ಬೀಜಾಡಿ: ಸರಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳು ಉಳಿಸಿ ಬೆಳೆಸಬೇಕಾದರೇ ದಾನಿಗಳ ಸಹಕಾರ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಹಳೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಶಾಲೆಯ ಆಸ್ತಿ. ಶಾಲೆಯ ಸರ್ವತೋಮಖ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ದಿಗೆ ಹಳೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕುಂದಾಪುರದ ಶಾಸಕ ಕಿರಣ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಕೊಡ್ಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಅವರು ಭಾನುವಾರ ಸರಕಾರಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆ ಬೀಜಾಡಿ ಮೂಡು ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಹಳೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಸಂಘದ ಆಶ್ರಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲಾ ಅಮೃತ ಮಹೋತ್ಸವದ ಪೂರ್ವಭಾವಿಯಾಗಿ ನಡೆದ ಹಳೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸಮ್ಮಿಲನ ‘ರೂವಾರಿ-2023’ ಭಾವ-ನೆನಪುಗಳ ಸಂಗಮ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.
ಶಾಲಾ ಹಳೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ,ಅರೆವಳಿಕೆತಜ್ಞ ಡಾ.ಶೇಖರ ಆಶಯದ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ನಾನು ಕಲಿತ ಈ ಶಾಲೆಯ ನೆನಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಮರೆಯಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಸಾವಿರಾರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಜ್ಞಾನದ ದೇಗುಲವಾದ ಈ ಶಾಲೆ ನನ್ನಂತ ಅದೆಷ್ಟೋ ಮಂದಿಗೆ ಜ್ಞಾನದ ಹಸಿವನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸವನ್ನು ಸರಕಾರಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಓದಿ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎನ್ನುವ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ನನಗಿದೆ. ಇಂದು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸದೇ ಇದ್ದಿದ್ದರೆ ಜೀವನದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಘಟ್ಟವನ್ನೇ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಂತಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು ಎಂದು ತನಗೆ ಕಲಿಸಿದ ಗುರುಗಳನ್ನು ನೆನಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು.ಸಮಾರಂಭದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯನ್ನು ಹಳೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಸಂಘದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಅನೂಪ್‍ಕುಮಾರ್ ಬಿ.ಆರ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಬೀಜಾಡಿ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಪ್ರಕಾಶ್ ಪೂಜಾರಿ, ಗೋಪಾಡಿ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಸುರೇಶ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ, ಬೀಜಾಡಿ ಮೂಡು ಸರಕಾರಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆ ಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯಿನಿ ಪ್ರವೀಣಾ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಶುಭ ಹಾರೈಸಿದರು.
ವೇದಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೀಜಾಡಿ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಚಂದ್ರ ಬಿ.ಎನ್ , ಮಿತ್ರ ಸಂಗಮ ಬೀಜಾಡಿಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಮಹೇಶ್ ಮೊಗವೀರ, ನಂದಿನಿ ಫ್ರೆಂಡ್ಸ್‍ನ ಪ್ರಶಾಂತ್ ಗೋಳಿಬೆಟ್ಟು, ಬೆಳ್ಳಂಕಿ ಫ್ರೆಂಡ್ಸ್‍ನ ರಾಜೇಶ್, ಹಳೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಸಂಘದ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ರಾಘವೇಂದ್ರ ಅಮೀನ್, ಕೋಶಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ನವೀನ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಮೊದಲಾದವರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
ಹಳೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಸಂಘದ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೆ ಸೌಮ್ಯನಾರಾಯಣ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರು. ಹಳೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಸಂಘದ ಗೌರವಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ವಾದಿರಾಜ ಹೆಬ್ಬಾರ್ ಪ್ರಾಸ್ತಾವಿಕವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಪ್ರಪುಲ್ಲಾ ವಂದಿಸಿದರು. ಪತ್ರಕರ್ತ ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ ಬೀಜಾಡಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಿರೂಪಿಸಿದರು.
Bijadi: Inauguration of Old Students’ Association ‘Ruwari’
Beijadi: The cooperation of donors is necessary to save and develop government schools. Alumni are an asset of the school. Kundapur MLA Kiran Kumar Kodgi said that the contribution of old students is necessary for the all-round development of the school.
He was speaking on Sunday while inaugurating the ‘Ruwari-2023’ Bhav-Nenapugal Sangam program of the Alumni Association held as a prelude to the School Amrit Mahotsav under the auspices of the Alumni Association of Government Senior Primary School Beijadi Mood.
I can’t forget the memories of this school that I learned from Dr. Shekhara Ashayada, a former student of the school. This school, which is a temple of knowledge for thousands of students, has given hunger for knowledge to many people like me. I am proud that I studied in a government Kannada school and achieved in the medical field. Today, he remembered the guru who taught him that if he had not participated in this program, he would have missed an important moment in his life. The ceremony was presided over by the President of the Alumni Association, Anoop Kumar BR.
