The Inauguration of South Indian HomoeoFest – Prerana‘23 andthe 26thAnnual National Homoeopathic Conference was held on 4th November 2023at Father Muller Auditorium, Deralakatte.
Dr Saddam Navas, IAS, Additional District Magistrate was theChief Guestfor the programme. Rev.Fr Richard Aloysius Coelho, Director of Father Muller Charitable Institutions presided over programme and the occasion was also graced by Rev FrRoshanCrasta, Administrator, FMHMCH&HPD; Rev AshwinCrasta, Asst. Administrator, FMHMCH&HPD; Dr ESJPrabhuKiran, Principal, FMHMC; Dr VilmaMeeraD’souza, Vice Principal, FMHMC; Dr Rakhal P, Convener, Prerana-23 and Dr Amitha P Baliga, Organizing Secretary, 26th Annual National Homoeopathic Conference.
The dignitaries were welcomed with a traditionalPoornaKumbha. The formal inaugural programmecommenced by invoking the blessings of the almighty and lighting the lamp.Dr E S J PrabhuKiran, Principal, FMHMC welcomed the gathering and introduced the chief guest.
On this occasion, the Annual College Magazine “Pioneer 2023” was released by the Chief Guest. Staff Editor Dr Jolly D’Mellopresented the highlights of the magazine and also announced the prize winners of the cover design competition.
The Chief Guest,Dr Saddam Navas, IAS, in his inaugural addressexpressed his pleasure and contentment to be a part of Prerana-23, and said that technology cannot replace doctor so practically we have to reach out to the community to identify their needs. As a team we have to prepare ourselves for the future in terms of research and update knowledge.
Father Muller Homoeopathic Pharmaceutical Division is famous all over the world for its quality Homoeopathic products and medicines. Rev. FrRoshanCrasta, Administrator, FMHMC&H and FMHPD, launched a series of new products, along with the Director,FMCI.
Dr SrinathRao, former Principal and HOD of MateriaMedicadepartment was felicitated on the occasion by the Director and chief guest for 36 years of dedicated and valuable service rendered to the institution.
Rev. FrRoshanCrasta, Administrator, FMHMC&H and FMHPD addressed the gatheringand said that South Indian Homoeo Fest is an opportunity to exchange the expertise and knowledge. He also emphasized the student gathering to look beyond the horizon, to make the presence felt and known by the nation.
Rev. Fr Richard A. Coelho, Director, FMCI, presented memento to the Chief Guest as token of appreciation and gratitude. In his presidential address congratulated the team for hosting Prerana 23 and 26thconference. He wished the participants to give their best.
Prerana-23, the Mega Cultural event which brought many Homoeopathic colleges together which witnessed a prolific spectacular cultural and literary extravaganza.More than 525 Students participated from 16 different South Indian Homoeopathic Colleges and won prizes worth One Lakh.

On 5th November 2023 there will be a 26th Annual National Homoeopathic Conference. Dr Sreekar Manu, Chairman, Managing Director & Founder of Dr Manu’s Homoeopathy and Dr RajatChattopadhyay, Principal & Administrator, The Calcutta Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital will be the resource person for the day. Around 720 delegates will be attending the conference.
The valedictory programme will be held on 05.11.2023. Dr K. Narayanan, Distinguished Alumnus, Classical Carnatic Musician & Playback Singer will be the chief guest.

“ಪ್ರೇರಣಾ-23”, ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಭಾರತದ ಹೋಮಿಯೋಪಥಿ ಫೆಸ್ಟ್ ಮತ್ತು 26ನೇ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಹೋಮಿಯೋಪಥಿ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಸಮಾರಂಭವನ್ನು ನವಂಬರ್ 4 ರಂದು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 9.00 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಫಾದರ್ ಮುಲ್ಲರ್ ಹೋಮಿಯೋಪಥಿ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲಿ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಗಣ್ಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ಪೂರ್ಣಕುಂಭದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಔಪಚಾರಿಕ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಪರಮಾತ್ಮನ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದ ಕೋರಿ, ದೀಪ ಬೆಳಗಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು. ಫಾದರ್ ಮುಲ್ಲರ್ ಹೋಮಿಯೋಪಥಿ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಡಾ. ಇ.ಎಸ್.ಜೆ ಪ್ರಭು ಕಿರಣ್‍ರವರು ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿ, ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಿದರು.
ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಮ್ಯಾಗಜಿûನ್ “ಪಯೋನಿಯರ್ 2023” ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು. ಸ್ಟಾಫ್ ಎಡಿಟರ್ ಡಾ. ಜಾಲಿ ಡಿ’ಮೆಲ್ಲೊ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಾಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಮುಖಪುಟ ವಿನ್ಯಾಸ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯ ಬಹುಮಾನ ವಿಜೇತರನ್ನು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದರು.
