Holy Redeemer English Medium School, Belthangady on 25th February celebrated ‘Thinking Day, the birthday of Lord Robert Baden Powell, founder of Scouts and Guides. Scout Guides teachers and students held an interfaith prayers. Headmaster Rev Fr Clifford Pinto motivated  the students to participate in more Scout Guides activities to develop good qualities and live as good citizens in the society.

Students presented the good values ​​of social service, brotherhood, environmental protection, patriotism through dance and drama. Scout Master Mrs. Blendin Rodrigues spoke about the importance of the Thinking Day. Student Minal Joseph shared her experiences as a participant of International Scout and Guide Jamboree. Students Dion D’Souza welcomed, Vibhisha felicitated and Yashasvi compered the program. Co-Teachers Mrs. Blendin Rodriguez, Mrs. Anita, Mrs. Shanthi Pereira, Mrs. Akhida Banu and Mrs Elvita Pais guided and organised the program.

Bengaluru, February 27, 2023: Karnataka Regional Service of Communion (KRSC) organised two days Diocesan Service of Communion (DSC) Leaders Orientation as well as rejuvenation training program at Palana Bhavana, Archdiocese of Bangalore on February 25th and 26th. 

February 25th, Day 1; Day began at 8:30am with Registration. At 8:45am Praise and Worship was led by Bro. Anthony Raj. Then  KRSC Coordinator Bro. Cherian Rampuram welcomed the gathering. At 9:15am Bro. Mathew Thomas led the Ice Breaking session and introduction.

At 10am Most Rev. Dr Peter Machado Archbishop Of Archdiocese of Bangalore as well as President of KRCBC inaugurated the program together with Most Rev. Dr Lawrence Mukkuzhy, Bishop of Belthangady as well as Episcopal Advisor of KRSC. Archbishop invoked God’s blessings upon the program. He said that Prayer is the powerful weapon which we need to exercise in faith and in courage. God never lets us down. When we stand together in prayer, we can carry out His mission with love and compassion.

In his address Bishop Lawrence told that we are here to pray for the Church and Our Nation. We can attain peace among all the people with our sincere prayers and intercession. He promised Archbishop saying that KRSC & DSC is committed to support the Church of Karnataka through its intercessory prayers. Leaders gathered here are gifted by Jesus with various charisms to support the Church in its mission.

KRSC Spiritual Animator Fr Franklin D’Souza from the Diocese of Shimoga was present at the Dais.Topics dealt for two days by the resource team were:

1. Understanding the Call 

2. Works of DSC Leaders in developing and maintaining the relationships

3. How to persevere, sustain & grow in the Renewal and Servant Leadership

4. Primacy of the Word of God – How to Read, Interpret, Use and Memorise the Word of God

5. Charisms: Holy Spirit, the Primary Agent of Evangelization and knowing what charisms are, Receiving & using them

by Bishop Lawrence Mukkuzhy

Sessions on; 

1. Group discussion on personal goal setting

2. Group discussion on DSC goal setting – Introduction and workshop

Led by David Istacky

3. Group presentation session led by Cherian Rampuram

Both the days Holy Eucharist with homily was led by Bishop Lawrence Mukkuzhy. 

Healing and Anointing Adoration was led by Fr Franklin D’Souza.

Bro. Elias Coelho and Bro. Kevin also helped in the Praise and Worship. 

85 Participants from the ten dioceses were present for the program. 

KRSC meeting, meeting with Spiritual Directors and meeting with Spiritual Directors as well as DSC coordinators was also held.

ನೆಹರು ಯುವ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಉಡುಪಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಯುವಕಾರ್ಯ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಲಯ ಇವರ ಪ್ರಯೋಜಕತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಭoಡಾರ್ಕಾರ್ಸ್ ಕಲಾ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಕಾಲೀಜು, ಕುಂದಾಪುರ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ದಿನಗಳ ಯುವ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮುದಾಯ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಶಿಬಿರ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಇದರ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಸಮಾರಂಭ ದಿನಾಂಕ 27-02-2023 ರಂದು ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಎ ವಿ ಹಾಲ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಕುಂದಾಪುರದ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಆಯುಕ್ತರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ರಶ್ಮಿ ಆರ್ ಇವರು ದೀಪ ಬೆಳಗಿಸುವುದರ ಮೂಲಕ ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಶಿಬಿರದ ಅಗತ್ಯತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಅದರ ಉಪಯುಕ್ತತೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಶಿಬಿರಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿ ಶುಭ ಕೋರಿದರು.

ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಹಿರಿಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಶಾಂತಾರಾಮ ಪ್ರಭು ಇವರು ಶಿಬಿರಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಶುಭ ಹಾರೈಸಿದರು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಡಾ. ಎನ್. ಪಿ ನಾರಾಯಣ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಕ್ಷೇಮಪಾಲನಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಡಾ. ಶುಭಕರಾಚಾರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಎನ್ ಎಸ್ ಎಸ್ ಯೋಜನಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಾದ ಅರುಣ್ ಎ ಎಸ್ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಮಚಂದ್ರ ಆಚಾರ್ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.ನೆಹರು ಯುವ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಯುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ವಿಲ್ ಪ್ರೆಡ್ ಡಿಸೋಜ ಪ್ರಾಸ್ತಾವಿಕ ಮಾತುಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರು. ಶಿಬಿರಾರ್ಥಿ ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲ್ ವಂದಿಸಿದರು ಹಾಗೂ ಶಿಬಿರಾರ್ಥಿ ಸುಶ್ಮಿತಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿದರು. ವಿವಿಧ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ 45 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ಶಿಬಿರದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕೋಲಾರ:- ಏಳನೇ ವೇತನ ಆಯೋಗದ ವರದಿ ಜಾರಿ, ಎನ್‍ಪಿಎಸ್ ರದ್ದತಿಗೆ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರ ಸಂಘ ಮಾ.1 ರಿಂದ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅನಿರ್ಧಿಷ್ಟ ಮುಷ್ಕರಕ್ಕೆ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ನೌಕರರು ಬೆಂಬಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದು, ತುರ್ತು ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ,ಐಸಿಯು ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಉಳಿದೆಲ್ಲಾ ಸೇವೆಗಳು ಬಂದ್ ಆಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರ ಸಂಘದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಜಿ.ಸುರೇಶ್‍ಬಾಬು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ನಗರದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ಮುಂಭಾಗ ಸೋಮವಾರ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯ ಮುಂಭಾಗ ವೈದ್ಯರು, ಶುಶ್ರೂಷಕರು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನೌಕರರು ಮುಷ್ಕರಕ್ಕೆ ಪೂರ್ವಭಾವಿಯಾಗಿ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ನೌಕರರ ಸಂಘದ ಹೋರಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳುವುದಾಗಿ ಘೋಷಿಸಿದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.
ಐಸಿಯು ಹಾಗೂ ತುರ್ತು ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ವಿನಾಯತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದು, ಅವರೂ ಸಹಾ ಕಪ್ಪು ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಧರಿಸಿ ಕೆಲಸ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ, ಇದು ನಮ್ಮ ಹಾಗೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಕುಟುಂಬಗಳ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನೌಕರರು ಒಮ್ಮತದಿಂದ ಈ ಹೋರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಧುಮುಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಯಾವುದೇ ಒತ್ತಡ,ಬೆದರಿಕೆಗೆ ಮಣಿಯುವ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯೇ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದರು.
ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ ನೌಕರರು ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಗೈರಾಗುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಮುಷ್ಕರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, ನಮ್ಮ ನ್ಯಾಯಯುತ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳ ಈಡೇರಿಕೆಗೆ ಈ ಕಠಿಣ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಂಘದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಷಡಕ್ಷರಿ ಸೂಚನೆಯಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳ ನೌಕರರು ಮುಷ್ಕರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರ ಸಂಘದ 8 ಸಾವಿರ ಚುನಾಯಿತ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳಿದ್ದ `ತುರ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕಾರಿಣಿ ಸಭೆ’ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಷ್ಕರಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಕರೆಗೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ ಇಡೀ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರು ಒಕ್ಕೊರಲಿನಿಂದ ಸಮ್ಮತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಇದು ನಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಾಭಿಮಾನದ ಬದುಕಿಗಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ಹೋರಾಟವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ಕೋರಿದರು.
ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಧೀನಕ್ಕೊಳಪಡುವ ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ಜುಲೈ 1 ರಿಂದ ರಿಂದ ಪರಿಷ್ಕøತ ವೇತನ, ಭತ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಹರಾಗಿದ್ದು, 6ನೇ ವೇತನ ಆಯೋಗದ ಮಾದರಿಯಂತೆ 7ನೇ ವೇತನ ಆಯೋಗದಿಂದ ಶೀಘ್ರವಾಗಿ ಮಧ್ಯಂತರ ವರದಿ ಪಡೆದು, ಚುನಾವಣೆ ನೀತಿ ಸಂಹಿತೆ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಮೊದಲು ಶೇ. 40% ಫಿಟ್‍ಮೆಂಟ್ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವನ್ನು 2022ರ ಜುಲೈ ಒಂದರಿಂದಲೇ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ನೌಕರರ ಸಂಘ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎನ್.ಪಿ.ಎಸ್. ನೌಕರರ ಜೀವನ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಧ್ಯಾ ಕಾಲದ ಬದುಕು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಕ್ಲಿಷ್ಟವಾಗಿದೆ, ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಪಂಜಾಬ್, ರಾಜಸ್ಥಾನ, ಛತ್ತಿಸ್‍ಘಡ, ಜಾರ್ಖಂಡ್, ಹಿಮಾಚಲ ಪ್ರದೇಶ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಳೆ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಯೋಜನೆ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತಂದಿದ್ದು, ಅದೇ ಮಾದರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲೂ ಸಹ ಎನ್.ಪಿ.ಎಸ್. ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಿ ಹಳೇ ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದ ಅವರು, 35 ವರ್ಷ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ನೌಕರರ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ಜೀವನ ಅತಂತ್ರವಾಗುವುದನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಲು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದರು.
ನೌಕರರ ಸಂಘದ ನಿಕಟಪೂರ್ವ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಕೆ.ಎನ್.ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್,ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರ ವೇತನ-ಭತ್ಯೆಗಳ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆಗಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಸುಧಾಕರ್‍ರಾವ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 7ನೇ ವೇತನ ಆಯೋಗ ರಚಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಆಯೋಗದ ಮುಂದೆ ಸಂಘವು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರ ವೇತನ ಭತ್ಯೆಗಳ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ವಿಸ್ಕøತ ವರದಿ ಸಿದ್ದಪಡಿಸಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದರೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಬಜೆಟ್‍ನಲ್ಲಿ ನೌಕರರ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪ ಮಾಡದಿರುವುದು ನೋವುಂಟು ಮಾಡಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ ನೌಕರರ ಸಂಘದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೆ ಹಾಗೂ ನೌಕರರ ಸಂಘದ ಸಹಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ವಿಜಯಮ್ಮ, ನ್ಯಾಯಯುತ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳ ಈಡೇರಿಕೆಗೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಈ ಹೋರಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ ನೌಕರರು ಮುಂಚೂಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತೇವೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಈಡೇರದೇ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ತೆರಳದಿರಲು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದರು.
ನೌಕರರ ಸಂಘದ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ನಂದೀಶ್, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ-ನೌಕರರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಧೀನಕ್ಕೊಳಪಡುವ ನೌಕರರು ಕಾಲಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ವೇತನ ಹಾಗೂ ಭತ್ಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪಡೆಯುವುದು ಅವರ ಮೂಲಭೂತ, ನ್ಯಾಯಸಮ್ಮತ ಹಕ್ಕಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಕೋಲಾರ:- ತಮ್ಮ ತಾಯಿಯ ಪುಣ್ಯತಿಥಿಯಂದು ಅವರ ನೆನಪಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲಾ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿರುವ ಯೋಧ ಆನಂದ್ ಸಹೋದರರು ಈ ಬಾರಿ ಅರಾಭಿಕೊತ್ತನೂರು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲಾ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ತಟ್ಟೆ ಲೋಟ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲೆಯ ಬಿಸಿಯೂಟ ಕೊಠಡಿ ನವೀಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ 10 ಸಾವಿರ ರೂ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ನೆರವು ನೀಡಿದರು.
ತಾಯಿ ಆಂಜಿನಮ್ಮ ಅವರ ಪುಣ್ಯತಿಥಿ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ಸಹೋದರರಾದ ಶೇಖರ್, ಯೋಧ ಆನಂದ್, ಅಬಕಾರಿ ಇಲಾಖೆ ನೌಕರ ಶಿವಶಂಕರ್ ಪ್ರತಿವರ್ಷದಂತೆ ಈ ಬಾರಿಯೂ ಸೋಮವಾರ ಅರಾಭಿಕೊತ್ತನೂರು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲೆ, ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ, ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಸಿಹಿ ವಿತರಿಸಿದ್ದಲ್ಲದೇ ನೆರವು ಒದಗಿಸಿದರು.

ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸೇನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಯೋಧ ಆನಂದ್ ತನ್ನ ತಾಯಿಯ ಪುಣ್ಯತಿಥಿ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಅರಾಭಿಕೊತ್ತನೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದು, ತಾಯಿ ಸ್ಮರಣೆಯ ಜತೆಗೆ ಅವರ ನೆನಪಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಡ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ದಿಗೆ ನೆರವಾಗುವ ಹೃದಯವಂತಿಕೆ ತೋರಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅತಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅಂಕ ಗಳಿಸುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗೆ 5 ಸಾವಿರ ರೂ ನಗದು ಪುರಸ್ಕಾರ ನೀಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಸಾಧನೆಗೆ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಮುಖ್ಯಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಸಿ.ಎನ್.ಪ್ರದೀಪ್‍ಕುಮಾರ್ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಯೋಧ ಆನಂದ್ ಸಹೋದರರ ಹೃದಯವಂತಿಕೆಗೆ ಧನ್ಯವಾದ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ, ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ನೆರವು ಹರಿದು ಬರಲಿ ಎಂದರು.
ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಆನಂದ್, ನಾನು ಇದೇ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಓದಿದವನು, ಸೇನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಪ್ರಾಣ ಒತ್ತೆಯಿಟ್ಟು ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ಎನಿಸುತ್ತದೆ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಸಮುದಾಯವೂ ದೇಶ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಗೆ ಪಣತೊಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಸೈನ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಲು ಮುಂದೆ ಬರಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಸಹೋದರರಾದ ಶೇಖರ್, ಅಬಕಾರಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿ ಶಿವಶಂಕರ್ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ತಾಯಿಯ ನೆನಪಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿವರ್ಷವೂ ನೆರವಾಗುವುದಾಗಿ ಘೋಷಿಸಿದರು.
ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಮುಖಂಡರಾದ ಪ್ರೇರಕ ರಾಮಚಂದ್ರಪ್ಪ, ವಾಟರ್‍ಮೆನ್ ಕೆಂಪರಾಜ್, ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರಾದ ರೂಪೇಶ್, ಆಕಾಶ್,ಮನು, ಅಶೋಕ್, ಸುಮನ್, ರಾಜು, ಪುನೀತ್, ಯಶವಂತ್, ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಾದ ಎರಡೂ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಾದ ಸಿದ್ದೇಶ್ವರಿ,ಎಂ.ಆರ್.ಗೋಪಾಲಕೃಷ್ಣ, ಭವಾನಿ,ಶ್ವೇತಾ,ಸುಗುಣಾ,ವೆಂಕಟರೆಡ್ಡಿ, ಫರೀದಾ, ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸಲು, ಡಿ.ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ್,ಚೈತ್ರಾ, ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ನಾಗರಾಜ್, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಾದ ಭಾರತಿ,ಮಂಜುಳಾ ಮತ್ತಿತರರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

