ಮಂಗಳೂರು; ಶುಭ ಶುಕ್ರವಾರದಂದು ನಮ್ಮ ಲೇಡಿ ಆಫ್ ಮಿರಾಕಲ್ಸ್ ಚರ್ಚ್, ಮಿಲಾಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬೃಹತ್ ಸಭೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ವಾಚನಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಗಳು ಯೇಸುವಿನ ಶಿಲುಬೆಯವರೆಗೂ ವಿಧೇಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದವು, ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಯೇಸು ತನ್ನ ಪ್ಯಾಷನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಮರಣದ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಾನವೀಯತೆಗೆ ಸ್ವರ್ಗೀಯ ತಂದೆಯ ಮಹಾನ್ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಡಯಾಸಿಸ್‌ನ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜರ್ ಫಾದರ್ ಮ್ಯಾಕ್ಸಿಮ್ ರೊಸಾರಿಯೊ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಧರ್ಮೋಪದೇಶದ ಮೂಲಕ ಈ ಚಿಂತನೆಯನ್ನು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಿದರು. ದೇವರ ಕರುಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅನುಗ್ರಹವನ್ನು ಬೇಡುತ್ತಾ ವಿವಿಧ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಅಗತ್ಯಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಗಂಭೀರ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಭಕ್ತರು ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿರುವ ಲಾರ್ಡ್‌ನೊಂದಿಗಿನ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟವನ್ನು ಸಂಕೇತಿಸುವ ಪವಿತ್ರ ಯೂಕರಿಸ್ಟ್ ಅನ್ನು ಸಹ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದರು. ಫಾದರ್ ಬೊನಾವೆಂಚರ್ ನಜರೆತ್, ಪ್ಯಾರಿಷ್ ಪಾದ್ರಿ, ಫಾದರ್ ಮೈಕೆಲ್ ಸ್ಯಾಂಟ್‌ಮೇಯರ್, ಫಾದರ್ ಉದಯ್, ಫಾದರ್ ರಾಬಿನ್, ಫಾದರ್ ಜೆರಾಲ್ಡ್ ಸುಮಾರು ಎರಡು ಸಾವಿರ ಜನರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಸಮಾರಂಭವು ನಗರದ ಬೀದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮೌನವಾಗಿ ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಯಿತು.
Good Friday celebrated with huge crowd at Our Lady of Miracles Church
The service of our Lord’s Passion was celebrated with a huge assembly on good Friday at our Lady of Miracles church, Milagres.The readings and reflection highlighted the Obedience of Jesus even unto the cross where Jesus manifests great love of the Heavenly Father to humanity through his Passion and death.Fr Maxim Rosario ,the estate Manager of the diocese of Mangalore,very well connected this thought through his homily.The Solemn Prayers were offered for different communities and their needs imploring the mercy and grace of God.The faithful also received the Holy Eucharist symbolizing the union with the Suffering Lord.Fr.Bonaventure Nazareth,the Parish Priest,Fr Michael santmayor,Fr Uday,Fr Robin ,fr Gerald with around two thousand people participated.The ceremony culminated with the procession taken in the streets of the city with silence.
