ಉಡುಪಿ; ಕ್ಯಾಥೋಲಿಕ್ ಸಭಾ ಮೌಂಟ್ ರೋಸರಿ ಪ್ಯಾರಿಷ್, ಶುಕ್ರವಾರ, ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ 28, 2025 ರಂದು ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 1:30 ಕ್ಕೆ ಪಂಬೂರಿನ ಮಾನಸ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ಮರಣೀಯ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿತು. ಕ್ಯಾಥೋಲಿಕ್ ಸಭಾದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಎಲಿಯಾಸ್ ಡಿ’ಸೋಜಾ ಅವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ, 15 ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಸಮರ್ಪಿತ ತಂಡವು ಕೇಂದ್ರದ 129 ಅಂಗವಿಕಲ ಕೈದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರೀತಿ, ಸಂತೋಷ ಮತ್ತು ಒಡನಾಟವನ್ನು ಹರಡಲು ಈ ಉದಾತ್ತ ಧ್ಯೇಯವನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿತು.
ಸಂವಾದ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಶ್ಚಿತಾರ್ಥದ ದಿನ:
ಈ ಭೇಟಿಯು ಕೇವಲ ಸದ್ಭಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣ ಸಂವಹನದ ಬಗ್ಗೆಯೂ ಆಗಿತ್ತು. ತಂಡವು ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಮೋಜಿನ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಆಟಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿತು, ಅವರ ಮುಖಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಗುವನ್ನು ತರಿತು ಮತ್ತು ಶುದ್ಧ ಸಂತೋಷದ ಕ್ಷಣಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿತು. ಸದಸ್ಯರು ತಮ್ಮ ತರಗತಿ ಕೊಠಡಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಲಸದ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಿಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿದರು, ಈ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ದಣಿವರಿಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಪೋಷಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಶೇಷ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಆರೈಕೆದಾರರ ಸಮರ್ಪಣೆಯನ್ನು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿದರು.
ಆರೈಕೆದಾರರು ಮತ್ತು ವಿಶೇಷ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಗೌರವ:
ಕ್ಯಾಥೋಲಿಕ್ ಸಭಾ ತಂಡವು 17 ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು, 8 ಆರೈಕೆದಾರರು, 12 ಹಾಸ್ಟೆಲ್ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಇತರ ಕಚೇರಿ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗೆ ಆಳವಾದ ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆಯನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿತು, ಅವರು ಅಚಲ ಬದ್ಧತೆಯಿಂದ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ತಾಳ್ಮೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮರ್ಪಣೆ ನಿಜವಾಗಿಯೂ ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿದಾಯಕವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ತಂಡವು ಅವರ ಅನುಭವಗಳು, ಸವಾಲುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕೈದಿಗಳ ಹೃದಯಸ್ಪರ್ಶಿ ಪ್ರಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಆಲಿಸಲು ಸಮಯ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿತು.
ಕರುಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಠ:
ಈ ಭೇಟಿಯು ಕೇವಲ ದಾನದ ಕಾರ್ಯವಲ್ಲ, ಆದರೆ ಮಾನವೀಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಒಳಗೊಳ್ಳುವಿಕೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಆಳವಾದ ಪಾಠವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಸ್ಥಾಪಕತ್ವ ಮತ್ತು ದೃಢಸಂಕಲ್ಪವನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದು ಸಂದರ್ಶಕರ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಳಿಸಲಾಗದ ಗುರುತು ಹಾಕಿತು. ಇದು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅಂತರ್ಗತ ಸಮಾಜವನ್ನು ರಚಿಸುವ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಸಹಾನುಭೂತಿ, ದಯೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸಿತು.
ಕೃತಜ್ಞತಾಪೂರ್ವಕ ಸ್ವೀಕೃತಿ:
ತಂಡವನ್ನು ಉಷ್ಣತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮುಕ್ತತೆಯಿಂದ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕ್ಯಾಥೋಲಿಕ್ ಸಭಾ ಮೌಂಟ್ ರೋಸರಿ ಪ್ಯಾರಿಷ್ ಮಾನಸ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಹೃತ್ಪೂರ್ವಕ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಭೇಟಿಯು ನಿಜವಾಗಿಯೂ ಸಮೃದ್ಧ ಅನುಭವವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರೀತಿಯ ಸಣ್ಣ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳು ಇತರರ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯನ್ನು ತರಬಹುದು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ನೆನಪಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
ಕಳೆದ 28 ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಉಡುಪಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಪ್ರದೇಶ ಕ್ಯಾಥೋಲಿಕ್ ಸಭಾವು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಉತ್ಸಾಹಭರಿತ ಸೇವೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾನಸ ಒಂದಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಉಡುಪಿ ಡಯಾಸಿಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇನ್ನೂ ಅನೇಕರು ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಹಾನುಭೂತಿಯಿಂದ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಇಂತಹ ಉಪಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಮುಂದುವರಿಯಲಿ – ಮೌಂಟ್ ರೋಸರಿ ತಂಡವನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ಶ್ರೀ ಅನಿಲ್ ದಾಂತಿ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಶೇಷ ಶಾಲೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು.
ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಹೆನ್ರಿ ಮೆನೆಜೆಸ್, ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಸೀನಿಯರ್ ವಿನ್ನಿ ಗೊನ್ಸಾಲ್ವೆಸ್ ಅವರು ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ 35,000/- ರೂ. ದೇಣಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ನಿಬಂಧನೆಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಕ್ಯಾಥೋಲಿಕ್ ಸಭಾ ತಂಡ – ಮೌಂಟ್ ರೋಸರಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
A Heart-warming Visit to Manasa Rehabilitation Centre, Pamboor
Catholic Sabha Mount Rosary Parish paid a memorable visit to Manasa Rehabilitation Centre, Pamboor on Friday, 28th February 2025, at 1:30 PM. Led by Mr. Elias D’Souza, President of Catholic Sabha, a dedicated team of 15 members set out on this noble mission to spread love, joy, and companionship among the 129 differently-abled inmates of the centre.
A Day of Interaction and Engagement:
The visit was not just about extending goodwill but also about meaningful interaction. The team engaged the children in fun activities and games, bringing smiles to their faces and creating moments of pure happiness. The members also visited their classrooms and workspaces, witnessing firsthand the dedication of the special educators and caretakers who tirelessly nurture and guide these children.
A Tribute to Caretakers and Special Educators:
The Catholic Sabha team expressed deep appreciation for the 17 teachers, 8 caretakers, 12 Hostel staff and other office staff of the centre, who serve with unwavering commitment. Their patience and dedication in shaping the lives of these children were truly inspiring. The team took time to listen to their experiences, challenges, and the heart-warming progress of the inmates.
A Lesson in Compassion and Service:
This visit was not just an act of charity but a profound lesson in humanity and inclusion. Witnessing the resilience and determination of these children left an indelible mark on the visitors. It reinforced the importance of compassion, kindness, and collective responsibility towards creating a more inclusive society.