ಕೋಲಾರ; ಫೆ.27; ಕೆಆರ್‍ಐಡಿಎಲ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಡಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾದ್ಯಂತ ಕಳೆದುಹೋಗಿರುವ ಚೆಕ್ ಡ್ಯಾಂ, ಸಮುದಾಯ ಭವನಗಳನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕಿಕೊಟ್ಟು ಕೋಟಿಕೋಟಿ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರವೆಸಗಿರುವ ಆಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಹರಾಜು ಹಾಕಿ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳನನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ರೈತಸಂಘದಿಂದ ಭೂಸೇನಾ ಇಲಾಖೆಯೆದುರು ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಪಾಲಕ ಅಭಿಯಂತರರಿಗೆ ಮನವಿ ನೀಡಿ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವ ಭೂಸೇನಾ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರಿಗೆ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಮೊಟ್ಟೆ ಇಡುವ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಾಗಿ ಮಾರ್ಪಟ್ಟು ಆನೆ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದೇ ದಾರಿ ಎಂಬಂತೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಎಂಜಿನಿಯರ್‍ಗಳಾದ ಕೋದಂಡರಾಮಯ್ಯ, ವಿಜಯ್‍ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಇಲಾಖೆಯನ್ನೇ ಮಾರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರೂ ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾದ ಜನಪ್ರನಿನಿಧಿಗಳು ನಾಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಅವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ರೈತಸಂಘದ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಕೆ.ನಾರಾಯಣಗೌಡ ಆಕ್ರೋಶ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾದ್ಯಂತ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಕೋಟಿಕೋಟಿ ಅನುದಾನವನ್ನು ಕೆಆರ್‍ಐಡಿಎಲ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗುವ ಜೊತೆಗೆ 6 ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಶಾಸಕರು, ಸಂಸದರು, ಎಂಎಲ್ಸಿಗಳ ಅನುದಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಸಿರಸ್ತೆ, ಹೈಮಾಸ್ಟ್ ಲೈಟ್, ಸಮುದಾಯ ಭವನಗಳು, ಚೆಕ್‍ಡ್ಯಾಂಗಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗಾಗಿ ಕೋಟ್ಯಾಂತರ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಇಲಾಖೆಗೆ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ಮಾಡುವುದನ್ನು ಬಂಡವಾಳವಾಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಕೋಟಿಕೋಟಿ ಹಣ ನಕಲಿ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಠಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಲೂಟಿ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಪಾಲಕ ಅಭಿಯಂತರರಾದ ಕೋದಂಡಪ್ಪ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಜಯ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿರುವ ಹಗರಣಗಳ ಸರಮಾಲೆ ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಚರ್ಚೆಯಾಗಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಗೌರವ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರೂ ಇನ್ನೂ ಸಹ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಕಡಿವಾಣವಿಲ್ಲದಂತಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅಸಮಧಾನ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
ಜಿಲ್ಲಾದ್ಯಂತ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಭವನಗಳ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋಟಿಕೋಟಿ ಹಗರಣವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆಗೊಂದ ಕೋದಂಡರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸಪುರ ತಾಲೂಕಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಸುಮಾರು 25 ಕೋಟಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಭವನಗಳೇ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗದೇ ನಕಲಿ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಠಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಹಣ ಲೂಟಿ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಸಿಸಿರಸ್ತೆ, ಹೈಮಾಸ್ಟ್ ಲೈಟ್, ಚೆಕ್ ಡ್ಯಾಂಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವಂತೆ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಇವರ ಹಾದಿಯನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಿ ವಿಜಯ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮಗನ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಕ್ರಮ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಸೃಷ್ಠಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾದ್ಯಂತ 60 ಕೋಟಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಚೆಕ್ ಡ್ಯಾಂ, ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ಸಿಸಿ ರಸ್ತೆ, ಸಮುದಾಯ ಭವನಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡದೆಯೇ ಬಿಲ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ದೂರುಗಳ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸದಿಂದ ವಜಾ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರೂ ಈ ಇಬ್ಬರ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿರುವ ಹಗರಣವನ್ನು ತನಿಖೆ ಮಾಡುವಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ವಿಫಲವಾಗಿ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನೆರವಾಗಲು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಹಣ ದುರುಪಯೋಗದ ಕಡತವನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಠಿ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದು ದುರಾದೃಷ್ಟಕರ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದರು.
ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಈಕಂಬಳ್ಳಿ ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಂಡರೆ ಟೈಲ್ಸ್ ಇಲ್ಲ, ಟೈಲ್ಸ್ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಸಿಮೆಂಟ್ ಇಲ್ಲ ಇವೆರಡೂ ಇದ್ದರೆ ನಿಗಧಿಯ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಭವನಗಳೇ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಅಂತರ್ಜಲ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿರುವ ಚೆಕ್ ಡ್ಯಾಂಗಳು ಹಳೆಯ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೊಸ ರೂಪ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಹೊಸ ಕಡತವನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಠಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಹಣ ಲೂಟಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಬೇರೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗೆ ತನ್ನದೇ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ಎಂದು ಬೇರೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಜೊತೆ ಒಳಒಪ್ಪಂದ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಹಣವನ್ನು ಲೂಟಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ದೂರಿದರು.
ಅಕ್ರಮ, ಕಳಪೆ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳ ಕೇಂದ್ರವಾದ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಎಂಜಿನಿಯರ್‍ಗಳೇ ಬೆಂಗಾವಲಾಗಿ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಭೂಸೇನಾ ನಿಗಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ದುಡಿಯುವ ನೌಕರರೇ ಇಲಾಖೆಯನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಕಪಿಮುಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬ್ಲಾಕ್ ಮೇಲ್ ಮಾಡಿ ತನಗೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಕಾಮಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ಮಾಡದೆ ಹಣ ಲೂಟಿ ಮಾಡುವ ದಂಧೆಯಾಗಿ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಮಾರ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆಕ್ರೋಶ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
ಒಂದು ವಾರದೊಳಗೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 2010 ರಿಂದ ಕೋದಂಡರಾಮಯ್ಯ, ವಿಜಯ್ ಕುಮಾರ್, ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್, ಭಾಸ್ಕರ್ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿರುವ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ತನಿಖೆ ಮಾಡಲು ವಿಶೇಷ ತಂಡ ರಚನೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಕಳೆದುಹೋಗಿರುವ ಚೆಕ್ ಡ್ಯಾಂ, ಸಮುದಾಯ ಭವನಗಳನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕಿಕೊಟ್ಟು ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರತೆಗೆ ಕಡಿವಾಣ ಹಾಕಿ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಹಣವನ್ನು ವ್ಯರ್ಥವಾಗದಂತೆ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗುವ ರೀತಿ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲನೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಇಲ್ಲವಾದರೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ಸಮೇತ ನ್ಯಾಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಮೊರೆ ಹೋಗುವ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಮನವಿ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಭೂ ಸೇನಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್ 2010 ರಿಂದ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಸಮುದಾಯ ಭವನಗಳು, ಚೆಕ್ ಡ್ಯಾಂಗಳ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ದೂರುಗಳು ಬಂದಿವೆ. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಯಾರ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಹಿರಿಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ಪತ್ರದ ಮೂಲಕ ತಂದಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಹಿರಿಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಆದೇಶದಂತೆ ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವ ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಹೋರಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷೆ ಎ.ನಳಿನಿಗೌಡ, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ವಕ್ಕಲೇರಿ ಹನುಮಯ್ಯ, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪ್ರ.ಕಾ. ಫಾರೂಖ್‍ಪಾಷ, ಬಂಗಾರಿ ಮಂಜು, ಮಾಲೂರು ತಾಲೂಕು ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಯಲ್ಲಣ್ಣ, ಹರೀಶ್, ಸಂದೀಪ್‍ರೆಡ್ಡಿ, ಸಂದೀಪ್‍ಗೌಡ, ರಾಮಸಾಗರ ವೇಣು, ಗಿರೀಶ್, ಮಂಗಸಂದ್ರ ತಿಮ್ಮಣ್ಣ, ಶೈಲ, ಚೌಡಮ್ಮ, ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಚಲ, ಚಂದ್ರಪ್ಪ, ಕೋಟೆ ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ್ ಮುಂತಾದವರಿದ್ದರು

ಕೋಲಾರ 27 ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ : ಕೋಲಾರ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳ ಪೌಷ್ಠಿಕ ಆಹಾರ, ಬೇತಮಂಗಲ ಕಾಳಸಂತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದನ್ನು ತನಿಖೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಯುಕೇಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ರವರಿಗೆ ರೈತ ನಾಯಕ ಪ್ರೊ. ನಂಜುಂಡಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿತ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ರೈತ ಸಂಘ ಮತ್ತು ಹಸಿರು ಸೇನೆಯು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಕೋಲಾರ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪುಟ್ಟ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ, ಗರ್ಭಿಣಿ ಬಾಣಂತಿಯರಿಗೆ ಪೌಷ್ಠಿಕಾಂಶಗಳುಳ್ಳ ಪುಷ್ಠಿ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಆಹಾರ ಪಾಕೆಟ್‍ಗಳನ್ನು ಸರಬರಾಜು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಗರ್ಭಿಣಿಯರಿಗೆ, ಬಾಣಂತಿಯರಿಗೆ ಪೌಷ್ಠಿಕಾಂಶದ ಕೊರತೆ ಉಂಟಾಗದ ರೀತಿ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿತರಣೆ ಮಾಡಲು ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಸಿಡಿಪಿಒ, ಸೂಪರ್‍ವೈಜರ್, ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತೆಯರಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಆಹಾರ ಸರಬರಾಜುದಾರರಿಗೆ (ಎಂಎಸ್‍ಪಿಟಿ) ಆಹಾರ ತಯಾರಿಕಾ ಘಟಕದವರಿಗೆ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.
ಆದರೆ ಕೋಲಾರ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಎಂ.ಎಸ್.ಪಿ.ಟಿ. ಪೌಷ್ಠಿಕಾಂಶವುಳ್ಳ ಆಹಾರ ಪಾಕೆಟ್‍ಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಪೂರಕ ಪೌಷ್ಠಿಕ ಆಹಾರ ತಯಾರಿಕಾ ಘಟಕ, ವಿದ್ಯಾಜ್ಯೋತಿ ಶಾಲೆ ಹಿಂಭಾಗ, ಕಳ್ಳೀಪುರ, ಹೊನ್ನೇನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಕೋಲಾರ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಎಂದು ಮುದ್ರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಆಹಾರ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳು ಬೇತಮಂಗಲದ ಸಣ್ಣ ಸಣ್ಣ ಚಿಲ್ಲರೆ ಅಂಗಡಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರಾಟವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಇದರ ಹಿಂದೆ ಬಲಾಡ್ಯರು, ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಹಸ್ತವಿದ್ದು, ಇದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಒಂದು ಕಾಳಸಂತೆ ದಂದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಮಟ್ಟದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಆಹಾರ ಸರಬರಾಜುದಾರರು ಆಹಾರ ತಯಾರಿಕಾ ಘಟಕದವರು ಶಾಮೀಲಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂಬ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಮಾನ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಕೋಲಾರ ನಗರದ ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಖುದ್ದು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಮತ್ತು ನಕಲಿ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅಂಗನವಾಡಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವುದಾಗಿ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಚರ್ಚೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಸೂಕ್ತ ತನಿಖೆಗೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಮನವಿ ಪತ್ರ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಯುಕೇಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಕಾಳ ಸಂತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರಾಟವಾದ ಪುಷ್ಟಿ ಪಾಕೆಟ್ ವಿಚಾರವಾಗಿ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೇಸು ದಾಖಲು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು, ತನಿಖೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ತಪ್ಪಿತಸ್ಥರು ಯಾರೇ ಆಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಅವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಾನೂನು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವುದಾಗಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಕ್ಕಳ, ಗರ್ಭಿಣಿ ಭಾಣಂತಿಯರ ಪುಷ್ಟಿ ಪೌಷ್ಠಿಕಾಂಶದ ಆಹಾರ ಪಾಕೆಟ್‍ಗಳನ್ನು ಸರಬರಾಜು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ತನಿಖೆಗೆ ಆದೇಶ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ರೈತ ಸಂಘದ ಯುವ ಘಕದ ರಾಜ್ಯಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಕಲ್ವಮಂಜಲಿ ರಾಮು ಶಿವಣ್ಣ, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಗೌರವಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಕೊತ್ತಮಿರಿ ಜಿ. ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಕೊಲದೇವಿ ಗೋಪಾಲಕೃಷ್ಣ, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಜಿ.ನಾರಾಯಣಸ್ವಾಮಿ, ಕೋಲಾರ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಜಗನ್ನಾಥರೆಡ್ಡಿ, ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸಪುರ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ದೊಡ್ಡಕುರುಬರಹಳ್ಳಿ ಶಂಕರೇಗೌಡ, ಮುಳಬಾಗಿಲು ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಎಲ್.ಎನ್.ಬಾಬು, ತೇರಹಳ್ಳಿ ಚಂದ್ರಪ್ಪ ಮುಂತಾದವರು ದೂರು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು.

