Theme for the Day “In our Difficulties we should not curse God through our Tounge”
The Novena Mass for the relic feast of St Anthony was held at Milagres Church at 6:00 p.m. Rev. Fr. Vincent Sequeira, the Diocesan Secretary of Bible Commission Celebrated the mass and gave a heart touching homily on the day’s theme. He pointed different biblical personalities who stood firm in their faith during the life difficulties. Rev Fr. J B Crasta con-celebrated the mass. At the end of the mass Fr Rupesh Tauro Conducted the Novena in honour of St Anthony during which special prayers were offered for all the politicians.

ಮಂಗಳೂರು: ಮಿಲಾಗ್ರಿಸ್ ಚರ್ಚ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಜೆ 6 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಸಂತ ಅಂತೋನಿಯವರ ಸ್ಮಾರಕ ಹಬ್ಬದ ನೊವೆನಾ ಮಾಸಾಚರಣೆ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ರೆ.ಫಾ. ಬೈಬಲ್ ಕಮಿಷನ್‌ನ ಧರ್ಮಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯದ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ವಿನ್ಸೆಂಟ್ ಸಿಕ್ವೇರಾ ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕವಾಗಿ ಆಚರಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ದಿನದ ವಿಷಯದ ಕುರಿತು ಹೃದಯ ಸ್ಪರ್ಶಿ ಪ್ರವಚನ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಜೀವನದ ಕಷ್ಟಗಳ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೃಢವಾಗಿ ನಿಂತಿರುವ ವಿವಿಧ ಬೈಬಲ್ನ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದರು. ವಂ. ಫಾ. ಜೆ ಬಿ ಕ್ರಾಸ್ತಾ ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕವಾಗಿ ಆಚರಿಸಿದರು. ಸಾಮೂಹಿಕ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯ ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಫಾದರ್ ರೂಪೇಶ್ ತೌರೊ ಅವರು ಸಂತ ಅಂತೋನಿಯವರ ಗೌರವಾರ್ಥ ನೊವೆನಾವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದರು, ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
