ಮಂಗಳೂರು: “ನಾಯಕತ್ವವು ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ವಾಸ್ತವಕ್ಕೆ ಭಾಷಾಂತರಿಸುವ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ.” ಜೂನ್ 27, 2024 ರಂದು ಗುರುವಾರ ಸೇಂಟ್ ಆಗ್ನೆಸ್ ಪಿಯು ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ 2024-25 ನೇ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಕ್ಯಾಬಿನೆಟ್ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಯಕತ್ವದ ಈ ಸಾರವನ್ನು ಸುಂದರವಾಗಿ ಅಡಕಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿ, ಶ್ರೀ ಡಾ ಮರಿಯಾ ರೂಪ ಎಸಿ, ಉನ್ನತ ಮತ್ತು ಸೇಂಟ್ ಆಗ್ನೆಸ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಜಂಟಿ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ.
ಜಲಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಗುಂಪಿನ ಪ್ರಶಾಂತ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನಾ ಗೀತೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು, ಇದು ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಧ್ವನಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿಸುವ ಗಂಭೀರ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿಫಲಿತ ವಾತಾವರಣವನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿತು. ಪಾಯಲ್ ಜೆ ಅವರು ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ ಕೂಟಕ್ಕೆ ಆತ್ಮೀಯ ಸ್ವಾಗತವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದರು. ಈವೆಂಟ್‌ಗೆ ರೋಮಾಂಚಕ ಸ್ಪರ್ಶವನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸುತ್ತಾ, ರಿಯಾ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ತಂಡವು ಆಕರ್ಷಕ ಸ್ವಾಗತ ನೃತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿತು, ಸಂತೋಷ ಮತ್ತು ಆಚರಣೆಯ ಮನೋಭಾವವನ್ನು ಸಾಕಾರಗೊಳಿಸಿತು.
ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆಯ ವಿಷಯ, ‘ರತ್ನದ ಕಲ್ಲುಗಳು,’ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ನಾಯಕನ ಅನನ್ಯ ತೇಜಸ್ಸು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕತೆಗೆ ಸುಂದರವಾದ ರೂಪಕವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಪ್ರತಿ ಕ್ಯಾಬಿನೆಟ್ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ವಿಭಿನ್ನ ರತ್ನವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ, ಅವರ ವಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಗುಣಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಕೇತಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ, ಆದರೆ ವರ್ಗ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳನ್ನು VIBGYOR ಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಸರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು, ಇದು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ದೇಹದೊಳಗಿನ ವೈವಿಧ್ಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಏಕತೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳು ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ರತ್ನದ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸುವ ಅದ್ಭುತವಾದ ಪವರ್ಪಾಯಿಂಟ್ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಿಯಿಂದ ಈ ಥೀಮ್ ಅನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಹೈಲೈಟ್ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಡಾ ಮರಿಯಾ ರೂಪ ಅವರು 2024-25 ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ನೂತನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿಗೆ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಲೇಜಿಗೆ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ತರುವಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅವರನ್ನು ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸಿದರು. ಅವರ ಸಂದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ, ಅವರು ಸ್ಫೂರ್ತಿ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ನಾಯಕರಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆಯಲು ಅವರನ್ನು ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸಿದರು. ನಾವೀನ್ಯತೆಗಳ ಈ ಯುಗದಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನನ್ನು ತಾನು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಉನ್ನತೀಕರಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿಹೇಳುತ್ತಾ, ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಶ್ರೀಮಂತ ಪರಂಪರೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಹಾನುಭೂತಿಯ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿಹಿಡಿಯುವಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈಜೋಡಿಸಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲು ಆಗ್ನೇಷಿಯನ್ನರನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದರು.
ಮೈತ್ರಿ ರಾವ್ ಅವರು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷದ ವರ್ಗ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರರ್ಗಳವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಿದರು. ಇದರ ನಂತರ, ಹಿಬಾಇರ್ಫಾನ್ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಕ್ಯಾಬಿನೆಟ್ ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಿದರು, ಪ್ರತಿ ಪರಿಚಯವು ಪ್ರೇಕ್ಷಕರಿಂದ ಚಪ್ಪಾಳೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಿತು.

Mangalore : Inauguration ceremony of the Student Cabinet for the academic year 2024-25 at St. Agnes PU College
Mangalore “Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality.” This essence of leadership was beautifully encapsulated during the Student Cabinet Inaugural for the academic year 2024-25 at St Agnes PU College on Thursday, 27th June, 2024. The event, held with great enthusiasm and meticulous planning, was honoured by the presence of the Chief Guest, Sr Dr Maria Roopa AC, Superior and Joint Secretary of St Agnes Institutions.
The event commenced with a serene prayer song byJaladhi and her group, creating a solemn and reflective atmosphere that set the tone for the proceedings. Payal J extended a warm welcome to the august gathering. Adding a vibrant touch to the event, Riya and her group performed a captivating welcome dance, embodying the spirit of joy and celebration.
The theme for the inaugural, ‘Gemstones,’ was a beautiful metaphor for the unique brilliance and individuality of each student leader. Each cabinet member represented a different gemstone, symbolizing their distinct qualities, while the Class Representatives were named in the VIBGYOR order, reflecting the diversity and unity within the student body. This theme was further highlighted by a stunning PowerPoint presentation that illustrated the significance of each gemstone as the representatives took the stage.
Sr Dr Maria Roopa, the guest of honour congratulated the newly elected student council 2024-25 and inspired them to take initiatives in bringing about transformation and laurels to themselves and the college. In her message, she motivated them to get inspired and grow into inspirational leaders. Emphasising on the importance of continuous upgradation of oneself in this era of innovation she urged the Agnesians to work hand in hand upholding the values of service and compassion in continuing the rich legacy of the institution
Maithri Rao eloquently introduced the Class Representatives for the academic year. Following this, HibaIrfan introduced the Student Cabinet members, each introduction met with applause and appreciation from the audience.
