ಮಂಗಳೂರು, 7 ಮೇ 2025 – ಸಮರ್ಪಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬದ್ಧತೆಯ ಸಂತೋಷದಾಯಕ ದಿನ, ಹೋಲಿ ಸ್ಪಿರಿಟ್ ಸಭೆ (ಓಪಸ್ ಸ್ಪಿರಿಟಸ್ ಸ್ಯಾಂಕ್ಟಿ – OSS) ಮೇ 7, 2025 ರಂದು ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಬಜ್ಜೋಡಿಯ ಇನ್ಫೆಂಟ್ ಮೇರಿ ಚರ್ಚ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಮಹತ್ವದ ಸಂದರ್ಭವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಿತು, ಇಬ್ಬರು ಸಹೋದರಿಯರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮೊದಲ ಸಮರ್ಪಣೆ (ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ವೃತ್ತಿ) ಮಾಡಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಏಳು ಮಂದಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಅಂತಿಮ ಸಮರ್ಪಣೆ (ಶಾಶ್ವತ ವೃತ್ತಿ) ಮೂಲಕ ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ತಾವು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು.

ಪವಿತ್ರ ಬಲಿದಾನದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ, ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಸುಪೀರಿಯರ್ (ಪ್ರಾಂತೀಯ ಸುಪೀರಿಯರ್) ಶ್ರೀ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮೇರಿ ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ರೂಪದರ್ಶಿ ಸಿಸ್ಟರ್ ಓಲ್ಗಾ ನೊರೊನ್ಹಾ (SIW) ಓಪಸ್ ಸ್ಪಿರಿಟಸ್ ಸ್ಯಾಂಕ್ಟಿ ಅವರು ಅಧಿಕೃತವಾಗಿ ಸಮರ್ಪಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಹೋದರಿಯರನ್ನು ಸಂತೋಷ ಮತ್ತು ಘನತೆಯಿಂದ OSS ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರು.
A joyful day of dedication and commitment for the sisters of the Holy Spirit Congregation
Mangalore, 7 May 2025 – A Joyful Day of Dedication and Commitment. The Holy Spirit Congregation (Opus Spiritus Sancti – OSS) celebrated a momentous occasion on 7th May 2025 at Infant Mary Church, Bajjodi, Mangaluru, as two sisters made their First Dedication (Temporary Profession), and seven others committed themselves through their Final Dedication (Perpetual Profession).
First Dedication: Sr. Malshila and Sr. Jaya Thomas
Final Dedication: Sr. Anita, Sr. Gracy, Sr. Kavita, Sr. Savita, Sr. Sunita Rani, Sr. Subhashini, Sr. Sheela
The solemn Eucharistic celebration was presided over by Rev. Fr. Daniel Veigas Episcopal vicar for religious of Mangaluru, and concelebrated by Rev. Fr. Dominic, Parish Priest of Infant Mary Church, Rev. Fr. Cyril, and Rev. Fr. Vincent, MSFS.
During the Holy Mass, Sr. Arogya Mary, the Regional Superior (Provincial Superior) and our formator Sr. Olga Noronha (SIW) Opus Spiritus Sancti, officially received the dedications and welcomed the sisters into the OSS community with joy and dignity.
Following the Eucharistic celebration, a felicitation program was held in the church hall, where the newly dedicated sisters were honored in the presence of the congregation. The day concluded with a fellowship meal, marking the occasion a celebration of unity, gratitude.
