ಸೇಂಟ್ ಅಲೋಶಿಯಸ್ (ಸ್ವಾಯತ್ತ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ), ಏಮಿಟ್(AIMIT) ಬೀರಿ ಕ್ಯಾಂಪಸಿನ ಎಂಬಿಎ ವಿಭಾಗ, ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ಆಫ್ ಬಿಸಿನೆಸ್ ಅಂಡ್ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜ್’ಮೆಂಟ್ ನಡೆಸಿದ 8ನೇ ಅಂತರರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನ ‘ನೋವೇಶನ್ 2025’: ಇಂಡಸ್ಟ್ರಿ 5.0, 6.0 ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ಮುಂಬರುವ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವೀನ್ಯತೆಗಳು – ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾ ಮಾದರಿಗಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯದ ಮೇಲೆ ಎಪ್ರಿಲ್ 25, 2025ರಂದು ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿ ಎಂ.ಆರ್.ಪಿ.ಎಲ್.ನ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಜನರಲ್ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜರ್(ಎಚ್.ಆರ್), ಶ್ರೀ ಸಂದೇಶ್ ಜೆ. ಕುಟೀನ್ಹೋ ಪ್ರಭು, ಮುಂದಿನ ದಶಕದಲ್ಲಿ (5.0) ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ನಂತರದ ದಶಕದಲ್ಲಿ (6.0) ಸಂಭವಿಸಬಹುದಾದ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಈ ಸವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಥವಾಗಿ ಎದುರಿಸಲು ಮಾನವ ಶಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಜ್ಜುಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಉದ್ಯಮದ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳ ಅಗತ್ಯತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸಲು ಅವರು ಚುರುಕುತನ (Agility), ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆ (Adaptability), ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮರಸ್ಯ (Alignment) ಎಂಬ ಮೂರು ಎ (AAA) ಸೂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದರು.
ನ್ಯೂಯಾರ್ಕಿನ ಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಯೂನಿವರ್ಸಿಟಿ ಆಫ್ ಆಲ್ಬನಿಯ ಪ್ರೊಫೆಸರ್ (ಡಾ.) ಡೇವಿಡ್ ಎಂ. ಸ್ಮಿತ್; ಮಾರಿಷಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಸಚಿವಾಲಯದ ಡಾ. ಯತಿನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಲೊಯೊಲಾ ಕಾಲೇಜ್ ಆಫ್ ಸೋಷಿಯಲ್ ಸೈನ್ಸಸ್ (ಸ್ವಾಯತ್ತ), ತಿರುವನಂತಪುರಂನ ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕ ಡಾ. ಫಾ. ರಂಜಿತ್ ಜಾರ್ಜ್ ಎಸ್.ಜೆ. ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಭಾಷಣಕಾರರಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಸೇಂಟ್ ಅಲೋಶಿಯಸ್ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ರಿಜಿಸ್ಟ್ರಾರ್ ಡಾ. ರೋನಾಲ್ಡ್ ನಜರೆತ್, ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು, ಏಮಿಟ್(AIMIT)ಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಡಾ. (ಫಾದರ್) ಕಿರಣ್ ಕೋತ್ ಎಸ್.ಜೆ., ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ಆಫ್ ಬಿಸಿನೆಸ್ ಅಂಡ್ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜ್’ಮೆಂಟ್’ನ ಡೀನ್ ಡಾ. ರಜನಿ ಸುರೇಶ್, ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದ ಅವಲೋಕನವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದರು.
60ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು, ಸಂಶೋಧಕರು ಮತ್ತು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ವಿವಿಧ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
‘NOVATION 2025’ International Conference Successfully Held at St. Aloysius (Deemed to be University)
The School of Business and Management, Department of MBA, St. Aloysius (Deemed to be University), AIMIT Beeri campus organised the 8th International Conference ‘NOVATION 2025’: Innovations in Industry 5.0, 6.0, and beyond – Developing business models for the future on April 25, 2025.
The chief guest at the inaugural Mr. Sandesh J Cutinho Prabhu, Chief General Manager -HR, MRPL, highlighted the future changes likely to occur in the next decade 5.0 and in the decade to follow 6.0, the importance of equipping human power to brace these challenges effectively. He provided a triple A formula of agility, adaptability and alignment to meet the gaps of the changing requirements of the industry.
Prof (Dr) David M Smith, State University of Albany, New York, Dr. Yatin, Ministry of Finance, Govt. of Mauritius and Dr. Fr. Ranjit George SJ, Professor, Loyola College of Social Sciences (Autonomous) Thiruvananthapuram, were the keynote speakers at the conference. Dr. Ronald Nazareth, Registrar, St Aloysius (Deemed to be University), presided over the inaugural and Dr (Fr.) Kiran Coth SJ, Director, AIMIT, addressed the gathering. Dr. Rajani Suresh, Dean, School of Business and Management, welcomed the gathering and gave an overview of the conference.
More than 60 research papers were presented by academicians, research scholars and students across various tracks.
