HOLY ROSARY CHURCH, KUNDAPUR – 450 th JUBILEE SOUVENIR 2021

ಕುಂದಾಪುರ :ಯು.ಬಿ.ಎಂ.ಸಿ.ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿ.ಎಸ್, ಐ. ಕೃಪಾ ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, 02.10.2024 ರಂದು ಗಾಂಧಿ ಜಯಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಗಾಂಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಲಾಲ್ ಬಹದ್ದೂರ್ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿ ಅವರ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಪುಷ್ಪನಮನ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಗಾಂಧೀಜಿಯವರ ಭಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿ ದಿಶಾ, ಗಾಂಧೀಜಿಯವರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿಯರಾದ ಸವಿತಾ.ಆರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಉಜ್ವಲಾ ತಮ್ಮ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಾಂಧೀಜಿಯವರ ಜೀವನ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಧನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದರು. ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಅನಿತಾ ಆಲಿಸ್ ಡಿಸೋಜಾ ಅವರು ನಾಯಕರಿಬ್ಬರ ಸಾಮ್ಯತೆಗಳ ವಿವರವಾದ ವಿಶ್ಲೇಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಇಬ್ಬರ ಉತ್ತಮ ಗುಣಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದರು. ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಐರಿನ್ ಸಾಲಿನ್ಸ್ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸಂವಾದಾತ್ಮಕ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಾಂಧೀಜಿಯವರ ತತ್ವಗಳನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಈ ಮಹಾನ್ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮಹಾತ್ಮ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಲಾಲ್ ಬಹದ್ದೂರ್ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿ ಅವರ ಜೀವನ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಧನೆಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ವೀಡಿಯೊಗಳನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಸಿಎಸ್‌ಐ ಕೃಪಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ ನರ್ಸರಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯಿನಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸವಿತಾ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರು. ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿ ರೇಖಾ ವಂದಿಸಿದರು. ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿ ವಿಲ್ಮಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಿರೂಪಿಸಿದರು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ನಂತರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ “ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ಅಭಿಯಾನ”ದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡರು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಯಿತು.

UBMC English Medium School: Kundapura: Gandhi Jayanthi Celebration

UBMC & CSI Krupa English Medium School, Kundapura, celebrated Gandhi Jayanthi on 02.10.2024 at 9:30 am. in the school auditorium. The programme started with the invocation. Floral tribute was given to the portraits of Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri. Gandhiji’s bhajans were sung. Disha , class 7 students in her speech shared the powerful meanings of Gandhiji’s quotes. Savitha R and Ujwala teachers in their speech highlighted upon the life and achievements of Gandhiji . Mrs. Anita Alice Dsouza, the principal, gave a detailed analysis of the similarities of both the leaders and urged students to imbibe the good qualities of both the legends. Mrs.Irene Salins, the Correspondent in her interactive address, stressed the principles of Gandhiji. She remincised and cherished to be fortunate enough to have seen these great leaders. Students watched videos on the life and achievements of Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri. Mrs.Savitha , Headmistress CSI Krupa Vidyalaya Nursery School, welcomed the gathering.. Rekha teacher expressed the vote of thanks. Vilma teacher hosted the event . After the programme, students and staff took an active part in the ” Cleanliness Drive”. The programme winded up meaningfully and with serenity.

