ವೃತ್ತಿ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ನಿಯೋಜನೆ ಕೋಶವು ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಸಹಯೋಗದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅಂತಿಮ ವರ್ಷದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 11, 2025 ರಂದು ಅಂತಿಮ ವರ್ಷದ ಬಿ.ಕಾಂ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಪೂರ್ವ ಭೇಟಿ ತರಬೇತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿತು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಮುಂಬರುವ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಭೇಟಿಯನ್ನು ಸದುಪಯೋಗಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅಗತ್ಯವಾದ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಜ್ಞಾನದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಜ್ಜುಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿತ್ತು. ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ನಿಯೋಜನೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಗಣೇಶ್ ನಾಯಕ್ ಅವರು ತರಬೇತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಾಗಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು, ಸೈದ್ಧಾಂತಿಕ ಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಅನುಭವದ ನಡುವಿನ ಅಂತರವನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಮೂಲ್ಯವಾದ ಒಳನೋಟಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿದರು.
ಅಧಿವೇಶನದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ, ಶ್ರೀ ನಾಯಕ್ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಕರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂವಹನ ನಡೆಸಲು, ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಗ್ರ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಭೇಟಿ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಲು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಭೇಟಿಯ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ, ಶಿಸ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ನಡವಳಿಕೆಯ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಅವರು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಉದ್ಯಮ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂವಹನ ನಡೆಸುವಾಗ ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ಪಾದನಾ ಘಟಕದೊಳಗೆ ಸುರಕ್ಷತಾ ಪ್ರೋಟೋಕಾಲ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸುವಾಗ ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಮತ್ತು ವಿನಯಶೀಲ ನಡವಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಅಧಿವೇಶನವು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸಂವಾದಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿತ್ತು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು ಮತ್ತು ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಭೇಟಿಗಾಗಿ ಉತ್ಸಾಹವನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಕ್ಲಾರಾ ಮಾನೇಜಸ್, ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ರಾಧಿಕಾ ಪಾಟ್ಕರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಚೈತ್ರ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸುಸಜ್ಜಿತ ಕಲಿಕಾ ಅನುಭವವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಬದ್ಧತೆಯನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಗುರುಚರಣ್ ಇಂಡಸ್ಟ್ರೀಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಸಹಕಾರಿ ಹಾಲು ಉತ್ಪಾದಕರ ಸಂಘಗಳ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟ ನಿಯಮಿತ, ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಭೇಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ದೃಢೀಕರಿಸುವುದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ತರಬೇತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಯಿತು, ಇದು ಅವರ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ವೃತ್ತಿ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.
Milagres College – Pre-Industrial Visit Training Program
The Career Guidance and Placement Cell, in collaboration with the Department of Commerce, organized a comprehensive Pre-Industrial Visit training program for final-year students on April 11, 2025, at the Final Year B.Com lecture hall. The program aimed to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to make the most of their upcoming industrial visit. Mr. Ganesh Nayak, Placement Officer, served as the resource person for the training program, providing valuable insights on bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
During the session, Mr. Nayak guided students on effective ways to interact with industrial supervisors, collect relevant information, and create a comprehensive industrial visit report. He also emphasized the importance of safety, discipline, and professional behavior during the industrial visit, stressing the need for students to maintain a respectful and courteous demeanor while interacting with industry professionals and adhering to safety protocols within the manufacturing unit. The session was highly interactive, with students actively engaging with the resource person and demonstrating enthusiasm for the industrial visit.
Esteemed faculty members, including Mrs. Clara Manezes, Mrs. Radhika Patkar, and Mrs. Chaithra, Assistant Professors, were present during the program, underscoring the college’s commitment to providing students with a well-rounded learning experience. The training program concluded with students confirming their participation in the industrial visit to Gurucharan Industries, Mangalore, and Dakshina Kannada District Co-operative Milk Producers’ Societies’ Union Limited, Mangalore, marking a significant step in enhancing their practical knowledge and career prospects.
