2025 ರ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 30 ರಿಂದ ಮೇ 3 ರವರೆಗೆ ನವದೆಹಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ಗೇಮ್ಸ್ ಫೆಡರೇಶನ್ ಆಫ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ಸ್ (SGFI) ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಿದ ಜೆಸ್ನಿಯಾ ಕೊರೆಯಾ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಮೌಂಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಮೆಲ್ ಸೆಂಟ್ರಲ್ ಶಾಲೆ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯಿಂದ ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸಿದೆ. ಅಸಾಧಾರಣ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆ ಮತ್ತು ದೃಢನಿಶ್ಚಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದ ಎಂಟನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ಜೆಸ್ನಿಯಾ ಕೊರೆಯಾ 500 ಮೀಟರ್ ರಿಂಕ್ ರೇಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಪದಕ ಮತ್ತು 1000 ಮೀಟರ್ ರಿಂಕ್ ರೇಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ ಪದಕವನ್ನು ಗೆದ್ದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರ ಸಮರ್ಪಣೆ, ಕಠಿಣ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮ ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ಮನೋಭಾವವು ಶಾಲೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ಅಪಾರ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯನ್ನು ತಂದಿದೆ.
ಜೆಸ್ನಿಯಾ ತನ್ನ ರೋಲರ್ ಸ್ಕೇಟಿಂಗ್ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯವನ್ನು ಅಶೋಕನಗರದ ಸ್ಕೇಟ್ ಸಿಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಹೈ ಫ್ಲೈಯರ್ಸ್ ಸ್ಕೇಟಿಂಗ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ತರಬೇತುದಾರರಾದ ಮೋಹನ್, ಓಂಕಾರ್ ಮತ್ತು ರಮಾನಂದ್ ಅವರ ಸಮರ್ಪಿತ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ತರಬೇತಿ ಪಡೆದು ಚುರುಕುಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತಾಳೆ. ಬಿಜೈನ ಅವರ ಪೋಷಕರು, ಜೆರೋಮ್ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೀತಾ ಕೊರೆಯಾರವರು ಅವರ ಅಚಲ ಬೆಂಬಲದ ಸ್ತಂಭಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ದಾರಿಯ ಪ್ರತಿ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲೂ ಅವರನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಸಾಧನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅಪಾರ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯಿಂದ ಆಚರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
SGFI ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ರೋಲರ್ ಸ್ಕೇಟಿಂಗ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಜೆಸ್ನಿಯಾ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮೌಂಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಮೆಲ್ ಶಾಲಾ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿ, ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರು, ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಮತ್ತು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅಭಿನಂದಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
Jesnia Correa of Mount Carmel Rolls to Victory in Roller Skating at SGFI Nationals
Mount Carmel Central School, Mangaluru proudly congratulates Jesnia Correa for her outstanding performance at the Nationals of School Games Federation of India (SGFI) held in New Delhi from April 30 to May 3, 2025. Displaying exceptional talent and determination, Jesnia Correa of grade VIII won the Gold Medal in the 500 metres Rink Race and the Silver Medal in the 1000 metres Rink Race in U-14 girls’ category. Her focus, hard work, and sporting spirit have brought immense pride to the school and her family.
Jesnia sharpens her roller skating skills at Hi Flyers Skating Club, Skate City, Ashoknagar, where she is trained under the dedicated mentorship of her coaches, Mohan, Omkar and Ramanand. Her proud parents, Jerome and Preetha Correa of Bejai, have been her unwavering pillars of support, cheering her on every step of the way and celebrating her achievements with immense pride.