ಎಂ ಐ ಟಿ ಕುಂದಾಪುರದಲ್ಲಿ ಇನ್ನೋವೇಶನ್  ಆಂಡ್ ಡಿಸೈನ್ ಥಿಂಕಿಂಗ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರ.  ಎಂ ಐ ಟಿ ಕುಂದಾಪುರದ ಎಂ ಬಿ.ಎ ವಿಭಾಗದ 4ನೇ ಸೆಮಿಸ್ಟರ್ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ  ಐಡಿಯೇಷನ್ ಇನ್ ಇನ್ನೋವೇಶನ್  ಆಂಡ್ ಡಿಸೈನ್ ಥಿಂಕಿಂಗ್ ವಿಷಯದ ಮೇಲೆ ಒಂದು ದಿನದ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರ ನಡೆಯಿತು.
 ಡಾ. ಮಹಮ್ಮದ್ ಜುಬೇರ್ ಚೀಫ್  ಇನ್ನೋವೇಶನ್ ಆಫೀಸರ್ (CIO) ಮಾಹೆ, ಮಣಿಪಾಲ ಇವರು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾ     ನಾವು ಮಾಡುವ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಕಾರ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಭಿನ್ನತೆ ಹೊಸತನ,  ಆವಿಷ್ಕಾರದ ಮನೋಭಾವನೆ ಇರಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರಲ್ಲದೆ ಹೊಸ ಸಂಶೋಧನೆ ಹೇಗಿರಬೇಕೆಂದು ಎಂ ಐ ಟಿ ಇನ್ನೋವೇಶನ್ ಸೆಂಟರ್ ನ ಉದಾರಣೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದರು.  ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಐ.ಎಂ.ಜೆ ಬ್ರಾಂಡ್  ಬಿಲ್ಡಿಂಗ್ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಡಾ. ರಾಮಕೃಷ್ಣ ಹೆಗಡೆ  ಯವರು ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರು.
ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ  ಎಂ.ಬಿ.ಎ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥೆ  ಡಾ. ಸುಚಿತ್ರ , ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರು   ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಎಂ.ಬಿ.ಎ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಎಲ್ಲ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಜೋವಿಯಲ್  ಫೆರ್ನಾಂಡಿಸ್ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ನಿರೂಪಣೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರು.

Innovation and Design Thinking Workshop at MIT Kundapur.

A one-day workshop was held on Ideation in Innovation and Design Thinking for the 4th semester students of MBA department of MIT Kundapur. Dr. Mohammed Zubair Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) MAHE, Manipal, Chief Guest and Key note speaker of the programme inaugurated the workshop by lighting the lamp. In his inaugural address Dr.Zubair opined that there should be a spirit of innovation  in everything we do and also told the MBA students how the education, innovation and business can go together citing the example of MIT,MAHE Innovation Center.  Brand Building Director of IMJ Institutions Dr Ramakrishna Hegde, who  was the resource person conducted this Workshop with the HOD of MBA Department Dr. Suchitra and other deparmetntal faculty members. More than 60 students in six batches participated actively in the process of problem definition, ideation and rapid prototyping of IDT and  came out with wonderful new business ideas at the end of this workshop.

” ಗಾಂಧೀಜಿಯವರ ಕೆಲವು ತತ್ವಗಳನ್ನು‌ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಪಾಲಿಸಿದವರು ಲಾಲ್ ಬಹದ್ದೂರ್ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರೀಜೀಯವರು. ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯಪೂರ್ವದ ಹೋರಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮುಖರಾದವರು ಗಾಂಧೀಜಿಯವರಾದರೆ, ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯಾನಂತರ ದೇಶದ ಆಡಳಿತವನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸಿದವರು ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರೀಜಿಯವರು” ಎಂದು ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಪ್ರೊ. ನವೀನ ಕುಮಾರ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿಯವರು ಗಾಂಧಿಜೀ-ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿಜಿ ಜಯಂತಿಯ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಉಪಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಪ್ರೀತೇಶ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿಯವರು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಾದ ನಾವು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಮಾಜ, ತಾಲೂಕು, ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಂಥ ಮೂಲ ಮಟ್ಟದಿಂದ ಈ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಮಹಾನ್ ನಾಯಕರು ಪ್ರತಿಪಾದಿಸಿದ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪಸರಿಸಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟರು. ಕನ್ನಡ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಕೃಷ್ಣಮೂರ್ತಿ ಡಿ.ಬಿ ಯವರು ಲಾಲ್ ಬಹದ್ದೂರ್ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿಯವರ ನಿರಾಡಂಬರ ಸರಳ ಜೀವನ ಮತ್ತು ಉದಾತ್ತ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸವಿವರವಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಇಬ್ಬರು‌ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರನಾಯಕರ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಪುಷ್ಪನಮನ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಯಿತು

Shivamogga, October 3, 2024: In accordance with the guidelines set forth by Charis National Service of Communion (CNSC), Charis Diocesan Service of Communion (CDSC) of the Diocese of Shimoga successfully organized the National Day of Intercession on Wednesday, October 2, 2024. The event was held at St. Joseph’s Church, Sagara, Shivamogga, from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

CDSC members, including Mr. Davidraj, Mr. Francis D’Mello, Mr. John Lobo, Mr. Francis Lopis, Ms. Elvira Fernandes, and Ms. Mary Louis, played a pivotal role in leading the Intercession, under the spiritual guidance of Fr. Franklin D’Souza, the Spiritual Director of the CDSC. Additionally, prayer group members from St. Joseph’s Church, Sagara, provided valuable assistance during the Intercession. The Blessed Sacrament was exposed from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Intercessions for the country, church, youth, Charis, and pro-life were specially prayed for.

Monsignor Felix Joseph Noronha, expressing his gratitude, welcomed the members and acknowledged their efforts in effectively conducting the National Day of Intercession within his parish.

A substantial number of devoted individuals gathered to offer prayers for the well-being of the nation. The Intercession focused on the theme “My Grace is sufficient for you.” (2 Cor 12:9).

The Intercession concluded with the Holy Eucharist at 5:30 p.m. Fr. Franklin D’Souza celebrated the Holy Eucharist together with Monsignor Felix Joseph Noronha and Fr. Vinuth Balu Kumar, Assistant Parish Priest of St. Joseph’s Church, Sagara.

ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್ ಕಚೇರಿ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ತಾಲೂಕು ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಉದ್ಯಾನವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಬುಧವಾರ ಶ್ರಮದಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಮೂಲಕ ಗಾಂಧಿಜೀ ಜಯಂತಿ, ಲಾಲ್ ಬಹುದ್ದೂರ್ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿ ಜಯಂತಿ ಆಚರಣೆಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.
ಮಂಡಲ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ರೋಣೂರು ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ್ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಭಾರತ ದೇಶವು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಳಸಿದ ದೇಶ. ಭಾರತ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳ್ಳೇಯ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟವರು ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ . ಅವರು ರಚಿಸಿದ ಸಂವಿದಾನದ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದಿಗೂ ನಡೆಯುತಿದ್ದು, ಇಂದು ನಮ್ಮ ದೇಶ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಶೀಲ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರವಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಇಂದು ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿರವರು ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ರವರ ಸಂವಿದಾನದ ಮೂಲಕ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಪುನರ್ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಸೇರಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿರವರ ಆಶಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕೈಜೋಡಿಸೋಣ ಎಂದರು.
ಇದೇ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಸಿದವರಿಗೆ ಸನ್ಮಾನವನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಯಿತು. ಮಂಡಲ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ವರದರಾಜು, ಪ್ರದಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿಹಳ್ಳಿ ನಾಗಭೂಷನ್, ಒಬಿಸಿ ಮೋರ್ಚ ತಾಲೂಕು ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಗಟ್ಟಹಳ್ಳಿ ನಾಗೇಶ್,ಮುಖಂಡರಾದ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಶಿವಣ್ಣ, ನಲ್ಲಪಲ್ಲಿ ರೆಡ್ಡಪ್ಪ, ಅಂಕುಂಶಂ ನಾರಾಯಣಸ್ವಾಮಿ, ಸಾತಂಡ್ಲಹಳ್ಳಿ ನಾಗರಾಜ್, ಷೇಕ್‍ಷಫೀವುಲ್ಲಾ ಇದ್ದರು.

