ನಾಗಾಲ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯದ ಕ್ಯಾಥೋಲಿಕ್ ಯುವಕರು 1 ನೇ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 2024 ರ ಭಾನುವಾರದಂದು ನಾಗಾಲ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯ ಕ್ಯಾಂಪಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಫ್ರೆಶರ್ ದಿನವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಲು ಅವಕಾಶವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದರು. ಸೇಂಟ್ ಕ್ಲೇರ್ ಚರ್ಚ್ ಅಕುಲುಟೊದ ಫಾದರ್ ಸ್ಟೀಫನ್ ಡಿಸೋಜಾ ಪ್ಯಾರಿಷ್ ಪಾದ್ರಿ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರವಚನದಲ್ಲಿ ‘ನಿಮ್ಮ ಗಮನವು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನಾಗಲಿ’ ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯದ ಮೂಲಕ ಧರ್ಮಗ್ರಂಥವನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
ಫ್ರೆಶರ್ಸ್ ಡೇ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಹಿರಿಯರಿಂದ ಹೊಸಬರನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ನೇತೃತ್ವವನ್ನು ಎಂ.ಎಸ್.ಚುಂಚುನ್ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ನಾಗಾಲ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯದ PRO ಸರ್ ಪೀಟರ್ ಕಿ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹೊಸಬರನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಪೋಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಲು ಕ್ಯಾಥೋಲಿಕ್ NU ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಲು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿದರು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಮುಗಿದ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಊಟೋಪಚಾರವನ್ನು ಬಡಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
Catholic Youth Fresher’s day in Nagaland university Lumami, Nagaland
Catholic youth of Nagaland University had an opportunity to have thefresher’s day on Sunday, 1st September 2024 in Nagaland University Campus. Fr Stephen Dsouza Parish Priest of St Clare Church Akuluto in his homily explained the scripturesthrough his theme ‘let your focus be Christ’.
On the occasion of Freshers day, a programme was arranged to welcome the new comers by the seniors. The programme was led by MsChunchun. Sir Peter Ki, PRO of Nagaland University in his address welcomed all the new comers and encouraged everyone to be part of the Catholic NU family to have the spiritual nourishment. Immediate after the programme refreshments were served inorder to add joy to the celebration.
