವೃತ್ತಿ ಬದುಕಿಗೆ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿಬಂದಿವರ್ಗ ಆತ್ಮಿಯ ಶುಭ ವಿದಾಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
ಸಂತ ಎಲೋಷಿಯಸ್ ಸಮೂಹ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ರೆಕ್ಟರ್ , ವಂದನೀಯ ಫಾ. ಬ್ರಾಯನ್ ಪಿರೇರಾ, ನಿವ್ರತ್ತಿ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ , ಶ್ರೀ ಲ್ಯಾನ್ಸಿ ಡಿಸೋಜ ರವರು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಧಾರೆ ಎರೆದ ಅತ್ತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡಿ , ವೃತ್ತಿ ಬದುಕಿನ ಅವರ ಸಾಧನೆ ಸರ್ವರಿಗೂ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಶಾಲಾ ಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾದ್ಯಾಯರಾದ , ವಂನೀಯ ಫಾ. ಜಾನ್ಸನ್ ಪಿಂಟೊ ಎಸ್. ಜೆ. ರವರು, ತಮ್ಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ವೃತ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಲ್ಯಾನ್ಸಿ ಡಿಸೋಜರವರು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿದ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಪ್ರಶಂಸೆಯನ್ನು ಗೈಯುತ್ತ , ಶಾಲಾ ಶ್ರೇಯೋಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಅವರು ನೀಡಿದ ಸಮಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸಿ ಶುಭ ಕೋರಿದರು.
ಸನ್ಮಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಉತ್ತರ ನೀಡುತ್ತಾ , ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ತನಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಅವಕಾಶ, ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಬದುಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲ ರೆಕ್ಟರ್ ರವರನ್ನು , ಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾದ್ಯಾಯರುಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಹೋದ್ಯೋಗಿ ಗಳನ್ನು ಕ್ರತಜ್ಞತಾ ಭಾವದಿಂದ ಸ್ಮರಿಸಿ , ಶಾಲಾ ಶ್ರೇಯೋಭಿವೃದ್ಫಿಗೆ ನಾವು ಸದಾ ಶ್ರಮಿಸುವವರಾಗೋಣ ಎಂಬ ಅಭಿಲಾಷೆಯನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.

ಶ್ರೀ ಪ್ರವೀಣ್ ಕುಟಿನ್ಹಾ ತಮ್ಮ ಮಿತ್ರ ಶ್ರೀ ಲ್ಯಾನ್ಸಿ ಡಿಸೋಜರವರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಆತ್ಮೀಯ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಚ್ಚಿಟ್ಟರು.

ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಜೊವಿಟಾ ಡಿಸೋಜ ಸನ್ಮಾನ ಪತ್ರ ವಾಚಿಸಿದರು. ಶ್ರೀ ಸುನಿಲ್ ಲೋಬೊ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರು. ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಡಯಾನ ಗೋವಿಯಸ್ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿದರು. ಶ್ರೀ ಜಾನ್ ಚಂದ್ರನ್ ರವರ ಮೇಲುಸ್ತುವಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸುನೀತಾ ಪಾಯ್ಸ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಸಂಘಟಿಸಿ, ವಂದಿಸಿದರು. ಎಲ್ಲ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ – ಶಿಕ್ಷಕೇತರ ಬಂಧುಗಳು ವಿದಾಯ ಗೀತೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಶುಭನುಡಿದರು. ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನದ ಸಹಭೋಜನದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಯಿತು.

St. Aloysius High School, Kodialbail – Warm Farewell to Assistant Headmaster Mr. Lancy D’Souza

​Mr. Lancy D’Souza, who served continuously for 26 years and fulfilled his duties as the Assistant Headmaster of the prestigious St. Aloysius High School, Kodialbail, retired from the teaching profession on October 3, 2026. Honoring his long-standing and exemplary service, the students and staff of the school organized a warm and touching farewell program.
​Presiding over the event, Rev. Fr. Brian Pereira, Rector of St. Aloysius Institutions, lauded the exceptional service rendered by Mr. Lancy D’Souza to the institution, stating that his professional achievements will forever serve as an inspiration to all.
​School Headmaster Rev. Fr. Johnson Pinto SJ highly praised the responsibilities discharged by Mr. Lancy D’Souza throughout his teaching career, recalling the valuable time and service he dedicated to the growth and prosperity of the school.
​Accepting the felicitation, Mr. Lancy D’Souza expressed deep gratitude for the opportunities provided to him by the institution. He fondly remembered all the Rectors, Headmasters, and colleagues who encouraged him throughout his journey, and shared his aspiration that everyone should continually strive for the betterment of the school.
​During the program, Mr. Praveen Cutinha shared heartfelt reflections about his association with his friend, Mr. Lancy D’Souza. Mrs. Jovita D’Souza read the citation. Mr. Sunil Lobo welcomed the gathering, and Mrs. Diana Govias compered the event. Under the supervision of Mr. John Chandran, Mrs. Sunita Pais organized the program and delivered the vote of thanks.
​All teaching and non-teaching staff members conveyed their best wishes to the retiring Assistant Headmaster through a soulful farewell song. The event concluded happily with a fellowship lunch in the afternoon.