ಕುಂದಾಪುರ: ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಪಾಠ ಆಟದ ನಡುವೆ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲೇ ಕಳೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಗಾಂಧಿ ಜಯಂತಿಯ ಪ್ರಯುಕ್ತ ಹತ್ತಾರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪೋಲಿಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯ ಮೆಟ್ಟಿಲೇರಿ ಪೋಲಿಸರನ್ನೇ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದರು. ಇದು ಬುಧವಾರ ಕುಂದಾಪುರ ಸೈಂಟ್ ಮೇರಿಸ್ ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲೆಯ ಇಂಟರ್ಯಾಕ್ಟ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್‍ನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕುಂದಾಪುರ ನಗರ ಠಾಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಚಾರಿ ಠಾಣೆಗೆ “ತೆರೆದ ಮನೆ” ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಪೋಲಿಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯ ವೈಖರಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪೋಲಿಸರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಸಮಾಧಾನದಿಂದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗೆ ಪೋಲಿಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಉತ್ತರಿಸಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ನಗು ತರಿಸಿದರು.
ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪೆÇಲೀಸರ ಕಾರ್ಯ ವೈಖರಿ, ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ, ಪೆÇೀಕ್ಸೊ ಕಾಯಿದೆ ಕುರಿತು ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಅನ್ಯಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾದವರು ನ್ಯಾಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಠಾಣೆಗೆ ಬಂದರೆ ಮೊದಲು ದೂರು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು, ಎಫ್‍ಐಆರ್ ದಾಖಲೆ, ತನಿಖೆ, ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ತನಿಖಾ ವರದಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆ, ಅಪರಾಧ ಕೃತ್ಯಗಳ ತನಿಖೆ ಹಾಗೂ ತನಿಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದ ಬಳಕೆ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ವಿವಿಧ ವಿಚಾರಗಳನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಡಲಾಯಿತು. ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ಸೆಲ್, ಬೇಡಿ, ಬಂದೂಕು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ, ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮೇಲಿನ ದೌರ್ಜನ್ಯ, ಸೈಬರ್ ಅಪರಾಧ, ರಸ್ತೆ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಪಾಲನೆ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು.
ಕುಂದಾಪುರ ನಗರ ಠಾಣಾ ಠಾಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ವಿನಯ್ ಕೋರ್ನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಕಾನೂನು ಗೌರವಿಸಿ ಪಾಲಿಸುವವರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಆಶಯಗಳಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ನಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವವರಿಗೆ ಕಾನೂನಿನ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಸದಾ ಕಾಲ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತಮ ಹೆಸರು ಮತ್ತು ಗೌರವ ಸಲ್ಲುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಮಹಿಳಾ ಕಾನ್‍ಸ್ಟೆಬಲ್ ನಾಗಶ್ರೀ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಸಮುದಾಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪರಿಚಿತ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಒಡನಾಟ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದಲ್ಲ, ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಮಾನಾಸ್ಪದ ನಡೆ ಕಂಡುಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊದಲು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಬೇಕು. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ತಮ್ಮ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ವಿಚಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಚಾರ ಪಡಿಸುವುದು ಅಪಾಯಕಾರಿ ಎಂದರು. ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳಾದ ಆನಂದ, ರವಿಚಂದ್ರ, ಜ್ಯೋತಿ ಮೊದಲಾದವರು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲಾ ಇಂಟರ್ಯಾಕ್ಟ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಸಂಚಾಲಕಿ ಸ್ಮಿತಾ ಡಿ ಸೋಜಾ, ದೈಹಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ ಬೀಜಾಡಿ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

The Church witnessed a momentous occasion as Bishop Peter Paul Saldanha conferred diaconate ordination upon 23 seminarians at St Joseph’s Interdiocesan Seminary. The ceremony, held amidst joyous celebrations, marked a significant milestone in the spiritual journey of these young men as they prepare for the priesthood.

In his homily, the Bishop emphasized the importance of serving at the three tables as deacons: the Table of the Word, the Table of the Bread, and the Table of Charity. He urged the new deacons to dedicate themselves wholeheartedly to service and expressed deep appreciation to their parents for the great sacrifice they had made for the Lord.

