ಫಾದರ್ ಮುಲ್ಲರ್ ಹೋಮಿಯೋಪಥಿ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ 39ನೇ ಬ್ಯಾಚ್ ಬಿ.ಎಚ್.ಎಮ್.ಎಸ್ ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ಹಾಗೂ 26 ನೇ ಬ್ಯಾಚ್ ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ ಕೋರ್ಸ್‍ನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ 17.02.2024 ರಂದು ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ದೀಪ ಬೆಳಗಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಆಳ್ವಾಸ್ ಹೋಮಿಯೋಪಥಿ ಮೆಡಿಕಲ್ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಸಲಹೆಗಾರರು ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಚಾಪ್ಟರ್‍ನ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಡಾ. ಪ್ರವೀಣ್‍ರಾಜ್ ಪಿ.ರವರು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಫಾದರ್ ಮುಲ್ಲರ್ ಸೇವಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾದ ವಂದನೀಯ ರಿಚರ್ಡ್ ಅಲೋಶಿಯಸ್ ಕುವೆಲ್ಲೊರವರು ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ, ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದ ಇತರ ಗಣ್ಯರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಹೊಸ ಬ್ಯಾಚ್‍ನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಯರು ಜೊತೆಗೂಡಿ ದೀಪ ಬೆಳಗಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕಬಿ.ಎಚ್.ಎಮ್.ಎಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ ಕೋರ್ಸನ್ನು ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಡಾ.ಇ.ಎಸ್.ಜೆ ಪ್ರಭುಕಿರಣ್ ರವರು ನೆರೆದಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಭೆಗೆ ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಿದರು. ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾದ ಡಾ. ಪ್ರವೀಣ್‍ರಾಜ್ ಪಿ. ರವರುಈ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಭಾರತದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಹೋಮಿಯೋಪಥಿ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಎಂದು ಗೌರವಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು, ಉದಯೋನ್ಮುಖ ಹೋಮಿಯೋಪಥಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಅವಕಾಶವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದರ ಸದುಪಯೋಗವನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪಡೆಯುವಂತೆ ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸಿದರು. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಹೋಮಿಯೋಪಥಿತತ್ವವಾದ ಸಿಮಿಲಿಯ ತತ್ವವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾಚೀನ ಮಹಾ ಕಾವ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಹೋಮಿಯೋಪಥಿ ವಿಶ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡನೇಯ ಅತೀ ದೊಡ್ಡ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಪದ್ಧತಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಯಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
ಆಡಳಿತಾದಿಕಾರಿಯಾದ ವಂದನೀಯ ರೋಶನ್ ಕ್ರಾಸ್ತಾರವರು ಸಮರ್ಪಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಠಿಣ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮದ ಸಾಧನೆಯ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಗುರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸುವತ್ತ ದೃಡವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಗಮನಹರಿಸುವುದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಾವು ಭಾವೋದ್ರಿಕ್ತರಾಗಿರ ಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಹಾಗೂ ಕ್ಲಿನಿಕಲ್ ಅನುಭವದ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಮರ್ಥ ಹೋಮಿಯೋಪಥಿಗಳಾಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪೆÇ್ರೀತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿದರು.
ಫಾದರ್ ಮುಲ್ಲರ್ ಸೇವಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾದ ವಂದನೀಯ ರಿಚರ್ಡ್ ಅಲೋಶಿಯಸ್ ಕುವೆಲ್ಲೊರವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೀಯ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಏಕಾಗ್ರತೆ ಮತು ಶಿಸ್ತನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಹೋಮಿಯೋಪಥಿ ವೈದ್ಯರಾಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದರು.
ಉಪಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಡಾ.ವಿಲ್ಮಾ ಮೀರಾ ಡಿ’ಸೋಜರವರು ಧನ್ಯವಾದ ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಿದರು. ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಗೀತೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಮುಕ್ತಾಯ ಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

UG& PGCourse Inauguration and Fresher’s day at FMHMC
The inauguration of 39th batch of UG, 26th Batch of PG and Fresher’s day was heldon 17.02.2024 in the Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital.
Dr Praveen Raj P,Advisor &Professor Alva’s Homoeopathic Medical College and President of IHMA –Karnataka State Chapter was the Chief Guest.Rev. Fr Richard Aloysius Coelho, Director, Father Muller Charitable Institutions Presided over the occasion,
The fresher’s were ushered a warm welcome by the seniors and lead into the auditorium. DrAby Johnson and team invoked the blessings of the almighty with a melodious prayer song.Dr E S J PrabhuKiran, Principal FMHMC welcomed the august gathering.
UG and PG courses were inaugurated by the dignitaries and UG and PG representatives by lighting the lamp.As a token of love andgreeting mementos were presented to the fresher’s by theDirector and the ChiefGuest.
A short film Adrishyamdirected and enacted by our students was released by the Director and Chief Guest on the occasion.
Chief Guest Dr Praveen Raj P in his message emphasized that the college provides ample opportunities for the budding Homoeopaths.He inspired the students to imbibe the ethos and morals inculcated by the collegerevered as one of the best among the Homoeopathic colleges in India. He enlightened the audience that the “Law of Similia” one of the cardinal principles of Homoeopathy was described in the ancient epics. According to WHO report Homoeopathy is first system to have maximum number of new registrations.
He mentioned Homoeopathy is the second largest system of medicine in the world but only 10% of the population is seeking purely Homoeopathictreatment so it is the duty of Homoeopaths to develop clinical acumen and expertise that the society demands from doctors. He stated bigger the obstacles greater will be the opportunity to achieve success thus encouraged the fresher’s.
The chief guest also had a meaningful interactive and motivating session with the fresher’s.
Rev FrRoshanCrasta, Administrator in his message stated that the doctors are angels without wings but with stethoscope.He stressed upon the importance of dedication and hardwork in achievingsuccess. He highlighted on the fact that we need to be passionate about our work remain steadfast and focusedtowardsachieving our goals.
Director Rev Fr Richard Aloysius Coelho in his presidential message congratulated the fresher’s and urged them to nurture discipline and have passion in their chosen field and be grateful to the teachers and their alma mater which will bring success in their future endeveour.He highlighted that ,we are chosen by God to heal and comfort the sick and suffering.
DrVilmaMeera D’Souza, Vice Principal, FMHMC rendered the vote of thanks.
Formal programme was eloquently and gracefully compeered by MsJoanita Machado and Dr Ravi Rahul.
Astounding andmesmerizing talents were displayed by the fresher’s which enthralled the audience and created a delightful ambience.Cultural programme was vibrantly and vivaciously compeered by MrAlwynFernandes and Ms Farah Mariam.DrChriselD’Sa, PG fresher joined the compeers to propose the vote of thanks.
The programme concluded with the institution anthem.