Konkani Lekhaka Sangha (KLS) bestowed Konkani Literary Award -2023 on renowned writer Irene Pinto. The award conferring ceremony was held on Saturday, February 25 at Sandesha premises, Sandesha Foundation, Bajjodi, Nanthoor.

Former editor of ‘Raknno’ weekly Fr Francis Rodrigues graced the function as the chief guest and Prof Radhakrishna Bellur, government college Kasargod attended as the guest of honour for the award conferring ceremony.

Receiving the award, Irene Pinto said, “I am thankful to the entire Konkani literary world for recognising me as a Konkani writer and novelist. It gives me immense pleasure to receive the award from KLS which is very active in the Konkani community. Meanwhile, I am thankful to my supporters, literary friends and my family members. I wish many more prosperous years ahead to the KLS.”

The award comprised a cash prize of Rs 25,000, a citation and a memento. Jossie Pinto read out the citation.

In his keynote address, Prof Radhakrishna Bellur said, “A litterateur only can write imaginary concepts without any experience of the real subject, incident or time. But out of extraordinary imagination he can also reflect the truth in his writings. Ramayana was also written by many and all of them tried to get closer to the truth in various angles. When a poet, writer or artist tries to tackle or narrate a subject in a normal way and tries to address it by giving it a different angle then only can he get success that also reflects truth in his writings. The truth finding mission of a writer paves the way to point out the limitations, mistakes of society and encourage a course correction.”

Fr Francis said, “As per records so far we have 81 women writers in the Konkani literary circle. The women of the Konkani community have not shown much interest in penning literature. They have engaged themselves in many other activities such as managing family and tilling agricultural lands that they own. But Irene Pinto has done a miracle in Konkani. She never restricted herself to the kitchen and her family. She expressed her thoughts, her opinions and about society in general through her writings. She is an inspiration for all women and the entire Konkani literary world.”

Dr Edward Nazreth, Eric Ozario, Andrew L D’Cunha, Joyce Ozario and, Valley Quadros were also felicitated by the KLS for their achievements in their respective fields.

As a part of the event, a book titled ‘Bhagavan Yesu Krista’ (Tulu-Third Edition) written by Mark Walder, former editor of Raknno was released by former editors of Raknno weekly Fr Eric Crasta, Fr Francis Rodrigues and designated editor of Raknno Fr Rupesh Madtha. Dolphie F Lobo spoke about the book and applauded the writings of Fr Mark Walder.

Richard Moras gave the introductory speech. Core committee member Edward Nazreth introduced the literary works of Irene Pinto. Macha Milar rendered the vote of thanks.

Anil and Irene Rebello rendered the prayer song. Lavi Ganjimatt compered the event.

Konkani Lekhaka Sangha Karnataka is a voluntary association that was exclusively formed with the sole intention of promoting Konkani language and literature in the year 2018. From the year 2022, Konkani Lekhaka Sangha decided to select and honour a Konkani writer who has immensely contributed to Konkani literature.

A lecture on “The Relevance of St Devasahayam and His Spirituality: An Inspiration for Lay Faithful of Our Times” was jointly organized by Chair in Christianity, Mangalore University and Commission for Lay Faithful, Mangalore Diocese on 23rd February 2023 at Sambhrama Hall, St Anthony’s Ashram, Jeppu-Mangalore. The speaker Rev. Dr Vincent B Wilson, Coordinator of Pastoral Commissions of Diocese of Kottar, Tamil Nadu narrated the life, socio-political background, context and mission of Devasahayam. He asserted that Devasahayam is a folk hero who identified himself with the oppressed class. The first Indian canonised lay martyr, opposed slavery and taxation in Tranvavore and considered all as children of God. He was ostracised by the people of higher caste and had to undergo many kinds of torture. The practice of secular spirituality made him a true witness of Christ. The speaker called the participants to critique the upper-class structure like Devasahayam, who inspires all to treat everyone with dignity and respect.

The Secretary of Commission for Lay faithful Rev. Fr J. B. Crasta welcomed the gathering and Retd Associate professor of Mathematics from St Aloysius college, Dr John D’Silva introduced the speaker and moderated the session. Br Jeevan Lobo compered the session. The program was coordinated by Rev. Fr J. B. Crasta and Fr Ivan D’Souza, the Head of the Chair in Christianity. The program was well attended by students residing at St Antony’s Ashram, the students of St Joseph’s Seminary, priests, religious sisters, lay faithful and interested public. There were around 230 participants for the program.