Following the Mass, the Rector extended his gratitude to the Bishop and all the priests and brothers who contributed to the success of the ceremony. Deacon Jeevan Lobo, speaking on behalf of the newly ordained, expressed heartfelt thanks to all their formators for their guidance throughout their formation. A celebratory meal was then shared by all attendees.

The Catholic Church rejoices at the ordination of 23 new deacons. Among them, 6 deacons belong to the Carmelite Congregation, 4 to the Diocese of Mangalore, 3 to the Diocese of Calicut, 2 to the Diocese of Itanagar, 2 to the Diocese of Trivandrum, 2 to the MSIJ Congregation, and one each to the dioceses of Jashpur, Neyyattinkara, Ambikapur, and Verapoly.

The Bishop of Mangalore, Most Rev. Dr Peter Paul Saldanha, celebrated the Mass and ordained the deacons. Among the concelebrants present were Fr Ravi Kumar, the Superior General of MSIJ congregation; Msgr Jenson Puthenveettil, the Vicar General of Calicut Diocese; Msgr Maxim Noronha, the Vicar General of Mangalore Diocese; Rev. Fr Ronald Serrao, the Rector of the Seminary, Fr Archibald Gonsalves, OCD, the Provincial Councillor of Karnataka-Goa Province; Fr Melvin D’Cunha, OCD, Superior of St. Joseph’s Monastery; along with other priests from Mangalore and surrounding dioceses. Family members, relatives, well-wishers, and brothers from the seminary were also present to witness this joyful event.

ಕುಂದಾಪುರ (ಅ 02) : ಕುಂದಾಪುರ ಎಜುಕೇಶನ್ ಸೊಸೈಟಿ ಪ್ರವರ್ತಿತ  ಎಚ್‌.ಎಮ್.ಎಮ್ ಮತ್ತು ವಿ.ಕೆ.ಆರ್ ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು ಮಹಾತ್ಮ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಲಾಲ್‌ ಬಹದ್ದೂರ್‌ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿಯವರ  ಜಯಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಗಾಂಧೀಜಿ ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರೀಜಿಯವರ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರು ಮತ್ತು ವಿವಿಧ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರು ದೀಪ ಬೆಳಗಿಸಿ ಪುಷ್ಪಾರ್ಚನೆ ಗೈದರು. ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲೆ ಡಾ. ಚಿಂತನಾ ರಾಜೇಶ್ ಗಾಂಧೀಜಿ ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರೀಜಿಯವರು ನಡೆದು ಬಂದ ಹಾದಿ, ಅವರ ಜೀವನ ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಗಾಂಧಿ ಜಯಂತಿಯ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸೀಮಿತವಾಗಿರಿಸದೆ ದೈನಂದಿನ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದರು. ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿ ಸ್ವಾತಿ “ಗಾಂಧೀಜಿ ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ” ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯದ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸ್ಕೌಟ್ಸ್‌, ಗೈಡ್ಸ್‌, ಎನ್.‌ ಸಿ. ಸಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬೋಧಕ ಮತ್ತು ಬೋಧಕೇತರ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳು ಸರ್ವಧರ್ಮ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡರು. ತದನಂತರ ಶಾಲಾವರಣದ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಯಿತು.  ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಪ್ರಕಾಶ್.ಎಸ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ  ನಿರೂಪಿಸಿ ವಂದಿಸಿದರು.

ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸಪುರ: ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಪುರಸಭಾ ಕಚೇರಿಯ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಂಗಳವಾರ ಗಾಂಧೀ ಜಯಂತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತಾ ಇ-ಸೇವೆಯ ಅಭಿಯಾನದ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಂದ ನಿರುಪಯುಕ್ತ ವಸ್ತುಗಳಿಂದ ತಯಾರಿಸಿದ ಕಲಾಕೃತಿ ವಸ್ತು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.