ಫಾದರ್ ಮುಲ್ಲರ್ ಹೋಮಿಯೋಪಥಿ ಫಾರ್ಮಾಸ್ಯುಟಿಕಲ್ ವಿಭಾಗವು ತನ್ನ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳು ಔಷಧಿಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಪಂಚದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧವಾಗಿದೆ. ಫಾದರ್ ಮುಲ್ಲರ್ ಹೋಮಿಯೋಪಥಿ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಮಹಾವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ ಮತ್ತು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಫಾದರ್ ಮುಲ್ಲರ್ ಹೋಮಿಯೋಪಥಿ ಫಾರ್ಮಾಸ್ಯುಟಿಕಲ್ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಆಡಳಿತಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ವಂದನೀಯ ರೋಶನ್ ಕ್ರಾಸ್ತರವರು ಹೊಸ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳ ಸರಣಿಯನ್ನು ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾದ ಡಾ. ಸದ್ದಮ್ ನವಾಸ್ ತಮ್ಮ ಅತಿಥಿ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ‘ಪ್ರೇರಣ – 2023’ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂತೋಷವನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನವು ವೈದ್ಯರನ್ನು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಬದಲಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಾವು ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಅಗತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಹಾಗೂ ಹೋಮಿಯೋಪಥಿ ವೈದ್ಯರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಒಂದು ತಂಡವಾಗಿ ಸಂಶೋಧನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅತ್ಯಾಧುನಿಕ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನದ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಭವಿಷ್ಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಫಾದರ್ ಮುಲ್ಲರ್ ಹೋಮಿಯೋಪಥಿ ಮೆಡಿಕಲ್ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾಗಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಮೆಟಿರಿಯಾ ಮೆಡಿಕಾ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾಗಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 36 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಮೌಲ್ಯಭರಿತ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ನಿವೃತ್ತರಾದ ಪೆÇ್ರಫೆಸರ್ ಡಾ. ಶ್ರೀನಾಥ್ ರಾವ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳು ಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸಿದರು.
ಆಡಳಿತಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ವಂದನೀಯ ರೋಶನ್ ಕ್ರಾಸ್ತರವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸಂದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಭಾರತದ ಹೋಮಿಯೋಪಥಿ ಫೆಸ್ಟ್ ಪರಿಣಿತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ವಿನಿಮಯ ಮಾಡಿಕುಳ್ಳುವ ಅವಕಾಶವಾಗಿದೆ, ಇದರ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವನ್ನು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪಡೆಯುವಂತೆ ಹುರಿದುಂಬಿಸಿದರು.
ವಂದನೀಯ ರಿಚರ್ಡ್ ಅಲೋಶಿಯಸ್ ಕುವೆಲ್ಯೊ ರವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಕ್ರತಜ್ಞತೆಯ ಸಂಕೇತವಾಗಿ ಸ್ಮರಣಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸಿ, ತಮ್ಮ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೀಯ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ “ಪ್ರೇರಣ 2023”, ಮತ್ತು “26ನೇ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಹೋಮಿಯೋಪಥಿ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನ”ವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ ತಂಡವನ್ನು ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವ ವಿಧ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಶುಭ ಹಾರೈಸಿದರು.
ಅನೇಕ ಹೋಮಿಯೋಪಥಿ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳನ್ನು ಜೊತೆಗೂಡಿಸಿದ ಈ ‘ಪ್ರೇರಣಾ 2023’ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಸಮೃದ್ಧ, ಅದ್ಭುತ ಸಾಂಸ್ಕ್ರತಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯಿಕ ಸಂಭ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಯಿತು. 16 ವಿವಿಧ ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳಿಂದ 525 ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲಿದ್ದು ವಿಜೇತರಿಗೆ ಸುಮಾರು ಒಂದು ಲಕ್ಷ ಮೌಲ್ಯದ ಬಹುಮಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಘೋಷಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಸಂಯೋಜಕರಾದ ಡಾ. ರಖಾಲ್ ಪಿ. ಯವರು ಧನ್ಯವಾದಾರ್ಪಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
ಡಾ. ದೀಪಾ ರೆಬೆಲ್ಲೊ ಹಾಗೂ ಡಾ. ಮನಿಶ್ ತಿವಾರಿ ಯವರು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನಿರೂಪಿಸಿದರು.
ಇದರ ನಂತರ 26ನೇ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಹೋಮಿಯೋಪಥಿ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನವು ನವಂಬರ್ 5 ರಂದು ನಡೆಯುವುದು. ಡಾ. ಮನು’ಸ್ ಹೋಮಿಯೋಪಥಿಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕರು, ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಹಾಗೂ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾಗಿರುವ ಡಾ. ಶ್ರೀಕರ್ ಮನು ಹಾಗೂ ಕಲ್ಕತ್ತಾ ಹೋಮಿಯೋಪಥಿ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಮತ್ತು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರು ಮತ್ತು ಆಡಳಿತಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಾದ ಡಾ. ರಜತ್ ಚಟ್ಟೋಪಾದ್ಯಾಯರು ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಾಗಿರುವ ಈ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 720 ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲಿರುವರು.
ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದ ಸಮಾರೋಪ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಅದೇ ದಿನ ಸಂಜೆ 4 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ನಡೆಯಲಿದ್ದು ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರೀಯ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಂಗೀತಗಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ ಗಾಯಕರಾಗಿರುವ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಟಿತ ಹಳೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಡಾ. ಕೆ. ನಾರಾಯಣನ್ ರವರು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದ ಸ್ಮರಣಿಕೆ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಮಾಡಲಿರುವರು.
